I used them once before for insurance work, and was there yesterday for an estimate on more body work. Reasonable prices, good work, friendly people. I'll have them work on my car again!

I was first impressed with my service until I noticed things were not done properly. I called Michael in regards to my concerns. I paid about $20k through my State Farm insurance so you would think everything would be done properly. I m so upset right now. Please don t leave things in your car they could come up missing. All fluids were supposed to be replaced. As I m driving to Little Rock a few days ago my brake light comes on, so I took it by the Nissan dealership there and the tech said there was little brake fluid in the car. My car only has about 23k miles on it. So the Nissan dealership in Little Rock had to add brake fluids and wiper fluids. They were nice and didn t charge me I told them I was visiting from out of town and wanted to get my car taken care of because I was afraid to drive it home with the brake light being on. A co worker (a male) noticed yesterday my front driver tire was old. He said why is that tire different from your other tires I had no clue. He said looks like that tire has over 70k miles on it and again my car has a little over 20k. So with that concern I called Memphis Collision and informed them wherever they had taken my car had put a wrong tire on my car. Michael could care less. If you ever take your car there please don t leave until you have inspected every 100 things that they say was repaired because it just may not be. I don t understand why is there an older tire on my car when I ve never had a flat. And why is that tire a different brand than all my original tires so I m crazy huh. No someone made a mistake! You may want to listen to your customer I know what tires I had on my car! Again please do not leave their parking lot until you yourself inspect your vehicle thoroughly. Also take someone with you to help you inspect your car because you may not be a person to notice things like me and when I put my trust in you to trust things would be like brand new please don t trust that judgement like I did. Yes they were all nice when I would call getting weekly updates even though the car was there weeks longer than I had initially had been told. I was even ok with that because I do have another car and I wanted to ensure all the work was done properly. My car is a 2018 Nissan Platinum Murano. I don t drive it everyday and I also work from home so the mileage in the car is very low .Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

6/19/23, Today, when I pick up my SUV, the control temperature dail was turned upside down, my clock wasn't set at the right time, which I had left it, my radio was turned on 98.5 ( hard rock) & the person left his half empty water bottle in my SUV. Now, I showed Andrew & he wet & got Michael to look at him. Both agreed, they could not turned the dail back in the right position, in which it was when I dropped off my SUV. Now, Andrew stated, he has to call Halford insurance company to ok for them to fix it. However, the temperature dail was not part of Halford insurance assessment. The damages was caused by one of the workers at Memphis Collision of Cordova. I ask Andrew, if they ever cause damage or anything wrong to a vehicle; do Memphis Collision of Cordova, own up their wrong doing& he say " yes, they do own up to damages cause my their employees However, Andrew insisted,he call Halford insurance company, in order to fix the temperature dail.I inform him & Michael ( General Manager/ owner's son, Theresa), that the damages was not cause by the accident & Halford insurance company is not responsible, but Memphis Collision of Cordova is responsible & should fix it. Therefore, my complaint went unresolved. My only reqret, I did not take pictures of my SUV on the inside.

Take heed to the negative reviews. The lady that answers the phone has a ShiiiiiiiDy attitude. Tried to talk to me as one of her kids until I got on det azszz. Luckily I end up going somewhere else before they started on my car

Excellent!! Excellent!! Excellent!! I had to get a part changed due to damage from a car wash...The Car wash did an Amazing job getting my damage fixed through Memphis Collision of Cordova. They were professional, knowledgeable, and Friendly.Thanks!! For helping me get my claim completed and finished to perfection!! And Faster than Expected!! Memphis Collision had a clean office with respectable, down to earth owners and workers that overall provided me with a great experience. I had to choose an office through my insurance company after I was involved in a rough wreck, and I'm so glad I went here!Though it took nearly a month from vehicle drop off to vehicle pickup, the latter half of which involved out of pocket expenses for the rental on my part, this had zero to do with the repair shop and everything to do with post-COVID part delays.I might not have written a review except when I picked up my car? It was SPOTLESS. They'd gone above and beyond to clean up what was (admittedly) quite a dirty interior, and that level of attention to detail and customer service will keep me coming back (though hopefully not too soon... no more wrecks for me)! This place is locally owned and has great customer service. As soon as I walked in the door, they offered me something to drink and proceeded to take care of everything including making sure my rental car was ready and taking me to pick it up. I was in and out of there so fast, I was amazed! They kept me updated on the status of the repairs and had it completed in half the time I thought it would take. When I went to pick it up, they had detailed it inside and out which added to the relief I felt about getting my vehicle back! They did a great job with repairs-there are no signs I ever had a wreck. This place really gets it - great customer service and a professional finished product. I found this place because a friend absolutely insisted that I take it there after I had my wreck. Now I will do the same with all my family and friends. Thank you to Teresa and everyone for taking such great care of me!

They did an awesome job with my VW Beetle! From the estimator, the front desk lady, to the owner, everyone was friendly and professional. They were very communicative about the process and time frame for getting my car fixed. I was called the day they told me to check in for an update and my car was ready. Theresa assured me my car would look brand new and it did! What especially made me happy was the cleaning inside and out that was done also! I recently experienced amazing quick service here! From the front desk warm welcome to the technicians & definitely Theresa. They did quick amazing service & detailed my interior & exterior greatly, it look just as new as when I bought the car! They buffed out smudges that had nothing to do with the area needing repair. Very warm employees & and Theresa & her sister were very sweet. This is my new place & I highly highly recommend this place.

I was initially impressed with the work and customer service in Dec, 2018 when i took my car in. They took over a month to get my car done, which was understandable since my car had a lot of damage. I had to take it back twice since the shocks were making strange noises which they fixed. A year later my bumper started popping out and when i took it back to them they were so rude and told me i must have had another accident and that i had to file a new claim. I took it to another shop for second opinion and they found issues which they indicated were due to a bad job done by Memphis collision. Called the owner to let her know and she just yelled at me, short of calling me a liar. Very disappointed coz i assumed that type of work was guaranteed for at least a couple of years.Service: Body & Trim

It seems like every year, one of our cars gets hit, and we call Memphis Collision each time. Three months after I bought my Honda Accord in 2006, someone hit the front passenger side, and I was introduced to Memphis Collision.Memphis Collision worked seamlessly with State Farm Insurance to get everything back like new.They used new parts, naturally, but appealing to my eco-friendly side, they used recovered body parts from other vehicles (like a trunk lid) when available--helping keep my insurance premiums low, too.Each time, they worked with my insurance company to arrange everything, including the rental car pickup.They were patient with me because I typically forget the process in between wrecks each year :)Their work has been perfect every time - except once. And they made it right:Recently, the paint started bubbling on one of their repair jobs. I took it in to the owner, Mike, and he acknowledged it was his fault.He scheduled me for a free repair paint job right away and paid for me to have a rental car until the repairs were complete.He even touched up a few spots that I had dinged myself and had nothing to do with his work.After that experience, I realized that I needed to write a glowing review about this amazing local business in Memphis' back yard.Our cars will continue to get banged up in the city, and I'll take them to Memphis Collision every time.

My car after body work had 4-5 left over issues. They took care of most but I still have a big black shade in front on road since they didn t fix head light correctly. I paid my $500 deductible and insurance paid all they charged. Now they want me to sign that if Acura charges them to look at what is not fixed right then I should pay for it. Why? I am done paying and insurance is done paying. If something is not right, it should be fixed at no charge. Good in the beginning but failed to provide good, accurate service. Not qualified for decent job.

I am a repeat customer to Memphis Collision because they have my Trust!! They do what they say they are going to do. The service is fast, friendly and have a professional staff. Also I did not have to do anything, they took care of the rental and everything and this made my bad experience much better and less stressful. They do great work and you definitely can't tell that there was ever any damage. Thank you Memphis Collision. I hope I don't have to come back but if i do you will definitely have my business. I had a small dent in my car that was repaired through insurance. The service was excellent and they were very quick. Everybody was helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend using them as your preferred body shop.

First I paid an additional $150 for a full detail, the inside seats were cleaned and floors vacuumed but the rest of car had not been cleaned nor even wiped down, this was very disappointing. The vehicle was also rubbing on front right tire when turning, which caused an issue when taken back to be looked at. I was spoken to in a loud unprofessional tone and told it was my fault. This was amongst other seriously unprofessional things said to me.I will never use this business again nor will I refer anyone I know to use them.Service: Body & Trim

Chris is always amazing to work with. They go above and beyond in their customer service. I ve used them 3 times and have always been very impressed with the workmanship. They even fixed a dent in my bumper that my car wasn t there for and charged me nothing!

Very courteous, they take care of all of the communication with your insurance. Had one issue after I got my car back that was not diagnosed by the appraiser, but Memphis Collision took my car back, reopened the claim with insurance, and fixed the issue in a day. Thanks for the help!

First off, I had the worst possible experience you can have at a body shop, besides your car actually being stolen or destroyed while under their care. I took my car in with $600 in damage and they returned it to me with $1000 of NEW damage. Go figure. The initial repair was 3 days and the new damage took another 2 days. THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY DELIVERED MY CAR TO ME THINKING (MAKE-BELIEVING) IT WAS GOOD QUALITY WORK, I HAD TO FIND THE DAMAGE FOR MYSELF WHICH WAS EASILY VISIBLE AND I HAD TO MAKE SURE THEY SAW IT. They tried to deliver me the car as they were closing, thinking I would just go home and not notice anything, effectively letting them off the hook for all the damage they caused. Good thing I checked it out before leaving so they couldn't try and blame it on me or get away with it. They must think I am an idiot and possibly everyone else who goes there.Their mission was to repair a very small dent on my wheel well, and when I got my car back, the headlight was chipped ($500 for a new one) and so was the paint around the headlight, the bumper was protruding about a 1/2 inch and the bumper was not flush. It looked like they tried to put my car back together like an Erector Set (put together without finesse or care). On top of that, I never received a single phone call from a manager or the owner about the terrible damage that was caused to my vehicle due to their extreme neglect and not noticing it before giving it back to me. The owner, Mike, never contacted me to follow up and apologize during the 2 days they had my car after they damaged it. He apparently does not take his business seriously and has no integrity or sense of good business practice. Any other business transaction I have ever done where the person made a mistake, and in this case a glaring mistake, I have received an immediate apology/remedy and most definitely a phone call from the manager and/ or owner. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE THAT THE OWNER, MIKE, NEVER EVEN CALLED ME!! He didn't even come out personally to inspect the vehicle the 2nd time after they fixed their own damage done to my vehicle. Mike also still lives in the past and believes that good service a person tells 3 people and bad service a person ONLY tells 10 people. He actually said that to me. He obviously has never heard of the internet, where people can tell the ENTIRE world. The absolute worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and please tell 10 other people about the bad service from this place so Mike can retain his pride and wishful thinking.Update...It turns out...When I got home I realized that a screw is missing from my bumper and a small ding has been added to my fender thanks to the incredible service they provide. They damaged my car for the second time in a row!! I WONT BE GOING BACK EVER even to have the other new damage fixed!! This business is incapable of providing good service. Way too many mistakes at all levels... quality of work, quality control and inspection of final product, customer service, and most importantly Integrity and accountability!! FAIL!

Memphis Collision was able to fix my car after another shop failed miserably and missed over $3000.00 worth of internal damage. They worked with my insurance company and kept me updated the entire time. I love the staff here and will definitely use again.

First I want to say that I would like to give them 5 stars except for one thing. The biggest reason I was there was for car repair and they did an excellent job. I felt like the original quotes were very fair. What makes me only give them four stars is that they ended up taking days longer for the repair than was originally set. There seemed to be some problem with communication between the repair men and the secretary. I was texted multiple times that my car would be ready by a certain date but then it ended up delayed! That became frustrating.

Got several bids to repair numerous key scratch marks on wife's care. Memphis collision of cordova gave est for $1370. Brought the car in on monday at 4:30 pm. Tuesday at 8:15am I got a call to come by the shop when I could. I found that they were able to buff out the scratches, no need for dismantling and repainting. The $1370 dropped to $560 . They did the right thing. Integrity. Honesty. Making customers for life. Thanks memphis collision of cordova !Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best Collision shop around. Excellent customer service and workmanship. If I ever need work again, hopefully not, they will definitely get my business. Do NOT take your vehicle to one of the chains i.e. Service King or Abra.

My friend went in almost in tears as her car was in accident and lady at front desk - receptionist was sooo rude to her. I have never used them but after listening that conversation I wouldn t go in. Why they put someone at the door that doesn t k or how to treat customer as they should be treated. I don t know about mechanics that they work there and my review is strictly related to customer service.
