They have been taking care of my 10 year old Ford Escape since I moved here 4 years ago. They are honest, fast and very reasonably priced on all products and service. The crew here are so kind, pleasant and caring. I had gone in to get my tires replaced and they actually told me it wasn't time to do that yet and saved me money. Who else would have done that?!?

Took suv in for service. It s refreshing to see an automotive shop with knowledgeable employees. Manager Joel and advisor Eric were some of best at explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and fixing it the first time. Thanks.

I Just went there yesterday and was very pleased with their service. I had a wheel taken off my SUV and they had to hold it overnight to check a small leak that led to a flat tire .Erick was my advisor who took care of me the whole time and he did a wonderful job and didn't charge me for anything..great old fashioned service..that's what brings customers back .they have me hooked .please consider them if u need tires or service to your vehicle

We were at the last day of our road trip and on our way back home to Atlanta when we discovered a nail in our tire.The staff were so friendly and so helpful. They knew what situation we were in and did not try to nickel and dime us. They worked as fast as they could to get us in and out and have our tire patched up. They even gave us a heavy discount and sent us on our way with well wishes. We were so thankful to have come across this business on our stressful travel day with a 1 year old and 2 dogs in tow.I wish I asked for the gentleman s name who helped us, but if you ever read this thank you!!

I was given a price of 59.00 for an alignment. When i picked up my vehicle they changed the price to 89.00. When asked why the price changed i was told it was due to my jeep having a modified suspension. My jeep has a stock quadralift suspension that I made sure to inform them about and it s not modified in any way. In any case they do good work but make sure to check then double check and then check again or get a written estimate before service.

We have been bringing our cars here for some years for everything from oil changes to buying tires to AC repair. Have always had good service. They let us know what is needed and finish in time as advised. Their customer service has always been stellar with friendly staff.

Very helpful staff. I ve been here plenty of times and they re always great. To go deeper, a true show to me of how good a business is is how they treat you when things don t go right. I won t go into specifics but when things with my car just were not easily fixed and not going how they were supposed to, Gateway did not disappoint. I had to come back a few times while they ordered the piece I needed but they always kept me in the know, and were always super professional and polite with everything. I highly recommend this location, especially Greg.

Yall be careful with this shop they can be deceitful. Went in for a brake pad change and was told i had to get all brake pads and rotors replaced hit me with a $1750 quote and they were over charging the heck out of the parts. Went to another honest shop they said my brake pads and rotors were good and that i just had to turn ( resurface ) my discs got the job done for $200 bucks truck running great now.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had a nail in my camper tire and they took care of me in under an hour. They had the special tire I needed in stock and replaced the tires quickly. The price was in line with others I have bought in the past. Once I found my trailer tire flat, I called for info, within 2 hours of closing, and the issue was resolved with time to spare. Great experience.

Greetings! I had someone do some front end work on my car. After the work was completed, my car was louder than it was before the new parts were installed. I took my car to Gateway Saturday and Christopher explained what my problem was.I ordered the part and they installed it today. Chris and Greg are amazing and Tech number 3292! I came in at the last second for someone to inspect my tire due to a long drive the next day. The team was welcoming and pleasant. Overall the customer service was impeccable and the gentlemen working went above and beyond to make sure I was safe on the road.

Y all. This shop is amazing. I ve been coming here for 10-15 years, and they do a fabulous job. They are always upfront and honest about the work that needs to be done, the price it ll cost, and how long it will take. I can t tell you the number of times that I ve told them something needed to be fixed and they said that it was okay. They give great recommendations on tires / oil changes / repairs based on the car and your lifestyle and life of the car. It s been the same people working here for as long as I can remember. We ve moved away from this location, but I still drove out here because I trust them so much and they are so honest.

Service has always been great here. I've had a full set of tires and a few oil changes here and it's never been more than an hour and a half if you go during off-peak hours. Price is pretty decent, staff is friendly enough and were kind enough to replace my tire even after showing up around 20 minutes to closing since I just got off work at the time. I've never had a reason to not keep going back here

Great service! I went to another tire place first and they said my flat couldn t be fixed even though it was a nail in the middle of the tire plus they said it would be at least a three hour wait. I left and went to Gateway. They fixed it at no charge and a short wait period. They will get my future business for all of my vehicles.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. All these experiences started 1 years ago. First time I took my car. 2010 Yukon at the time. I asked to check brakes. They come back and tell me my brakes are good they have 65% life remaining. 2 weeks later my brakes squeaking like crazy. I take it back. They tell me my brake are so bad I need new calipers. Rotors. And ofc the disc. Ridiculous is my opinion. Put me back on road with an unsafe vehicle just so they can get more money out of me. Then when the finish my brakes. The mechanic pulls it around with his oily,greasy, dirty latex glove still be worn. There was oil spots all over my interior. Then recently I take my newer car to get fixed. They tell me it ll be done by end of day. End of day comes they tell me it won t be finished for 2 days. 2 days go by. They tell me it won t be finish for another 2 days. 2 days go by they tell me if wont be done until tomorrrow. Tomorrow came and I picked it up. My entire radio display is changed. Different theme and different colors. My starlight headliner was on. I specifically remember turning it off.I remember having roughly 78.5k miles on my car. Now I have 78.7k on my car. I understand maybe needing to test drive it making sure it s okay. But test drive 200 miles? Idk about that. This place is God awful. I m warning you. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Very friendly and efficient. I walked in on a Saturday morning. They said about an hour and 62 minutes later I was already home. Final price was within $1 of their estimate over the phone.I really liked the way all the prices they be me were "walk out the door" and not +extras, +taxes when you come to pay.

I have been a loyal customer of Cordova gateway for at least 15 years. I ve had at least six cars have multiple sets of tires put on them over that period of time. Service has always been excellent and always felt they were honest. But now three strikes and they are out. Over the last two years one of the Service riders at the desk has tried to upsell me 3 times on various things that I verified after were not needed at that time. Today I went in for a simple free rotation and they tried to charge me 25.95 for an alignment check??? I did not request an alignment check. After I questioned it he said never mind. Maybe I ll try a different location as my past experience has been really good.

They told me no oil was in my vehicle, that in this case they top it off and instruct the customer drive it a week and come back for an oil change. I took it to mechanic friend, the oil wasn t topped off there was still no oil , and there was no coolant either. I m a single woman , I need trustworthy people to be sure my vehicle last. Not people who would send me away knowing that my vehicle had no vital fluids and could be damaged beyond repair. And I was told do no charge this time, probably to be sure there was no record I had even been there.

The only place I take my car. The employees are always polite and knowledgeable. The store is clean and a pleasant place to wait if you have to. Best of all, they explain the problem and what your best options are. The prices are more than reasonable. I recommend everyone I know to go to Gateway Tire. They are the best. And they have the cleanest bathrooms around!

I took my car here late June and was told I needed new brakes. Because I had used a Gateway in Flowood, MS I felt comfortable with them doing the work. I was wrong. I should have taken the car to the Toyota dealership. I have had nothing but issues with them since then, even though I have returned to Gateway several times to fix. I cannot stop with out loud squealing. I am said to have lost trust in the Gateway dealships since being in Memphis. If I have the need for them again, I ll drive the 3 hours to Gateway Flowood.

I called in in the morning because both low beam headlights were out. They had me come in immediately. They estimated about 45 minutes--it took only 5 to 10 minutes longer--and everything was fine. Good attitude, good service and a good price (about $50 total for both).

Waited 1 hour total, despite them having to go get a replacement tire from another location, as well as install the tire, balance & align the tires, and performed an oil change. Staff were very nice during the whole procedure.

When you call and come here make sure you write everything down of what they say is included in the the package. They will give you discount on tires , wait until you need the car later to do an wheel alignment. The service was fine. But its always the small print and fine lines. Write everything down!!

I like Gateway but I don t recommend this location. There are other more trustworthy locations. This location tries to get over and only decides to do right if you call them out on it. We have bought 6 tires in the last month. We brought the truck in to have one of the tires they put on balanced again which is a service included in the tire plan. They wanted to charge us $24.99 to look at it. Like I said I like Gateway but will not go back to this location.

If all you need is an oil change, expect to wait a minimum of 3 hours, if you're lucky. But they've been working on my cars for years now. Their good work and total honesty keeps me returning.

Great auto care. I had my tires changed here and talked to Bryan at around noon, had my truck in the shop at one, tires changed and alignment adjusted all in just three hours. Awesome service, great customer care, and all around friendliness. Oh and did I mention that they had to get the tires from a different shop in Memphis in order to put them on at the Macon location? Thats quality service right there. A++ guys.
