Truly from the 1st point of contact through the intercom I since nothing but courtesy in the voice of Ms Kendra. After meeting with her, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS she exhibited is unexplainable . I m dearly please with how she welcomed me in and showed me the location of my storage . After sharing what I really needed access wise? she accommodated me and made the necessary changes. I ve dealt with a lot of people around this world and Ms Kendra is the very top of the line in helping customers with their needs for storage from beginning to every visit she has a Infectious greeting and smile. Truly you are an asset to this front line of business office and out on the field working hands on. God s Blessings to you and your team as well as family. We need more young ladies with your spirit. Kendra was amazingly helpful with coordinating 3 storage rentals. Great communication! She made sure that I had the proper units to store my equipment! I was not expecting great customer service like that! I m very grateful!

The reservation process was very simple and direct. Once I arrived at the facility Kendra was very helpful and had a very pleasant attitude. She had no issue showing us another unit even though it was not the one we reserved. Thanks so much!!

Let me first start mentioning the smell of the office is amazing along with the aesthetics!This is my first unit with them and I m obliged to commend such a high level of customer service, so much I remember the name! Kendra exemplified customer service in it s highest regard! She took her time and explained the discrepancies with my account which was the problem. She then rendered a solution and steps I could make to bring the discrepancies with my account to a resolve! I would imagine Extra Space Storage is making a lot of money if it s customer service is as good her s because client s like me feel obligated to continue doing business where we feel appreciated and celebrated, not tolerated! Thanks for your patience, time, and solution Kendra, Extra Space is fortunate to have you as an employee!

Warning! Location is great but I ve been renting for four months and just received notice that my rate is DOUBLING. I m going from $21 to $40 a month starting next month. Funny though - it looks like a unit there the same size and access as my unit rents for $24 online right now. I ll be looking for a new unit elsewhere.

Kendra fly cool chic I was renting out a unit for storage and took advantage of the free month special. Overall d#nm good customer service. Kendra was very professional quick answered all of my questions and concerns. Will definitely recommend anyone at this specific location. Keep her she s a Gem 5 out of 5 stars !!!

Definitely would recommend! The service was outstanding! I rented through the online service. When I got my unit I realized it was going to be too small and I wanted a unit closer to the gate. Henry provided accommodations very kindly and very promptly. I only stored for a short time but Henry certainly went above and beyond to make my move in and move out easy and put my mind at ease!
