Ashley has been very helpful and accommodating in renting us a perfectly level, ant-free location for our 32 travel trailer. This location and their customer service are both great!

Signed up with the storage unit place after my mom passed away in August. Was told I had a locked in rate by the sales rep. Got charged double my normal price this month. Called into ask what happened thinking it must be an error and was told they don t do locked in rates and that was my rate increase. A 100% rate increase!!! Unheard of. To say the least, I was rubbed the wrong way. I explained, what I was told over the phone and asked if they could pull up the recorded line of what was told to me when originally sold the unit by the other sales rep but was told back they can t do that. They stated they notified me by mail about the rate increase a month prior but never received anything in the mail regarding. I believe it could have been sent but once again, I never received it. The lady I spoke to was nice and understanding and straight forward saying she would have told her customers rates are subject to change but unfortunately did not have that experience with who sold me the unit originally. She s going to speak to the store manager and see if they can work something out and call me back later this week, but still in disbelief a company does 100% rate increases! Even told them I d pay a year up front at my original rate but was told that s not going to happen. Let alone, I haven t even been with them but for a few months. I m in sales and just have a very bad taste left in my mouth after all transpired. Hoping they make this right so I can leave another review that s positive. I m just truly in disbelief. 100% rate increase! lol That s literally insane! For example if I was spending $150 on an AT&T line for 4 months, and than all the sudden revived a bill for $300 and told that s my new rate moving forward; would be what occurred with this storage company. 100% rate increase!!! FedEx and UPS do a 3.9%-5.9% rate increase on all customers once a year. That s reasonable but 100% rate increase and it hasn t even been 6 months! I apologize for the long post but legit shocked! 100% rate increase is Insane! Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of during a hard time having to get a place to put my moms stuff after her passing. I feel like I was told everything I wanted to hear so they could sign me up, and now, I m getting a completely different experience.

Tina was very nice much nicer than my other experience at the other Extra Space storage in Bartlett. They re pretty awful people in Bartlett but Tina and Cordova is very nice.

Weirdly odd to say but it's bitter sweet leaving them. I have had my unit since 2017 , and the Cordova extra space has always been courteous and understanding. We are closing our unit only because we no longer have a need. Would definitely recommend.

Ashley was so helpful when I came in this week to get storage for my big move. I have never had to use a storage service before so I was a little nervous since I didn t know what to expect. I am so glad I chose Extra Space. If you are looking for affordability, great customer service, and a clean safe facility, this is it!

I used Extra Space before like 4 years ago which was great but this time I went with another storage named Public Storage but the elevators was nasty and the staff wasn t there and without any notice on returning and this was during work hours. People was starting to form outside with me. So I got in my car and drove back to Extra Space and walked in spoke to the manager and got my storage. It was quick and easy. The place is always clean. The access is until 10pm which also is great for moving people on a time crunch. I would definitely recommend this company. I have always had a great experience here.

Ashley is the epitome of customer service. She is definitely concerned about her customers' satisfaction. She always addresses any concerns that I have in an expeditious manner. Ashley's professionalism and sweet disposition sets the standards for any arena of customer service. Ashley is an absolute jewel! I truly appreciate her!! KUDOS to Ashley!!!!

Ashley is the Absolute Best!! She was so nice, friendly and extremely professional and helpful as she worked with me to find the space I needed. It is extremely rare to experience this quality of customer service and genuine concern from employees for their customers. Ashley Butter provided excellent service and assistance as a new customer. As an occasional computer challenged person, Ashley gave easy and doable instructions in setting up access for my storage. I appreciate the calm and pleasant attitude. I also appreciate the very clean facility. I will definitely recommend this storage location to anyone that s in the market.

Let me say that this has nothing to do with the local staff as they all have been nothing but nice and easy to work with.After having a rental spot, for a very competitive price in the area, for my RV for 3 months they tried to raise my rate over 100% because "they can raise rates anytime". I called to ask about it and they were able to knock it down to a >50% increase.This has raised the rate higher than their own Extra Space storage sites within blocks of each other. Not very understanding of this type of business practice.For this type of business practice, as usually people don't want to move all their belongings out of a unit due to the hassle, I would not recommend this site. Again...this has nothing to do with the location employees...they are very nice.

I am officially a loyal customer to Extra Space Storage...all due to a very nice lady by the name of Ashley. If there is a school for customer service then Ashley definitely attended it and I'm willing to bet she was on the Dean's list if so! She was nice, very helpful and knowledgeable of the company she works for. I don't care if I am moving to Mississippi, I am still going to store my belongings at Extra Space Storage (Cordova) with Ashley. Thanks a lot!!!

I really appreciated the EXCELLENT customer service displayed by Katie, the store manager. She is very professional, honest and courteous. She answered every question that I had and she made this transaction a smooth process. I also spoke with Tracey over the phone first and he is such a great person. He is extra professional and very kind. They are a wonderful team, therefore, they win customer service of the year awards from me!

I called, got an answer, and was into my storage within no time. I love the drive up experience and the fact that the storage is inside. Access was easy and the dollies provided was perfect to move my things on. Came with a lock pad so I didn t have to go searching.

I got a quote from a young lady by the name of Ashley. She was very informative and most of all, she displayed such professionalism and was just a sweet spirit. Extra Space Storage needs to use her as an example of what exemplary customer service should look like. I wish all businesses had someone like her.

The experience I had here was amazing & quick . Tameka was very helpful & knowledgeable. This was the best customer service I have ever received & this was my first time purchasing a storage & she helped me understand the sizes & walked me through everything every step of the way. So happy I have a storage here & even more happy the customer service was A+. If you ever come in make sure to ask for Tameka shes the BEST & definitely deserves a raise or something . I will be coming back anytime I have to move again & I only wanna deal with Tameka.

Absolutely amazing! The ease of renting a unit online is completely outstanding! The staff at every location are very nice and will help you find the size unit that you need! Even with a unit in the far back, I feel safe in knowing that random/non renters can not enter the facility with out entering their code to enter and leave.

I will start off by saying Ashley is so sweet and handled everything great. BUT! after having a covered outdoor storage lot for our boat for years there, we experienced a major theft on the lot. The outside lights do not work as they should, no cameras on the lot, holes in the fence, and the gate sometimes does not work. And they refuse to fix the issues resulting in a major theft spree on the lot. Several of us had our boats broken into, vehicles catalytic converters stolen, an RV stolen, and several vehicles and storage lockers broken into. It is unacceptable that they do not make the necessary requirements to prevent this. We have canceled and moved to another storage.-

Moving half way across the country is stressful and Katie and Tracy made our transition to the area much easier! From the time we reserved our storage unit until we were finally able to arrive in town and secure the unit and sign the contract and even through delivery of our personal belongings to the facility, the staff made this part of moving less stressful. Both Katie and Tracy are so incredibly friendly and helpful!!! They are personable and work to help accommodate individual needs of customers, which can change. They easily adapt to accommodate! Super friendly and clean location. Climate controlled is a plus!! Pricing is very reasonable!! Cannot recommend enough!
