I had suffered minor rear bumper damage on my Toyota RAV 4 due to a hit and run incident. My insurance adjuster gave me some options on repair places near me and I chose Desoto collision center. The service was excellent, John did the assessment of my vehicle and Pat was in frequent communication with me on the phone and through text message alerts on the progress of the work being done. Not only did they do a great job replacing the bumper, they actually had the work completed a day ahead of schedule, which was even more surprising for me. They get 5 stars in my book, great job to the folks over at Desoto.

I took my Volvo here and they refused to work on the car because I have GEICO insurance! I've never come across this. He gave me the rest of the day to move my car of the lot. Luckily Volvo is across the street and they let me move it to their lot for the inspection. Volvo told me that they also refuse cars from their Mazda dealership.go some where else first. This business does not believe in service....

Excellent repair work - looks good as new. Ashley and Billy provided excellent customer service. Had to have a bumper worked on. It took 2 weeks for them to get the parts and fix it. Definitely will use them again if the need arises.

My guy Pat had the best customer service ever! He made me feel like me and my car was in good hands from when I first walked in. They did a great job at repairing my car and did it in a timely fashion! 10/10 experience. Reliable repair facility. Communication is weak. Never got the phone calls which they say made. Repair times are backed up everywhere so that is not a factor in my rating. Overall good.
