I had my vehicle repaired over 5 years ago by the previous owner. At that time I was given a lifetime warranty for the work. Recently the paint began to flake off the front bumper. I took the original paperwork by and Bo the manager was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. They cheerfully made the necessary repairs and my car is like new again. I highly recommend them for any job, large or small.

I had a great experience with this shop twice now! I just bought my car in May of this year and by July, a tree had fallen and made pretty significant damage. I was nervous because I knew it would need new paint etc. It took a bit of time to be expected, but it looks better now than when I first bought it. Unfortunately, I had to pay another visit to this shop a short time after because I was rear ended. They once again did an outstanding job. Everyone in the office is kind and humorous. They keep you updated very frequently throughout the repair process. My car was ready both times on the estimated date. Highly recommend!!!

The young lady at the front desk listened to an issue I had with my vehicle s headlights. This was an issue their shop was not even remotely responsible for. A little history: a Firestone shop had told me it would be a complex issue and they could not do it, Raleigh Tire said they would have to keep the car a couple of days and the charge would be over a hundred dollars. The young lady took my car, the mechanic interrupted his work and handled it within minutes, and the young lady said, It was so quick and easy, I can t charge you. This experience was a renewal of my faith in humanity! I commend them for their honesty, and their exemplary customer service.

Lol Honda has 7 year paint warranties and what does it matter as long as they paid you to do a job. You were paid to PAINT and clear coat the car and the job simply wasn't done. So instead of resorting to name calling and false allegations of threats and extortion why don't you show us "the type of man you are" and finish the work.Writing a review doesn't make you a "male version of a Karen" by the way, I'm not calling the cops! I think anyone with common sense can see I'm just stating the facts and posting pictures of it on the internet while you're throwing a fit. So calm down Robert, I know its hard to admit you're wrong but a picture is worth a 1000 words. Clearly you can see that part of the trunk was never painted like the rest of the car.6/29 (edit/response to owner)Plain and simple if you had any intentions of fixing this you would have told me to bring the car in or at least sends pics when I called. The first thing you mentioned was that the paint job was out of warranty and you couldn't help me so stop acting like you even started to be helpful. After that the conversation went downhill with your aggressive behavior. Fact of the matter is, if you didn't want to do warranty work for Honda then you probably shouldn't have picked up the tab. Stop acting like you're a nice guy Robert because you're not and I hope your customers catch a small glimpse of how awful your customer service is here. Oh yeah, don't worry about me using one of your shops lol I wouldn't let you touch one of my cars again after this experience! One last thing, everyone is entitled to leave an internet review, you gave me a bad experience so I gave you a bad review. That's how it works buddy. Have a good one. The end.Service: Painting

Very friendly and outgoing and respectful. They have been the only shop in the many I ve been to that could match the paint on 2012 Challenger Yellow Jacket. I drive a white 4Runner with black Pro Comp rims and all terrain tires. I had a car vandalism issue recently, and someone stabbed all of my tires and spray painted the side panel with black paint. I reported the incident on a Wednesday and the truck was towed to Cordova Collision that evening around 4P. Cordova Collision fixed everything back to perfection by Friday at 5P. I was amazed at the turn-around time and the restoration of the truck! Thank you guys for everything :))

This shop was highly recommended for repairs by a friend of the family who recently had work completed on his car. I was in an accident about 3 weeks ago and after making several phone calls to other shops on the state farm list, I finally found this shop to take my vehicle. We schedule an appointment for my car to be assessed and worked on for November 18, 2022. When the appointment was made, Collision knew my car was a tow in. On November 8, 2022, my state farm representative told me my appointment was cancelled and Cordova Collision was not taking my vehicle because it was a tow in and they were at capacity now. I called Cordova Collision and spoke with Hillary regarding the cancellation. Hillary ask me to send photos of my car damage and I did. Shortly after sending the photo she respond back and told me her manager said "No", they were not going to take the vehicle because it would take 3 or 4 weeks. I guess my damages were not big enough for them to make lots of money. Who does that! I know it is all about the money; but my thing is be a person of your word. They allowed me to make an appointment and they canceled it. I was very upset that this company did not honor the agreement to keep my appointment date.

05/2022****Cordova Collision Repair on Bonnie Lane in Cordova through Nationwide Insurance body shop list. I picked the shop out of 8 shops for timing and reviews. My 2020 GMC Terrain back hatch was wrecked bad. Everything looks GREAT CAN T tell I ever wrecked the truck it looks brand new. Color looks great! All cameras work in the back!! The staff is wonderful, easy to talk too very professional!! The Work is excellent RJ -THANKS can t say enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dropped my car off December 20, it s now February, was quoted to be done by January 19 a week before my birthday which seemed great, got a call saying they could finish by January 7, January 7 rolled around no phone call, I call find out they found more damage, that no problem they state that they are pushing for January 19, I call practically every week to get the same response that it should be done by next week I ve heard this every week since January 19, I get that COVID and winter storm hinder progress but communication is key specially with customer service, but I have I gotten phone calls from them no, I m always calling, February 9 comes and my insurance calls to tell me my car will be ready the next day for pick up, I m excited cause this is finally over, call this shop today February 10 to find out they aren t done, so what miss communication is this to tell my insurance it ll be ready when it s not, got another call saying it should be done by Monday so I m frustrated cause I can t really trust their word. I just want my car back, I give it one star cause of this horrible communication and lack of care for customers, maybe I ll change my mind once I actually see my car but here s to hoping. Also my Volkswagen app shows me when it s been worked on, didn t see activity for a whole month, they don t touch it unless I call up there or call the insurance person who says he knows the the owner. Please just finish my car. Also if you have progressive this might not be the shop for you, honestly recommend going elsewhere to anyone reading this.Service: Body & Trim

I personally would like to finally take the time to say Cordova Collision has went above and beyond helping me. I am a little lat writing this review. Yet, as I sit in the lobby while waiting on a diagnostic. I must say the staff is extremely nice and helpful. They are promp with their service as well as their overall professionalism. Came in to get a quote on my passenger side fender from someone hitting my car. It appeared to be just paint transfer. Previous place I went to was going to charge me $125 just to see if they could possibly fix it. Casey took a look at it and worked a little magic and in five minutes my car was looking like it never had been hit and didn t charge me a penny! I appreciate this business not trying to work me over like the other few I visited earlier in the dayService: Body & Trim

I choose to bring my car to Cordova Collision repair because most of the other collision repair locations would not order parts for the vehicle until I drop off the car. Most of the locations I took my car to said it would take one to two weeks to repair my car because the parts alone would take two to three days to get in. Cordova Collision Repair fixed my car in 3 1/2 days. I am very satisfied with the repairs. They took care of the extra repair cost with the insurance company without any problem. All of the staff that I dealt with were professional and courteous. I would suggest this place to my friends.

I had my first collision back in August, so I m really late writing this. But they did an awesome job repairing my Challenger. When I got it back, it looked like I just bought the car. No evidence of it being in a collision at all. The only thing I didn t ask was whether or not they do general body work. For example, I wanted to get a car repainted or a front bumper replaced because of a dent.

They had my car in for a collision repair . After approximately 1 week car came out and looked like it was before. Only genuine Mercedes parts were used so I am impressed. Workers were very nice and professional.

Robert, thank you for your time yesterday and your estimate. I think that you are probably a great vendor for the insurance companies as you definitely seemed to be much more concerned about their needs than mine as the automobile owner. The rattle could have been caused by something in my trunk that was either moved around or jostled or knocked off when my car was struck from the rear. I am not sure about the left door damage being caused by the accident. I am the one being inconvenienced with having to get estimates and also having to worry about having my car ready for a required family event out of town. I should not be told to worry about the cost of a rental car or the cost of a repair being tried on my vehicle and then, if that shouldn't work to your liking, then you would replace the fender. Whether I plan to trade my car in or not, I want it to be the way it was before this accident occurred. I have been a very long time State Farm user and would certainly do all that I can to not incur additional charges to them or certainly not to the person who caused the accident. I know you are not aware that I have family health issues that are weighing on my mind and having to deal with this is an additional burden at this time. Hopefully, this will give you some insight into the feelings of a potential customer, especially a senior citizen who still has the ability to make wise decisions.

Trustworthy shop, highly recommend! I brought my vehicle to a couple local places for estimates to repair the front bumper. I damaged the bumper when I parked too close to the curb, backed out, and it nearly ripped off; broke fasteners in 2 places. I really didn't want to spend the money to replace the bumper since my car is over 12 years old. One of the mechanics took a good look and fastened it in place with garbage ties. It's been one month and it hasn't moved. He saved me $1500 and you can't tell it was ever loose. Other shops said I had to get a new bumper because it would eventually fall off. If you're looking for someone honest to work on your car who will do a great job, go here!

I must first date that I did not have my auto repair done at Cordova Collision. I did get an estimate there and the price seem very fair. The real reason that I did not decide to go with them for my repair was because it took so long for them to get me the estimate. Even after two phone calls asking for the estimate. I will say that their estimate did compared to other places where I had my car at repair estimated, and there's was actually a little lower. Too bad they were so slow getting back to me.

This shop came highly recommended by some knowledgeable auto mechanics and now I know why. They were awesome to deal with. They know how customer service works and they do beautiful work. You can't ask for more from a collision repair business.

My first experience with CC was superb so when I was rear-ended in my SUV I took my Denali in for inspection and repair. They are fast and excellent with major repairs.

they was only supposed to fix a dent and replace doors.after I got it back the rear camera did not work and neither did my front dome light. they refused to fix what THEY BROKE and said I needed to take it somewhere else. BAD WORKMANSHIP AND BUISNESS

These people have a nasty attitude. After waiting for three weeks for them to replace an antenna on my truck I asked for a refund of my deposit which was 75 dollars they only gave me 50 dollars back. They said they had worked on my truck on my truck for 15 minutes and they took 20 dollars
