I don't recommend this facility because they don't keep service records. I was greeted with an ok what can I do for you and given a somewhat reasonable quote ($1200.00) for the work I needed done( I supplied my own parts) a year ago. However is was ($150.00) more because I needed same day service. I recently I called to have more work done. I was asked if I have used their service before. (Yes) They cannot find any service records of my visit. Now I question myself why didn't I go get an inspection to assure they used my OEM parts.

Tim and his crew have worked on my GMC Acadia and has diagnosed and repaired a handful of issues in a timely, efficient, and affordable manner over the last few months. I had a great experience with Brake Zone. Tim was honest and helpful. It s hard to find a trustworthy Mecahnic this day and age, but if you re looking for a Mecahnic that you can trust, Tim at Brake Zone is your man. His mechanic, Jimmy, was great too. They show you what the problem is, which I like. He even fixed an intake issue that I knew nothing about. I would recommend them to anyone having problems with their car. I will be back.

Went today because a screw in my battery terminal had broken so my car would stop running. Tim was very extremely helpful and saved me $300 because the Hyundai dealership was trying to charge $400 to fix it. He used his expertise to come up with a budget friendly solution foe for me.So grateful for him because I don't have money like that. I'll definitely be back. Shop local and definitely get your car serviced here. I'll be back

Top Notch Service. Tim has helped me several times. With diagnosing and repairing several of my vehicles. From water pumps to suspension work to brakes and 02 sensors. Quality work at reasonable competitive pricing. If your looking to get some patch work done and not fix your car the right way don t come here. I am glad I gave brake zone a try last year to get some brake work. Great service at a competitive price. I came back recently for some more work to replace sway links for my vehicle along with a tune up and I am very pleased with the results. A shout out to Tim for a great experience!

I took my car to Brake Zone and was told I needed all 4 new rotors & all 4 brakes replaced. They quoted me $863.00 for it all plus an oil change. Thankfully my husband told me to leave and not allow them to fix my car. I did get the oil change and they charge my 39.99 when at first he told me 29.99 but whatever. We took our car to another brake repair place and they told us we didn t need all 4 rotors replaced, just the front 2 and I course all brakes needed to be replaced. They charged us $375 with a lifetime warranty. The guys are nice but they charge too much and they also will beg you to get service with them. This is the honest truth of my experience. I also was lied to saying I wouldn t find a better deal anywhere else. Call around before you allow anyone to work on your car to save some money!

I really liked that this shop can handle just about all your car maintenance needs. Mr. Tim is very courteous and his shop is very clean. Rates may be a bit racey , but the work and the warranties are worth it.

This place is great, took my mazda rx-8 for a regular oil change, didn't take long. The family own business is polite, honest and helpful. I had a few questions about my own car, and they took the time to check it out and tell me more about it. Will I go back to Bake Zone if i have car issues or just another oil change? The answer Yes!!!!

Stopped here, was going through town on a trip and all of sudden there was a horrible grinding sound coming from the front wheel. Was going to take to a dealer to have it looked at-knew this was going to be expensive and probably cut short our road trip. We saw the Brake Zone sign and decided to take a chance and have them take a look. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and pleasant. Took our vehicle right in for a test drive, for what was a horrible grinding noise in the front wheel. No sooner backed it up and took it right into garage. The service tech came right back to the waiting area and said to come and look, our heart sanked oh no! He said you are going to laugh and here it was a rock found by the rotor. They could have said it was anything, but they were HONEST. We thank you for the quick service at NO charge and want to make sure everyone know how wonderful you were especially to out of town people. Thanks again!

I stopped in from out of town to have my brakes checked for any leaks. They checked and found nothing wrong, so they waived the fee for it! They also had a great deal on an oil change and very friendly and welcoming employees!

I had my brakes changed and they were very knowledgeable about everything I asked and the price was not too bad. Great customer service and they were quick! Will definitely use them in the future.

I've taken my car here twice and each time I've had excellent communication and service. Have had my breaks fixed and a water pump put on my vehicle. Will be going back for other services, highly recommended

This place is the real deal. Other places just down the road tried to charge me almost triple what Brake Zone charged. I trust them with my axle/brakes and rotor issues. You should too. Honest guys doing great work!!

my husband came from Millington to drop my car off , left work at that to get my car to the appt by 11 and no one was there! Tried calling 15 times but no one picked up. What a waste of time.

The mechanics are nice... But the hours say 8-6pm Monday through Friday. It is 8:45am and nobody's here. I need assistance, and there is nobody here. Wow.

They have many specials and discounts but they don't apply to the basic services they advertise. Don't waste the trip.
