I didn t know Batteries Plus replaced watch batteries. I called several places and couldn t believe what cost to replace a watch battery. I just happen to think about Batteries Plus since I gotten a battery for my alarm sensor. I called and what you know that replace watch batteries way cheaper. I visited the Cordova store and the young was helpful, pleasant, and patience. I never go anywhere else for this again. They sell anything associated/uses a battery.

Shopping here with Kendrick McVay was a sincere pleasure! He was knowledgeable of products and helped me find the best deal for what I needed. From the time I walked in the door until I left, he was friendly, attentive, and helpful it was refreshing to feel like a valued customer and not just an old woman that he didn t want to bother with. Customer service at it best! AND they were the only store in Memphis who carried what I wanted! Said so on Google and we all know google is never wrong! LOL!!! So I did have to go out of my way a bit but the service Kendrick provided me made it worth it! Thanks KD for the kind assistance and help! Oh, and as I was leaving, another older lady walked in with questions and he jumped in to help her like a duck on a June bug. So kind and helpful!

last time I was there, this tall white male who was supposedly fixing phones was cussing and cursing, throwing out the S-word and the F-word like halloween candy. Guy should be fired.

I was able to get 2 of the 3 watches batteries replaced. My MK watch I got the lifetime replacement, and the other pne time replacement. It was expensive, but I don't have to worry about paying for a battery anymore with the MK watch. The customer service was great. The young man answered all my questions, and I was wble to watch him replace the batteries.

Terrible customer service here. The store was completely empty other than a single employee. I dropped in to pick up an online order and you would have thought I interrupted this guy having dinner with his family. He barely spoke and looked angry that I was there.I left this same review with the survey that Batteries Plus sent me - and at the end of the survey they asked me to leave a Google review, so, yeah, happy to share with the entire world the issue I was trying to share with you privately.

Awesome customer service!! Mike & Shellie (I may have her name wrong) were very patient & helpful. I spoke with Julie on the phone & she was wonderful as well. I got what I needed quickly & left happy! I will return for my future needs & encourage others to do the same!

The Cordova location sucks!! We ordered a key fob for our car. When the key arrives they could not program it and gave us back a $224 key that could only open the door. I called Sherry at the Bartlett location who had me to come by. They took the time to make sure my key worked and apologized for my inconvenience. Sherry and her team rocked!!!

The technicians there couldn't install my newly purchased car battery because they didn't have the proper tools to remove the battery lock-down bracket. All they needed was a 10mm socket. I wound up bringing the new battery home and installing it myself. It took me less than 5 minutes to remove the battery lock-down bracket. Next, I had to drive back to the store to dispose of the old battery. I understand there is a shortage of workers (that's willing to work), but hiring incapable employees is not the answer.

I stopped by there earlier today to get the battery replaced on my key fob for the car. Quick, friendly, and more reasonablePriced then the dealership. The gentleman repacked it for me. Made sure it worked. And I was out within 5-10 minutes. My kind of transaction.

I bought a 12-volt 8AH Duracell battery to replace an automatic fish feeder battery. It worked at first, but about 2 weeks later, it was dead - wouldn't even light up my battery meter. The fish feeder has a solar panel that keeps the battery charged. It has always worked fine. I took the battery back to the store, and the clerk said I had to leave it with them overnight to see if they could get it to accept a charge. If it did not, they would give me a new battery. I came back in 2 days, and a different clerk said yes, the battery charged just fine. I took it back and put it in the fish feeder. It showed *12-V Fair* on the screen now, and it would not operate the feeder. The screen usually says *12-V Good*, which is what I expected. so I go back to get it replaced. The original clerk was there. He said he couldn't give me a new battery because it accepted a charge; perhaps his manager, Mike Wilkinson, would give me one, but he was not there. He gave me Mike's business card, said to call him, he's a nice guy. I tried to call Mike today. The voicemail said press 5 to speak with management. When I pressed 5, it just repeated the same voicemail menu. So much for speaking with Mike. If you've kept count, I made 3 trips back to the store in Cordova already, jumping through their hoops. Even if Mike said "Yes, come get a new battery," that would be my 4th trip AFTER the initial purchase, just to try to correct their sale of a defective battery. To hell with that! I'll get my batteries elsewhere from now on.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE TO THESE PEOPLE. If your phone has EVER been worked on before, they will not warranty THEIR work. Crazy policy. I had to go back 3 times after simple screen replacement. They pinched the camera/speaker cable and they acted like they were doing me a favor replacing it. They admitted that their technician broke it. The place smells like cigarettes. Unfriendly, incompetent service. Go elsewhere!!!!!Update: My phone is completely inoperable thanks to these people. It overheats after a few minutes. This is a 2 year old IPhone. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE TO BE FIXED!!!!! I brought in my iphone 7 to get a cracked screen repaired. It was barely cracked, not shattered. I came back to get it and they told me "during the repair the battery was short circuited so it no longer works" I asked for the manager, James Morgan, who immediately told me that was a manufacturer problem and there's nothing that can be done. I then left and my phone rang. I was excited because I knew it wasn't the battery just a black screen. Brought it back, got the screen working but no luck on the home button working or the phone being able to power on and off. So, long story short I went in with a fully functional phone and left with a broken iphone. No home button, no powering on. AND I paid $90 for the throat punch. I shouldn't even give 1 star but Jake and Ben were so kind I am doing it for them.

I needed a special battery for my alarm. Not only did they have one so I could change it myself but it was a lot cheaper then what I would have paid if the alarm company changed it. Great service. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place. Come check them out.

GREAT STORE!!! Has any battery you could ever want or need! GREAT service. They are competitively priced and local so NO SHIPPING! The staff are nice and courteous! I have found everything i need there and more. They have good quality product.

Good inventory and friendly helpful service at this specific store #373. When I had terrible service at a different location, the staff at this store went way beyond what they should have to make sure to fix the problem and keep me a happy customer. Definitely visit the store on Germantown Parkway in Cordova, TN.

Went to Autozone. They wanted $175 for a battery for a Nissan Versa. Then I called B + B. They found me an equivalent for $110. I was able to pay online with 10% discount and pick it up same day. Threw that bad boy in my car. Works like a champ.

Car battery was easy to order on their website, price is competitive with auto parts store, discount was offered for order online/store pickup, and battery had a rebate offer.

Professionalism of the employee. Repaired the phone in the time he stated he would have it completed. Explained the warranty policy. The cost to repair was reasonable

This was the second time I needed a screen replaced on my cell phone and they had it in and out within the hour. Phone worked fine after the repair.

Don't let them work on your iPhone even if it is for a new battery. Took my iPhone 5 in for a new battery. By the time I got it back the ringer no longer worked nor did the fingerprint sign in device. If I could give these guys less that one star I would do so. Don't let them work on your phone!!
