Went to rent a specific item and called to verify it was correct. Turns out in the middle of the project it wasn t correct. Please make sure you check Yourself before leaving from that place

I visited this Autozone last Thursday. I needed a fuse for my adapter to charge my phone in the car. I sent my daughter in and no one helped her. I went in on my crutches and asked if there was anyone to help and Siddiq actually took the time to try to help. He spent about 30 minutes checking all the fuses and trying to figure it out. Although he couldn t figure it out, this is the type of service I appreciated and I am grateful he took the time to help.

Outstanding service, respectful employees. Good manager. i have been to auto shops in the past but this is the best. They fixed my car issues and had me on my way in no time at all. You guys rock

3/12/23 cashier was being rude to me telling me to go to self checkout cuz she s busy. (I was in line for a different cashier in the first place)Then she told me to come to her so she can get me going.I asked her to price match something, and told me they don t do price matches which is a lie because I do it all the time at autozone. She also told me quote I know I m getting on your nerves but I don t care, I was trying to be friendly and I don t understand why she was so keen on creating an issue with me.I just decided to be the bigger person and leaveI didn t get her name but it was a middle aged black woman.She won t go anywhere in life with that attitude so I hope she cleans her act up

Store not open at 7am plus there s no store hours post on window. Then I see a guy walk up to the door as I m leaving. How are you a business opening late.

Ray was super helpful today and replaced my headlights. He was extraordinarily helpful and treated every single customer with so much respect, holding the door open and greeting every single person who came in while he was replacing my headlights. Thank you so much for your helpfulness and kindness today, Ray!

My brake light went out and Emad got me the correct bulb and installed it for me in like 5 minutes. He was SOOOOO helpful, and save me over $150 by not having to go to the dealership and having them change it. I paid a grand total of $9. He is awesome!!

I went here yesterday for help with my air conditioner. Everybody was so helpful. I can t remember the young man s name but he taught me how to do everything so in the future I could do it myself. He even helped me with my bumper that was hanging off my car lol

The gentleman who helped me was outstanding! Older gentleman who's name I believe was Christopher.. he checked my battery, it was bad, he made sure I understood the warranty and charges and proceeded to install it. While in the process of installation, a screw/bolt combo broke, I had to go to the Chevrolet service department to get a new one because they didn't carry it. He told me to come back and he'd finish then check my alternator. I came back and he finished installing my battery, put everything back in place and checked my alternator! He was great throughout the entire process.. This entire ordeal started at approximately 0815 and ended at approximately 1000. That includes the trip to the dealership. The only downside to this visit was that another employee started cussing the gentleman that helped me when he was done because Chris borrowed a tool that the other employee wasn't using at the moment. When he returned it, I could audibly hear the other employee raising his voice and cussing at the kind gentleman who went out of his way to assist me, all while in front of ANOTHER customer. Aside from that unprofessional behavior by the OTHER employee my visit was great! I also want to add that Chris tried to defuse the situation and ended up just walking away instead if entertaining the behavior.

Tommy was my hero today. I m in from out of town and the company car I am driving had a dead battery. Tommy drove to my rental, boosted my battery and made sure I made it to to Autozone in Cordova on Germantown Parkway and Bonnie lane. He then installed the new battery and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. Tommy you made my day and I am forever grateful for your help today.

The staff who work there are so friendly and helpful. I have a great experience each time I go there. They installed my replacement battery and tested the alternator to make sure that wasn't the cause for my battery dying. They also gave me some good car care advice. I highly recommend this AutoZone for your car care needs.

Took my battery in to get charged, when I got it back it turns out they had barely even charged it so I had to go to ANOTHER location to finally get my battery charged properly.

Great customer service!! I went to pick up some parts for my husband. The counter staff was very friendly and handled my order well even while social distancing. Even found a couple of fun t-shirts for Father's Day. Thank you, Autozone!!

I had some issues with my used vehicle, it wouldn't start consistently. They analyzed what was wrong and told me exactly what to request with my mechanic to have it fixed, possibly saving me a bunch of money fixing stuff I don't have to. And they did it all for free. Got a bunch of accessories here awhile back as well. Highly recommend them.

They people who work at AutoZone has always been helpful. Always giving suggestions on the right product, parts and tools for your car. Also, they're always have been helpful with every project. They make you feel like your work with the friendly neighborhood mechanic.

I'm not very knowledgeable about auto mechanics. But this was the place for me to come when I needed help. They were very helpful in Discerning what I needed and even given me assistance to know how to get the part put in my car. The staff there were very kind and gave each customer the time they needed..

Incompetency at its finest.. not only do you have a computer to look up the part I need as well as me having the part right in front of you and you still cant tell me which one I need.. it utterly amazing that you people even have jobs the fact that someone thinks you do a good enough job to earn a paycheck is joke thanks for nothing..
