This so called manager named Nathalie Store number 4546 in Cordova Tennessee lied about a service Auto Zone provided and sa all Auto Zone don't put in batteries in car, I asked her this is just this store or all Store she replied all store l, call two others store to see if this was true, which is wasn't I went back into the ask her unprepared rude person why did you lie shw bold face in front of others employees she didn't say. I spoke with the store manager and he apologized for her nasty lie and he took care of. As long she there I will never go back in store.

The white boy with long hair doesn't know customer service. The company should put the right guy in the right place, and this boy makes the service in the store very bad.

I ask several questions to a worker there and he never even acknowledged me at all! He was on the same isle I was on stocking some items, there's no way he didn't know I was talking to him. My husband is a well known mechanic in Memphis and he will let people know not to use this place at this location! Guess because I'm a women he had a problem with acknowledging me! As soon as a man walked in he had a question and the employee acknowledged him immediately!

ARMANDO WAS AMAZING!! He asked me what I needed less than 5 seconds of me walking into the store. He got everything I needed and checked me out QUICKLY!!! He was amazing!!!!!

I went In on Feb12, 2023 and was received the best service ever . Jacob was very knowledgeable about what I needed for my car . He applied and delivered the needed service for my vehicle . He was Very humble and passionate about helping me . Great customer service still exists. He should get a raise . Thanks Jacob

Jacob is awesome. I locked my keys in my car and despite it being about 100 degrees outside, he persistently tried for about 30 minutes to get my car unlocked and he eventually unlocked it and I was able to retrieve my keys.Thank you Jacob!!!!

Incompetent employees Who can not look up a warranty, manager was just as bad. Nobody at this location knows how to use their computers and look up information. They were not bright, not helpful and just plain ridiculous to deal with. They seriously need to re-evaluate what kinds of people they hire at this place. Zero knowledge of anything automotive related and zero knowledge on how to operate their own system

I normally don t write reviews for anything, but my current experiences of today (02/08/20) with Armando Sosa and last week (02/02/20) with Jacob at this AUTOZONE store on Houston Levee @ Macon were exceptionally awesome in customer care and service. Today Armando s going above and beyond services with a friendly smile (despite his in-store schedule), in fixing my Murano's broken fog lamp, that you can expect only in a highly rated automobile repair shop with a repair price tag added, prompted me to write this.

Just went to this Autozone today around 1 pm. I see posts on here of the great customer service. I'd have to say that today was one of the worst customer service experiences. Let's start from the top. My wife and I carry in an old car battery. The associate proceeds to inform us that their machine to check batteries is broken at the time. Ok, I understand that. I didn't ask for a bettery check. I asked to find out if they had a battery. I already knew it was bad ( I have over 25 yrs experience in the auto/diesel service industry ). Then we get to business. They do have 2 batteries in stock for the car I'm working on. He then tells me that either battery would cost around $189.99 each. My wife then says to the associate that may be too high for the person that is needing the battery for their car. He said that Wal-Mart may have a cheaper priced battery. My wife asks if that would be a pretty close estimate as to the $189 battery at most places. Here's where the situation went bad. The Autozone associate then proceeded to say that who ever owns the car should go get a job if the $189 battery is too much. Who says that to a potential customer? What in the world kind of customer service is this? Then we were about to leave and I couldn't stand it. I had to say something. I told the associates standing there that was no kind of service. Then he got defensive and argumentative and I asked for the store phone number to call the manager. He told me it's on the door. Fro this day onward I will never use another Autozone until they fix their customer service skills. And it would have been 0 stars but you have to put at least 1 to post anything.

AutoZone like you pay to charity every time you come in the store for parts. I don't mind helping at all but you got to donate or not before you can pay for your parts. I don't think they should have a person to be forced to donate.
