I had legitimately the BEST experience at this AutoZone. I m completely incompetent when it comes to cars and one of the sales reps, Alex, went above and beyond to help me out with my car battery. Service and human compassion like that doesn t come around often. Highly recommend this AutoZone location just based on the fantastic employees alone.

Mr. Larry N. Came to the rescue! The other workers simply want to tell me anything! 5yr warranty is just that unless otherwise stated! You can change the rules but when I purchased the battery it was never stated anything about a 3yr warranty and 2yr prorated. Then I should have purchased 3yr warranty! Thank you Again Mr. Larry.

I came to get a lightbulb and that was it. But a man by the name of Cowboy took it a step further and helped make the process of installing the light so much easier. He saved me a nice amount of time aswell. From a customers stand point, he deserves a raise! Thank you again.

Patrick is the best example of putting customer satisfaction first that l have come across in a long time. He helped me replace my headlight, a feat that turned out to be no easy job. He beat his hand up and wouldn't give up to make sure my headlight worked as the light faded early due to daylight savings. Whereas most others would have just simply told the customer to go to an auto repair shop, he stuck with it and had a great demeanor the whole time. He then told me he had been with AutoZone for 32 years. The fact that he still has such a positive attitude after all this time is a testament to the culture and quality at AutoZone. Thanks, Patrick!

I have never had a better customer service experience than at this autozone location. Mike, Larry, and Doug were excellent and helped us find a solution to our car issue, my wife and I were really impressed by the level of care and effort.

Patrick did an outstanding job! He was the only one working, he was answering the phone, checking people out, and assisting with repairs. He was very polite and very knowledgeable.He deserves a raise He called Hunter in and he came in to help out, he was a great as well!

Terrible service tonight. Apparently, Auto Zone has no way to look up past orders even if you are a rewards member. I was trying to confirm the date that I last bought headlight bulbs from a different Auto Zone because I believe they were within the 1 year warranty time frame.Cashier tried to look it up. You could tell he was new and didn't know what he was searching for. Goes to get Manager. Manager says I have to call 1-800 number for help with any rewards questions and is completely dismissive as if I was bothering him and in his way. Also, starts arguing with me over whether it's in warranty or not.I know that they can look up battery orders. Why not other orders you bought with their Rewards Program? Talk about confusing as hell. What is the point of a Rewards Program if they can not display past orders in their system!?You pay a premium ($20 extra in fact for the new bulbs I bought tonight as compared to Amazon) to shop at Auto Zone.After tonight's fiasco, I am not sure I'll ever go back. Pitiful, downight shameful service.

Fantastic customer service and a great vibe. One of the employees lent me a screwdriver and opened a package for me, plus he was funny as hell. When I came back from replacing my overhead light the window washer fluid I asked about was waiting on the counter!

Country Cowboy(Larry Nichols) provided EXCEPTIONAL service. Out of the many years I have been going to auto zone I have never been served in a way that has completely made my day. He is a life saver and you should definitely give him a raise or promotion. While he was serving me. He has other customers happy to see him and praising his Hard work. Definitely see him going to higher places!

Larry is very nice and extremely helpful and patient! I had an issue with my car s battery and he worked efficiently to help me and made sure I was good. Very professional and knowledgeable. If I ever have any future issues with my vehicle I will definitely be back for his assistance!!

Guy at the store was BEYOND helpful. I think his name was Tex? I don t know, but he said he was from Tulsa. Anyway, he really went above and beyond to help me with my car door not locking. GREAT guy.

Country Cowboy was the ONLY person that gave me a warm welcome when entering the building . He also was very persistent, helpful and friendly . I would definitely drive 15min from my home to come to this location again 10/10

I dropped my battery off to have it charged at 9:22a. The man that did it told me it ll take me an hour..hour & a half. I get off work and go get my battery at 5pm I m told it s STILL charging and is on 75% and need a couple more hours. I need my battery to drive my car to the mechanic and 75 would have gotten me there. I get my battery with the 75% charge and I still have a dead car. I boosted it off and it s completely dead. I told Sam the manager on duty that either my battery is bad and I got it from them brand new 3 weeks ago or someone didn t charge the battery. Either way they dropped the ball. & instead of him further seeing the issue he made up excuses about how my car should have done this, am I sure it isn t that, insulting MY intelligence. I ll stick to the one in Germantown and Dexter rd, If autozone at all.

If there was a way I could post without any stars I would!! Definitely not a pleased or happy customer after my recent visit for a battery check. I visited the store on 6/23/22 to have my battery check because after a recent oil change I was informed that I had a bad battery and needed to replace it. After arriving to autozone and having one of the employees to check my battery to confirm it was bad, he then proceeded to removing my battery to match with a new one. As he was installing this battery there was a slight spark made when he was installing but he continued to move forward with bolting my battery in place. When I was asked to start my car....I got nothing!!!! my car did not crank up at all. After countless times of trying to start my car I got nothing!!! all I got from both the manager and employee who installed the battery that it may be something else...NO somebody blew something that now has my vehicle not responding and now a $200 trip to autozone for a battery change is now looking more like a couple of thousands because of a mistake one of your employees made. What bothers me the most is that neither the manager or the employee tried to communicate this to a district or general manager to assist with the problem...I'm completely unsatisfied with my experience and would never recommend or visit another Autozone store.

Thought my battery was dying so I went this past Saturday and had a gentleman check it for me. Said everything was fine. He said he thought it was my anti theft going out. Woke up the next morning and car was completely dead. Looked up all the info for anti theft and did everything it said with no luck. Call and got it towed and found out in fact in was only my battery. It took two days before it could even get looked at by local mechanic and he said I could have saved the $85 tow. If auto zone would have checked the battery correctly. Lesson learned!!

In 20 years on this earth , countless visits to the store , online purchases and chat support . This was without a doubt the best service i ve EVER received , never met a stranger more willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied even if it did not directly benefit him . Larry Nichols, showed Southern hospitality like no one I ve ever encountered his kindness and help truly helped me in a time of need .

I visited the location at 584 Germantown Pkwy, Memphis on 11/28. I have to give props to the gentleman that assisted me Larry Nichols. I went in for a battery check on a battery that was under warranty. He went above and beyond to make sure my customer experience was awesome. Professionalism at it's best. Thanks Larry.

Needed new battery,Josh put battery in car. Didnt realize nothing on radio or clock was working. Couple days later took back and very nice man,Patrick worked on finding code,set up the radio. Very pleasant and patient man. He knows his work. Tk you very much.

So I came to the Autozone on Germantown parkway because of a dead battery. Brett took care of me and tested the battery out. It was bad so I bought a new battery and also switched out one of the terminals. It was a hot day but Brett replaced the battery and terminal and I m good to go. I appreciate them being able to do things like this for their customers. I ll keep coming back

Customer service is always awesome at this location on Germantown Pkwy in Cordova... They had gloves...
