Appointment never worked out for me. I have to wait all the time as first come first service.Also, they examined not only for what I asked, examed general, and recommended to change air filter, cabin air filter and oil change which are good for reminder, which I never asked to do it.Unfortunately, they broke it down, and did not tight the screw correctly.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

The folks at Autopro are excellent mechanics and I trust them. I ve taken 2 different vehicles (Lexus and Jeep) and they did a fantastic job at a great price for both.

I am from out of state I am all over the road hotshot driver. My equipment broke down outside of Memphis and I was lucky enough to find auto pros nearby. Which towed my car from the highway I was under a load on my trailer. They towed my truck to their shop And fixed the existing problem. I can t talk highly enough about Sheila In everybody at auto pro. Not only did they fix the problem in a timely manner. They were kind enough to then transport my truck to a local dealership so I could get an open recall that caused the problems for me twice already after purchasing the truck back in sept of 2023. The professionalism and kindness of this business went over and above for me. my only wish is that more businesses would take care of their customers like I take care of mine. Excellent auto service experience. AutoPro provided me with courtesy and kindness beginning with my phone call to them and also explained the service that was needed for my automobile in a way that I could understand it while keeping the cost to a minimum. The atmosphere while waiting was pleasant and the service was completed in a timely manner. I feel I can trust AutoPro with my future automobile needs.

AutoPro always does a great job on my cars! They never try to "upsell" me on something my car doesn't actually need. And they help me prioritize order of importance on the things that it does need.

I bought new tires online and Mazda refused to mount and balance them. I needed tires and an alignment done asap due to the amount of driving I do for work. I called AutoPro and they were able to take care of me that day (due to a canceled appointment.)I m glad I was able to find such a great shop with very reasonable prices.

If I can post No Star I would. My car was at the shop for six months. The ending result was crucial. This mechanic is ridiculous. Lied to me several times. The only thing was wrong with my car was the reduce engine light. I was told all I needed was a turbo. The turbo lead to, several other parts I paid $4200 cash only to be told he don t know what else to do to fix the problem to my car. I receive a $2000 refund and I have the broken car. He damaged the compressor in the radiator and had the nerve to call me to tell me that he broke my radiator but theater complete different story to his manager, Lisa. She told me she had to believe with her employee told her. Tim said he didn t know how my radiator or compressor became damaged he say gravity damage it. I would never recommend them to fix anyone car they all stick together and they don t play far. The only person was nice was the secretary Miss Sheila. But for Tim Lisa, and the owner I hope no one do you like you need me. See ya in court

The Pro of the Pros WOW ..AWESOME ..PHENOMENAL .The positive descriptors are endless. Auto Pro provided me with an experience I will never forget. The personnel: SHELIA, Lisa, Timothy needs to be cloned because they possess all the necessary qualities of successful people. They displayed endless patience; they were readily available. They were a a wealth of knowledge . They valued my time; they did not waste time in repairing my car in a professional manner. I dare anyone to conduct business with them. They are human magnets. Went in on Tuesday which is ladies day for an oil change with no appointment. Waited a bit but watched a movie on my phone. They found I needed two new air filters. It cost me 106.00 which is usually what an oil change costs me anywhere else. Very happy I got in . Once again I'll repeat!!My family has had our vehicles serviced by Autopro Inc. for over a decade. We have found them to be the most honest, knowledgeable, and friendly repair shop in the Germantown, Collierville, Cordova area.Tim always explains exactly what the diagnosis is and what that means. He usually gives several options for a repair based on needs, wants, and affordability. Sheila is terrific when it comes to scheduling and explaining what repairs have been done and why.Great job Tim, Sheila, et al. I had a really good experience. I took my car to Autopro because the dealership was backed up and couldn t repair my car at the time. I dropped my car off one morning and it was ready the next day. Autopro repaired my car in a timely manner. Also, they didn t try to sell me any other services that I didn t inquire about. Very friendly staff, but was kinda disappointed after bringing my car in and telling them what the issues was still was not able to get it done! Fix something totally different,. Then when asked what happened they said it was other issues on why they can't find the first problem! Document is everything on the first paperwork nothing said About water damage and corrosion but after second time now it's a water damage issues. But I can say the lady at the front was very helpful but I think the mechanic needs to be more clear and understand the first time! 700$ later still same issues and still no diagnostic check paper.ThanksServices: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

The mechanical parts of my convertible top were not working. AutoPro assessed the problem, cleared out codes on the computer, added some hydraulic fluid and problem fixed. Had my vehicle transferred here from Ford. Insurance and dealership wouldn't continue the repairs on my vehicle. AutoPro worked with me while finding a new funding source for my engine replacement. Work was completed fast afterwards and I finally got my car back after almost 10 months in the shop. Brought it back a week after for a minor issue. They diagnosed my problem immediately and offered a solution that worked, getting me back on the road with no down time!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have recommended Auto Pro to several people since I went there. I recently visited another well known repair company and they tried to charge me over $3,000.00 for repairs on the same car. They were honest about my repairs, pricing was very reasonable. It's a shop women can go to and not be taken advantage of...Ask for Tim,, he's good !!Service: Exhaust
