I give this location a 5 out of 5 stars. I wish I could give 10 stars because the staff at this location is amazing. I believe his name is Chris who helped me and I was very satisfied with the customer service. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by a wonderful lady and Chris helped answer all the questions I had. Definitely will be my favorite auto shop from now on!

Horrible service very rude man. Tall, Hispanic man, with long beard. Rude to customers. I visited this location over the weekend to get a refund and the assistant manager was extremely rude to me. He refused service even after opening the store, more than three hours late and not answering the phone after I called before coming. He informed me that he did not have the ability to perform a refund, and when I came back Monday, the manager informed me that he indeed did have such ability. Not only did this location lose my business, but the company as a whole has lost a loyal customer.

Was able to get a new headlight for my vehicle. It kept to the high standard of cleanliness of Advance and the staff was kind and courteous.

Either the employees are lost in days or they are just lying to the customers, I called in yesterday(Saturday) and ordered a part and the guy over the phone said it will arrive tomorrow(Sunday) at 12pm and I asked him to verify that the part is going to arrive tomorrow(Sunday) and he said yes,I showed up today(Sunday) at 1pm and asked for the part that I ordered and he said it s not gonna be here until tomorrow, I said the guy over the phone told me the part is gonna be here tomorrow and he said no, no, no he didn t say that, I was seating right next to him he didn t say that Anyway, I bought the part I was looking for from elsewhere and for sure I m not doing no more business with this location.

Not sure why but the people here are keen on being unhelpful. If you want to actually get parts and service. Doesn t matter if the website says they have it the clerk will say they don t so they don t have to do their job.I drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the stage location just so I don t have to deal with these people

I recently needed to replace my truck battery that was still under warranty, and Kris made it so easy. It was refreshing to be greeted with a smile, and by someone that genuinely wanted to help me (that doesn't happen much these days). Kris replaced the battery for me all while carrying on a pleasant conversation with me. He really seems to enjoy his job and wants to make your day a better day. Thanks Kris!
