I just had my second vehicle waxed and buffed from this place. My truck had not been washed in over 2 years and developed mold all over it. The truck literally looks brand new, and I'm beyond impressed. Regarding the first car I had Kirk work on, he spent countless hours with just a small razor removing vinyl stripes from the front bumper through the rear bumper and barely charged me anything. Kirk is without a doubt the best quality with the lowest prices anywhere within Middle Tennessee. Also, I just want to point out that some complaints listed here about Pro Auto are not even about the same business as this one... They're referring to a completely different business, which is a careless mistake on their part. I will be taking my third vehicle to Kirk very shortly!

I really like to keep my vehicles looking good and well maintained. If I want it done right, I always call Pro Auto Detail. They have kept my boat, cars and trucks looking like new for years.Actually, no one else in this area has ever detailed my wife's Jeep for me besides Pro Auto Detail. They are that good! I recommend them!

Took my 15-year-old very sun-damaged red car and made it look fantastic again. Even the headlights look good. Nothing could be done about the looks of the carbon on the wing, but didn't really think that it could; however, it FEELS a lot better and at least it's now more protected than it was. Whenever the car needs a touch up, this is definitely where I'll head again.

I paid Kirk to do a ceramic coat on my brand new car in September. He assured me to begin with that he would do the work himself. When he brought my car back to me, it was covered in huge scratches. He first tried to say that they were already on there. Then, when I said that it was a new car and they were the first ones to touch it, he decided that he just couldn't see the scratches in his shop. He assured me that he didn't do the coating himself, but that he could fix it because something must've gone wrong. Feeling sick, I let him take my car again. This time, when he brought my car back it was late evening so there wasn't enough sun to check for scratches, but he assured me that if I saw anything I just had to let him know and he would fix it. And I did. I let him know within 48 hours that there were still scratches and swirl marks all over my car, especially the hood. He told me he was out of town, but would call me when he got back. Since then I've tried calling several times with no answer. I wouldn't trust them to touch any car that you want to look good.

Pro Auto Detail is THE best auto detail shop i have ever worked with. They always work with me to get my cars detailed in a timely manner and always go above and beyond to help me out. They do terrific work and have great attention to detail. The owner is an extremely nice and honest man. I recommend that anyone who has a car that needs a little TLC take it to Pro Auto. It'll be like you bought a new car.

I'd like to reach out to Christopher Smith and simply reply, if it was our shop that left the work short then my apologies, if it was another shop with a very similar name and closer to the center of town that failed to meet your standards. I'd like to invite you to try our services, were located on Jefferson also, South of I40 and approximately 1 mile past the theater, look left for the field of storage buillding and you have arrived

Had a full detail and couldn t even tell if they worked on my car honestly I could do better myself it s just armor all and the windows are clear I mean I didn t pay that much for it but still take pride in your work.Even the vacuuming job with subpar. Honestly I wish iwould just bought the cleanser myself and done it.
