Took a while to get parts, but was very significant, kept us up to date. We are extremely happy with the service and price for all they did! Our motor runs like new now! But shout out to Butch! Wouldn't want anyone else! Thanks!!

They charged my father in law $428.17 for a simple oil, filter, air filter change and spark plug check on a 2022 Ryker 900. They claimed it took 2hrs at $125 an hour plus incidentals,tax, and parts. No way it should have taken two hours. We will be servicing it ourselves from now on.

Needed a ladder for our houseboat. They quickley showed us what we could get. We were in and out within 20 min. The guys at the counter were very nice and quite helpful. They answered several questions for us. Since we were going to be out of town when our ladder came in, they said they woukd call. They did exactly as promised and even offerred to hold our ladder until we got back into town the next week. Definitely will return for other things we need!

I've been to this place twice to look at boats and twice I've been ignored by salesman. I had a conversation with a salesman (who was very nice) earlier in the day, but was ignored when I arrived to look at the Sea-Doo Switch. I would have liked to have actually been able to look at the boat with my family as discussed in the phone call, however no one would even point me in the right direction to see one. It's really disappointing, but I guess I'll have to do business in Crossville or Nashville. As stated by one of the workers, they were all "too busy" to answer any questions... I guess that's a good problem to have... Just doesn't look good for a potential buyer.

Bought 2 swivel seat mounts. Was driving over an hour away to my boat. Told them I can't get ahold of the person working on my boat. Told them I may have to bring them back if he already had the mounts purchased. Could not verify due to no cell service on his end. I asked if that was ok. They said no problem. Then I went to take them back with same new condition as I purchase. They wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee. I could have walked over to shelf where I got them and sat them there what a bunch of crooked people. I would understand if they were special order, but they were in Stock all the timeDon't waste your time there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT INTEGRITY AND FAIRNESS.NEVER GO BACK AGAIN !

They will tell you they winterize your boats and jet skis, and all they do is disconnect a air hose. All they batteries were completely dead since they were connected all winter and $700 later for batteries it runs. He also said he would have everything ready for the summer, but never has it ready. I've had boats over heat in the lake because they don't reconnect everything like they should. Find someone else to work on your boats

They Got my boat in quick.Fixed my points ignition problem causing the boat to run horrible.My boat ran amazing after they fixed it.They gave me tips and pointers on things to look out for on it.Repair price was very reasonable for the listof stuff they checked and fixed.

Stopped to see if they could look at a boat motor. No one in store finally someone came in told me nope fill out a work order and leave it if I wanted. No time frame. New to area and I won t be back if this is their idea of customer service. Good products just no service to go with it. They seemed bothered that I had stopped for service.

Ain't no body perfect.... I read some of the Reviews on here and some people gave bad review, but a lot more gave a good review... but so far S&R is getting me what I need and the Lady at the desk hooked me up. So no bad review from me.

I was traveling through Tennessee when my jet ski jet pump suddenly destroyed itself. At the time I didn't know the problem, but I needed it repaired asap to continue my trip. S&R were very friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the issue right away, overnighted new parts, and had me back on the water quickly. In addition, their tech was quite friendly and was happy to explain everything that was going on. As someone who usually works on their own vehicles, this was comforting. I would definitely go to S&R again if I was in the area and needed assistance.

I have been doing business with S&R Marine since 1998 and have never received anything less than the best service ever. They are the only boat dealer I would ever allow to work on my Skeeter/Yamaha. Work is superb and prices more than fair for work performed.

I bought a can of spray paint to paint the cowling on my boat and when I tried to use it it came out splattered like rain drops. I spent a lot of time sanding and masking which will have to be done over. I took the paint back and explained what had happened and Wayne refused to give me a refund because I had used most of the paint. I explained that I was taking my boat camping the next day and I didn't want to leave it with it partly painted and the rest primered. I have bought 2 boats and a $6.000 motor from him, not counting the oil, parts and accessories i have bought there. That little $13.00 can of paint will be very expensive to him.

I took my Mercruiser 488 to R&S Marine to have the water pump seal fixed. I brought them the gaskets and bushing needed for the job. They tried to tell me I needed a new crankshaft, I inform them that a speedy sleeves could be used. They told me that Speedi Sleeve did not make the proper size for that shaft, so I called Mercruiser and they told me the number of the Speedi Sleeve that would work. On top of that they pulled parts from my engine I did not request to have done. Then told me I needed new parts. I wanted the job done correctly so I agreed to let them do it. What a mistake. It took about a month for them to do the job which should have been one to one and a half days max. I took the boat out for a ride notice that the water temp got high stop the boat pulled the cowling off and there was oil all over the engine. I informed them and they took the boat back. A few days later told me it was done. I took the boat out again for another ride and oil all over the place twice now. My engine ran out of oil twice now because of shoddy workmanship by this company, on top of that the bill they charge me for the work was over $2,500 I could have bought an engine for that price. My boat is now again at R&S Marine to be fixed. If they can't fix it this time then I'm going to my credit card company and file a dispute. I am "NOT" happy with this company because of the shoddy workmanship and they don't even know the proper part to be used. It is sad when a mechanic knows less than the customer. I'm supposed to be able to rely on the professional not the professional to rely on me. That being said you are taking a risk using this company.

I had never been in this place till this morning ! Walked in to ask about a price on a cam am Ryker and let me tell you this was the worst experience I ever had in a place !! The guy didn't have time to fool with me apparently and wasn't interested in telling me info or prices ....was very rude and hateful and walked off from me several times while we was talking ....I finally got aggravated and just walked off and left and will def never be back to this place again ....will buy or deal with someone that wants to be helpful and wants to make a sale and represent can am in the right way ! I usually don't say much but I was so displeased and upset when I left here that I just had to share my thoughts and experience here !!

I took my 1999 seadoo gtx Ltd here to be worked on due to a loss of acceleration in the middle of riding it but still starts and runs just fine. these people told me it would be about a week. 6 weeks later they call me and tell me that I owe them 500 dollars and the ski is still not running correctly and it will be another 500 for them to fix it all the way. I asked why is it 500 dollars if it is not running correctly? I was told that they put a new battery and a safety switch neither of which did the ski need. I just put a brand new battery in it last year. All this for ski worth about 1800 bucks. Long story short these people are stealing peoples boats , skis and etc... THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MACHINE FOR A MONTH OR LONGER AND THEN CALL AND TELL YOU OWE THEM 500 DOLLARS OR MORE TO GET YOUR STILL BROKEN MACHINE BACK.I WISH I HAD READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE I EVER WENT HERE .

High prices, bad attitude, low inventory. Would not let me test ride a Can Am they had on the lot. Went to Crossville and got same machine for $2,000 less.

Couldn't get waited on and there was no other customers there. Hum ....can't sell wave runners that way. Cost you a sell.

Took my boat there to be fixed. 142.00 for 3 small parts 500.00 for labor, boat was not fixed

Took my for wheeler there to be fixed stopped running they told me they could not fix it they did not even try will never take it there again this place sucks.
