Never answers the phone. Was interested in a vehicle and tried to ask a gentleman who didn t speak English when I would get service after waiting an hour when the sign on the door said will be back in 30 minutes and he told me he didn t speak English, so I asked him in Spanish and he went around back and disappeared. I came back an hour later and knocked on the door to ask about the vehicle and they sent out a child (when there was 3 adults in the building) to talk to me. I assured them that I could speak Spanish and wanted to inquire about a vehicle but in the end they all refused to speak to me. I would not recommend such a poorly managed company who makes their children deal with customers, which is dangerous and unprofessional.

I've visited this store roughly 5 times. Always fast, honest, and economical service. I went in today thinking I needed a new tire, they recommended a plug instead since my tire still had good tread left. The plug was half the price of the new tire I was planning on buying. They always treat me with respect.

Fair prices and excellent customer service. The guy who helped me, I believe Damian was his name, was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. Best tire buying experience of my life. They have got themselves a life long customer right here!

This guys are great! I went for a quick flat tired fix, and it literally took them 12 mins and that's even with putting my spare tired back undercarriage. I recommend then to anyone who is looking for fast and inexpensive service. Thanks and god bless you!!!

Love Leon's! They always have the tires I need and service is top notch. They are really friendly guys they even hooked me up with a car! I love this place. Highly recommended!

I've came here several times over the years never had a bad experience. Great place to get a used tire. Pricing is fair.

DO NOT go there. Had a guy that sold me a car. He told me that the U joint needed to be replaced, however, the car was front wheel drive. I test drove the car, and I thought everything was fine. So we made the deal. Well then I noticed the brake lights and blinker wasn't working. I called the guy back and he said he was fix it plus add two better tries on the car. No cost because we helped him out. He was late a on a bill. Well the next day came and nothing was fixed, the guy kept walking away from us. Then we just left me there. Without fixing anything on the car. So I contact them on Facebook( because they wouldn't answer the phone) someone wrote back saying how sorry they were and to contact the main manger. So we did just that, and it got us no where. She was very rude and unhelpful! I will never buy anything from this place again! If you're reading this I would take your business somewhere else! Worse place in Cookeville, TN!

Reasonably priced used tires. Very nice people. Fixed my flat tire and had me back on the road in about 5 minutes.

VERY expensive for broken down junk! I would NOT buy anything for them. I am a certified mechanic went there twice interested in vehicles put the on a diagnostic machine and threw more than 12 codes on 4 different vehicles!

Was traveling home and got a flat they had my tire and set me up cery quickly to get back home oh did i mention very affordable
