I'm not a huge fan of going to a dealership because of how we are usually treated but I will be very happy to say if you're going to go to a dealership to look for your perfect match of a vehicle to drive. Then Brent Smith is your man to find you that perfect ride at Ford Lincoln of Cookeville. He helped my father in law with his Maverick getting him everything he needed and was looking for with amazing service that will make you feel like your part of the family.

I recently purchased a car from Ford Lincoln of Cookeville and it was by far the most positive experience with a dealership that I have had. I reached out about the vehicle I wanted and within 30 minutes I received a response from my salesman Will Ray. He was super understanding and very professional during the whole transaction and went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information I needed and was able to answer all of my questions. The dealership was clean and full of friendly and positive staff. I was able to walk out with the exact car I had been looking for and it was all thanks to Will Ray and his expertise. I highly recommend this Dealership and Will if you are looking to purchase a car. Not to mention, I live in Chattanooga and the drive there was well worth it.

I recently purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco.Brent and Devan both provided excellent service during the purchasing process.Brent was patient and ensured I customized the vehicle to my liking. He always greeted me with kindness and never made me feel like a burden whenever I inquired about my truck. He's definitely a joyful asset to their sales team!Devan was there from start to finish. He took the time to ensure I knew as much as I could about my vehicle and also was extremely kind.Although Cookeville is over an hour drive- I d still recommend purchasing from this dealership!

Buying a car can be the most stressful process and honestly I have no patience when it comes to waiting. I recently went online to Ford Lincoln of Cookeville and inquired about a vehicle. Within 30 minutes or so I was contacted by a sales associate, Will Ray. He wasn't pushy or rude just asked simply what I was looking for. I ended up going into the dealership a few days later. Will Ray greeted my husband and I and asked first if we needed anything to drink while we wait and go over information. Will listened to my story as to why I was the need for a new vehicle. He was understanding and didn't judge me for my story. Will brought out two vehicles for us to look at and I immediately fell in love with the second one, a 2016 Ford escape titanium. Long story short, Will was able to get me into my dream car and got my payments into the price range I requested. Will has been nothing but upfront, kind, and helpful. I've made several calls to him already simply to figure out how to use features on the car and he is always helpful. If your in need of a car used or new I highly recommend going to see Will Ray at Ford Lincoln of Cookeville.

Recently purchased a 2016 Ford Interceptor Utility (Police Explorer) Dakota was a great salesman, he worked hard to get me into my dream vehicle. After driving the vehicle home it was a no crank no start and I noticed the water pump was leaking (If you know the Ford 3.5 and 3.7 engines the water pump is internal and can flood the engine with coolant) Joe squared me away, since I lived outside the insurance covered tow radius I had had have it towed to a local dealership for repairs which Joe and Cookeville Ford paid for. 10/10 would recommend buying from them, they'll definitely take care of you. Also if you're into police vehicles like me the owner had 4 SSP Mustangs fully upfitted that are drop dead GORGEOUS

Nathan was great to work with! We have been to other dealerships and left feeling horrible with sales associates who were rude and disrespectful. But nothing like that at Ford Lincoln of Cookeville. Even in stressful financial conversations, we never felt any condescension or disrespect. We can honestly say we feel like we ve gained a friend in our salesman, and we would buy a car from him again in the future.

Doug Phillips is a wonderful service advisor! The transmission on my 2020 F250 was having issues.Doug and the team at FOC, made sure to keep me informed, file the paperwork for warranty work, and make sure my truck was fixed correctly the first time.Thanks for the great job!

Very friendly staff went in for oil change and for them to also check out my tires. They found a screw in my tire and patched it. The wait time was a little longer than I would like but I didn t have an appointment. Overall good experience and will be going back.

Our salesman is Sean. He and the management in sales are honest and friendly. Sean described the vehicle with full disclosure and an ethical description. He responded quickly, took so many pictures and videos and He emailed them to us fast. He went above and beyond, even putting the vehicle on a rack and taking pictures of the underbelly at my request.We were hours away from this dealership and I needed to know about any defects or flaws before we drove up. Sean did more than any average salesman. His employer also responded quickly. So glad we found this dealership. Anyone in the market should call them. Be sure to ask for Sean

Damarius Moore was our salesperson. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and customer oriented. He was able to answer all of our questions with ease. He did an excellent job explaining all the options on our Explorer ST.Travis Winston in finance was very good to work with also. He explained our payment options and warranty programs with ease. He was very quick on our paperwork and was very knowledgeable and professional as well.Because of our experience with these 2, we would highly recommend this dealership! We will definitely make Cookevillle Ford our go to dealership!!

We took my car in on Thursday, they checked it out, Mr. Phillips sent me what was wrong, w/ cost of repairHe then got my ok, had the part next day and by the end of the day my car was ready for pick-upI did have to take it back in on Monday , but, Mr. Phillips was quick to take care of the situation and get me back on the road!!!I would definitely recommend them!!

Service was good! I had them pick the date to bring my truck in and he said he would get to it first thing. I received a text letting me know the truck was done and it was before 4 pm. He let me know it might take another day which I liked but was not necessary. I asked a young man who was in his phone if he could help me and he said it was Casey that needed to help me. A lady was speaking to Casey and you could tell it was going to take a while. An older gentleman said let me take care of you. As I stated I was pleased withe service.

My husband and I recently bought a new Ford Maverick from Ford of Cookeville. Mike Williams, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable about our vehicle and took the time to show us all the features, making personal recommendations on where to find add-ons to customize our new ride. Everyone at the dealership treated us with respect. There was no high pressure sales. We were pleasantly surprised and would recommend this dealership highly.

Had a great experience with Devan! After several failed attempts to find what I was looking for at other places, Devan assured me that if he didn t have something on the lot that would work for me, he d be able to find something. Sure enough, on that first visit he found me a Ford Explorer that ticked all the boxes and then some. I most appreciate his respect for my budget, as I never felt pressured to go for a vehicle out of my price range. The trade in I received for my vehicle was very fair, and the financing was hassle free with lots of options. I plan to return here for service appointments in the future, as the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I had a certificate for an oil change, wheel alignment, just the works, that was given for my birthday. They were extremely nice, got finished in a timely manner, and the car looked great. Very happy with the results. Thank you to everyone at Ford.

I took my Bronco for its first oil change to Cookeville Ford last Wednesday. I was met by Xavier Norris and was informed of what was to be done for the first check up . He was most helpful and extremely professional. In an hour, I was all set to go on my way! Although I can go to a Ford dealer that is much closer to my home, I choose to drive to Cookville Ford because of their excellent personal attention. Xavier was excellent and I appreciate this kind of service!

Took longer than expected to get service having made an appointment. Not expecting three days or prepaired for that. Work preformed was excellent. Once truck was in shop was keep up to date with repairs and it would be delivered. Service Rep. Jacob Matthews extremely informative with the repairs..I appreciate all the up dates as it s my only vehicle.
