Make sure you read the fine print!We were pressured into purchasing the extended warranty because if you don t then you can t get the good interest rate. The salesman assured us that it covers everything electronic unless you hit it with a hammer and the standard Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty that comes with the car would cover everything else. What he didn t tell us is that there are specific rules that you must follow, or you will completely void your warranty. These are buried in the multitudes of papers you bring home with your brand-new car. Did we read all the fine print No.We have taken our car into our local shop (we live in a small town 45 minutes away from the dealer) to get our regular maintenance completed. Since we didn t read the fine print, we didn t know that the invoices needed to be very detailed (VIN number, description of vehicle, mileage and a detailed description of the services performed) or we would basically null and void the powertrain warranty.When we did need service at the dealership, we found all this out the hard way. When we complained, the service tech said he understood and that they had a tough time keeping good technicians because the sales department will say anything to get the sale and they must deal with the repercussions.The extended warranty still only covers what the insurance company wants to cover, so no, it doesn t cover everything electronic - which we found out when we had troubles with the entertainment center. It will cost over $1000 just for the part and was deemed misused and not covered because the HDMI port was damaged due to our 10-year-old daughter putting the firestick in and out. She is a child, so likely a little rougher than an adult, but still she didn t hit it with a hammer!Our experience has left a sour taste and we will never buy a car from them again. We wouldn t recommend them the sales staff are only out for the sale, the extended warranty is a sham, and even their own service staff know it. Additionally, communication is lacking throughout both the sales & service departments. When you purchase a $100,000 vehicle, you should be able to expect better after purchase service.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Brakes

I m very disappointed to say the least. I came to you this passed Friday for service engine soon light , a tire repair and a routine maintenance. I worked 12 hours over night and my appt was for 8:30am. I also explained to you that my Ford Pass gave me the reason for my service engine soon light , which was my grill shutter.You then said there would be a charge of 295.00 for a diagnostic, which made no sense seeing how the Ford Pass already gave you the reason for the service engine light. Long story short, you said the shutter was just stuck and no other service needed. Really? Service engine soon light is still on. The tire you said was unpatchable and that I needed a new tire was indeed fixable. Did ya ll even look at the tire? Cause I have the small little piece that was causing me to lose air. So overall, I waited over 4 hours for a routine maintenance? I wasn t charged anything, which was fine but I came to you because my service engine light was on due to the grill shutter not working properly. How do you expect me to trust You people now? Had a 2pm appointment for repairs. Arrived at 1:45 pm. Was told express customers in front of me with no appointments and I would have a 2 hour wait. Leave truck overnight was only option. So appointments are obviously a wast of time to secure then and they are not honored.I left and will never return.What a disappointment for this dealership and its service center.

We had an unexpected issue where our transmission had a catastrophic failure. Xavier helped us and educated us through the warranty and service process. He called with daily updates which was very appreciated during this stressful time. 7 business days later and we have our car back working like new. Service was fast!

I had my granddaughter who's 1 and had to spend the day. They treated us like royalty! They came by and asked if we needed anything! I have been there before several times they've always been helpful

Had a flat tire and the service department was able to get it changed and replaced the valve stem all at the close of business, and was very happy to be of assistance to me even tho it was time for them to go home.
