I am new to the area, so luckily, I chose these guys because of their reviews. They did not disappoint. They had my car done way faster than I could have wished for. Not only was it done fast, itt was done perfectly. This is my dream car, and I am very picky, and it was perfect. They even detailed it for me. Friendly, fun and professional. Can't beat that!

These people deserve all 5 stars and MORE for the work that they done on my car!2012 Camaro 2SS/RS, inferno orange - Hit a deer awhile back and it put a hole in the front bumper cover and possibly some other little nicks in places. Erie told me they're a direct repair shop, so I decided to give them a try and BOY am I glad I did!From the moment I came in, I felt great about the experience. The gentleman that helped me came out and took a look at the damage, explained everything clearly and helped me set up a date to come and drop the vehicle off.When I picked the car up, I was blown away because not only was the work/paint flawless for the bumper cover, the interior/exterior were washed/detailed.Can't say I've been to any other body shops for work around Cookeville, but after what they've done, I won't need to look around in the future because I'll already know where I'm going!

The work here was spectacular, above and beyond expectations. They not only fixed the rear bumper, but the entire car was detailed and clean almost like new!

My sister and I had a roadtrip today from Nashville to Bristol and about an hour in part of the bottom of my car broke and started dragging along the road. We frantically pulled over into the nearest parking lot not knowing it was a repair shop and thank god we did because they came over and helped us right away. Troy was very kind and got it fixed so that we were back on the road within 10 minutes. So grateful they were able to help us! Highly recommend this place

I live in Maryland. My daughter had my car in Cookeville and ended up hitting a deer. Our insurance recommended Cumberland to us as I wasn t familiar with any body shops in the area. From towing our car to communication about parts being on back order (not their fault at all), to picking up the car and it still needing something-everyone was great! Mr. Shannon was my rep and he kept in constant communication with me as one part was extremely hard to get. The ladies in the parts department worked their butts off trying to find it. When I was given the go ahead to come down and pick up my car, one thing still wasn t quite right. However the production manager took it right back and fixed it. The bodyshop manager, Mark, came and spoke to me and was also very kind. I will always refer anyone to this business who is in the area. I hope to be in the area someday and will definitely use them! Very impressed!! I can't even tell my car was even wrecked. The paint matches perfectly. Everything was replaced that was broken. I highly recommend.

I bought my car from Cumberland Toyota next door and it had a few scratches that they were fixing for us. My brand new car was sent to Cumberland Body Shop for spot painting on one door and front bumper. When I got my car back, it had scratches on the front driver side sill. The door that had spot work done, now rattles when I close it. Seems like something is loose in the panel somehow. Do not recommend this place even if Toyota next door sends you for free!Service: Painting

They had my son s car done in just 3 days. Not only did they fix the damage from the accident he was in they also pulled a dent out of the rear bumper from another incident which he was at fault for. These guys are awesome. Everything went as smooth as possible from dropping my vehicle off, to getting my rental and then picking my vehicle up. They kept me informed about my vehicle during repair. They addressed all of my needs and concerns during the process.

Took my 2015 soul to cumberland body shop after a SOUL TO SOUL wreck, drivers side rear,the shop took very good care of the repairs needed,they know what to do, professional job looks like new if you some work done,check with these people you won't be sorry you did!!!

Stephani was very polite, friendly & helpful taking care of the paperwork, she also called to make sure there was a loaner car for me.Larry was also very polite & helpful as he took me up to the main building to get the loaner. When I saw Josh he immediately asked how I was doing & how my Christmas & if I needed anything to let him know. These people seem to be very committed to their jobs & insuring that the customers are satisfied with the services provided by Cookeville Toyota & it's affiliates. My compliments for the efficient way my visit was handled as well as the friendly & courteous associates that work there.

Kind and helpful people who are working for the people - not to make a killing! I had a caved in bumper, and they fixed it within 30 minutes and with no charge! As a female college student, I was fully expecting to pay, but I am so thankful for the kindness and generosity I was shown! I would recommend to anyone!

Everyone was nice and informative during my experience there. I was even able to sign out a loaner vehicle while work was done on my vehicle. I was referred to them and I would refer others as well.

I have had two vehicles that I have own repaired at this body shop. Both my Mercedes sedan and BMW sedan have had major body work repairs performed by CBS. Both times the guys have given me excellent customer service and outstanding work on the bumper repair/paint.As long as I am living in Putnam county I will continue using Cumberland Auto for all of my repair needs :)Update: Cumberland Body shop was able to repair the front bumper on my 2015 Maserati Gran Turismo! Took my car in after a fender bender and had them do the work , they made it look good but didn't finish the job , like my air conditioning and other things are messed up. I can't recommend them for all they left unfinished

Geico had my truck towed there for repairs. I have been out of state for work and finally was able to go pick it up a week and half after it was done. I wasnt hounded about picking it up at all. But when I did I couldn't be happier. Exterior and front part of the cab was cleaned very well. Only complaint I have is that they arent near Memphis Tn.

They did a great job repairing the body but forgot to give me back my car intenna and put back in the driver rear qp foam and I don't know what you guys did electrically but when my headlights are on my driver rear turn signal acts like it's out but when my headlights are off it works fine I and you also never put back my driver rear door panel back together correctly and now my window won't roll up it goes down but not up and I my vehicle never had any electrical issues before I dropped it off
