Tires- Happy with the service level and quality. I called and Sam was able to get me in quickly. I dropped the car off and it was done within a couple hours in the morning. Car runs smooth, tires seem great, alignment seems perfect. Oh and best price I found for the tires.

Tyler was my service writer and he was very professional and kind. They took my car on short notice, provided me transportation home and a ride back to their facility the next day and delivered a sound financial resolution. What I found to be most valuable about my experience was the transparency between sitting in the lobby and what the well qualified mechanic "Carlos" had uncovered during his diagnostic ( thorough inspection). They made me aware of all the items that need attention on my vehicle which are no on my radar and I can plan for. Of course all the projects on my 25 year old car were offered to me to be completed I was able to authorize the critical items and know I have to plan for. In summary I would recommend this operation the pricing was competitive, the approach was informative based, and the service was excellent relative to its pier group!

I went to Carfix for servicing of my timing belt a couple months back. They had a $75 coupon available on their website but it would not load for whatever reason. They kindly told me they would apply a credit at my next visit with them. Just recently I went back in and they gave me a free oil change (a little more than the $75 coupon) without question. They were quick and communicative - we will be coming back!

Amazing service! Super affordable and they re super quick with ordering the parts and installing them. Plus they allow financing for repairs which is nice. Would definitely recommend and will be back for any future repairs needed! Tyler helped me and he is amazing.

The guys here are not just mechanics they are true customer service experts! I have been taking my 2012 Camry here for over a year during college with any and every problem. They have been patient and kind when it comes to working out a plan to pay and explaining what my car was needing without pushing anything it didn t truly need. They made a difficult situation seamless. Tyler and James are the gentlemen I ve had the pleasure of dealing with the most, but everyone there has been beyond great. When I didn t have a ride to get home after dropping my car off they would always spring into action and get me home. I can t sum up in one review how great this place is. To playfully end how great this place is: If you have car troubles I feel bad for you son, but after going here I have 99 problems but my car isn t one! Thank you guys!

My first experience with car fix and everything went great. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They were thorough with their troubleshooting and repaired the issues with my braking system. I am very pleased and would highly recommend their service.

I had the Best experience at Car Fix. There were multiple issues with my car and they fixed them very quickly. They also loaned me a courtesy car so I wasn t without a vehicle while mine was in the shop. I received pictures of what they found on inspection and they let me know what needed to be fixed and what could wait, since it s the Christmas season and money is tight and I greatly appreciated that. Tyler kept in touch with me every step of the way and kept me posted on my options and on the progress of my car. 10/10 recommend! I will definitely use Car Fix again.

We have had work done several times now on different vehicles and our experience has always been very pleasant. The facility is very clean and staff members have always been very pleasant and accommodating. They have always been upfront with costs. They have suggested friendly reminders of maintenance service suggested by the manufacturers but have never pressured us with any additional work. Overall we have been very pleased with this business and hope to continue to maintain our loyalty as a valued customer with them. I would absolutely recommend this business to others.

We were driving cross country and could no longer get our van to accelerate. They had it diagnosed by 7:30 am, part ordered and delivered by 1 and had us back on the road by 2:00. The van is working great. Thank you so much for your quick work. Everyone was kind to us and our 2 dogs traveling with us. Many thanks and happy new year.

I was stranded in Cookeville, TN. Had to get AAA Roadside Assistant to tow me to Car Fix Cookeville. Talked to a gentleman on the day my car got towed there and he was extremely nice on the phone. The next morning they promptly called to give me prices on a new tire. When the car was done, they sent someone to get me. All the staff that I dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their car fixed. I would give them more than five stars!!!

We love using car fix! My daughter takes her car there by herself to be serviced and if they see anything that needs attention, they always call me first. Great customer service and they work with our needs and schedule. We ve been using them for years.

I cannot say enough good things about this auto shop. They are the best shop I ve ever been to in my life. The associates at the desk are knowledgeable, helpful, and do a great job of explaining what s going on to people who have zero knowledge about cars. The staff are efficient and darn good. The manager, Brad, is an absolute legend!!!!!!!We were on a doomed road trip from you-know-where in this giant poop box Nissan towing a geriatric trailer that has seen better days. Everything went wrong every step of the way, until we showed up here. They went absolutely above and beyond to help us on our very stupid adventure. Brad was out there in record heat, sweating inside our sauna of an old trailer rigging a contraption out of wood and metal like McGuyver.The customer service is OUT OF CONTROL GOOD! Also good to note: their lobby and bathrooms are clean, they have chargers and beverages available, and they have tables and space to keep yourself busy if you re stuck there for hours (we were, and it was quite comfortable).I wish this shop was located where I live. I d never go anywhere else.

I called car fix on Monday afternoon thinking that they might be able to get to it the next day. But they actually called me within the hour to let me know the quote on my repairs. After getting the approval for the work they had my truck ready to go Thursday afternoon. A job that anyone else would have taken 2 weeks on. They got done in 3 days. I am very pleased with their customer service, and their service turn around times. Will definitely be a return customer.

Took my truck to Car Fix to get O2 sensors replaced. While up on the rack they found other issues that I was unaware of, that could have caused much grief and money to fix. They kept me informed all the way of what they found. For a person that drives 70,000 miles a year, I highly recommend them. They are professional and courteous and do quality work.

After having a bad experience with a dealership I went here to have a misfire issue looked into. I had done several self diagnoses and couldn't figure out the issue. The team here looked into my car and had it running and back to perfect within a few hours. This place was better then Little Richard's Grave 10/10

I had figured my truck was too rusty to be worked on, but I figured I d get another opinion. Brad was as amazing as you could be! He offered to pay for my towing there just to make sure they couldn t work on it, and I understand where they re coming from. After so long, that rust is just too risky. Everyone there was so supportive, but Brad went above and beyond! Please take your vehicle to them! They explained everything, even though I already speculated. You want people who treat their customers this way! Props to them

My family was on a day trip from Sparta to Gatlinburg. We didn't have time for problems, but we picked up a nail on the way. Stopped by, and we were treated like family. They asked how they could help and jumped to get us moving again. Great people and great service with great prices. It was refreshing to deal with a good shop that can do so many automotive things.My two boys were happy to have a great day!

I have an 18 Mustang GT and was searching for local shops to do a LTH install. After being turned down by a few local shops and being told it d be months till they could look at my car, I called up CARFIX and talked to Tyler and Scott. Both of these guys hooked me up tremendously not only with not gouging me for the price of install but got me in and out in a timely fashion as well. Appreciate you guys! CARFIX is the spot to go if you need any professional work done on your ride. Repair or aftermarket parts installed. All the guys here have always been respectful and you re treated as equal when you walk through the door. The techs did an awesome job, I m very satisfied with the work they did for me. Car Fix took very good care of me while getting an electrical problem repaired on my Nissan SUV recently. I also saved almost $1000 vs. taking it to the dealer. If you need anything, contact Tyler and he will get you squared away! Thanks again!

My driver side mirror had broken and then they fixed it over the weekend. I can't really tell the difference from when I bought it. Price seemed reasonable to me, but I'm the last person you should ask. There's also a million other things wrong with that car, which they did not mention or try to fix, and I appreciated that. Most car people I talk to are weird and annoying about that.

I'm late posting my review. I apologize. I went in because I was having problems with my brakes. My rotors and brakes were in terrible condition. Tyler at car fix was absolutely amazing. He explained everything so well and he was so patient with me. He made me feel like I was very important and that he really cared about my situation. He was able to get my vehicle repaired so quickly and at such a great cost. I can't say enough nice things about him and this experience. Go see Tyler!

I would not recommend coming to this place. I came in for a check engine light being on and had to come back 4 times because when they told me everything was good to go, but the light would pop right back on after picking it up. I was charged close to $2000 in total out of the 4 times coming there. The last time I brought it in, they told me it was going to be another $1000 to basically fix the part that they missed. Keep in mind that I had already spent close to 1,500-2000 on parts that I didn t necessarily need to fix the issue. I ended up selling my vehicle after this because I couldn t keep up with the fixes. They re nice people, but i feel like I was ripped off.

I took my GMC Acadia in with several issues. They had to order a new part, so I was offered a vehicle to use for the two days it would take to get the part in. The issues were resolved and am pleased with how it's driving now. The people there are very accommodating and professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Would not hesitate to call on them again if the need should arise.

I dealt with Brad, although they are all professional there, I recommend expressing your vehicle concerns with him. Everyone there knows their way around a car and I appreciated the communication between employees. It is a little pricey but you know it will be fixed properly! Customer service is top notch, The service and repairs were done in a timely matter. All repairs were were perfect. The charges were fair. The loaner car was a great touch. They also offered great finance options if I needed them. Sam really went above and beyond to get both my cars back in good shape. 100% Recommend.

CARFIX provided fast, efficient and effective service on a number of issues with my 1999 Toyota Truck including radiator repair, catalytic converter replacement and a drive shaft bearing that was noisy. They made the repairs expeditiously and got me back on the road running smoothly. We stopped in to check on the connection for our windshield wipers, which were not working. Tyler went outside to the car from the front desk and fixed the issue as a courtesy to me and my husband, Mark Tervo! Tyler went above and beyond for us and this was our first time at CarFix! Everyone that I talked to at carfix was incredibly kind and helpful. But Sam was AMAZING. He kept up with me and all of my needs. The look-over process of my truck was very quick and I was able to stop in at any time. I had a hefty chunk of things that needed worked on. It was done within 2 days and it was very affordable! The two times I have been here, I have had such a good experience. They breakdown any issues they find and even take pictures for each issue they find.Tyler was the person I spoke to that helped me out and him and all the people I've interacted with there have always been very kind.My car was ready in less than a days time after the inspection was done and it's been running great since!
