I took mySUV in to these guys for a couple of small jobs, I was very pleased with the service. So I decided to take my truck to them with a transmission problem, oil and filter change, a redio installed and the headlights aligned. I did actually know what the problem was with the transmission, it was a broken snap ring. After 4 weeks I tried to contact them for a week with no success. I eventually got a hold of them, they told me they had checked the snap ring in the transmission and told me it was not broken and it would need a new transmission, almost $4000. So I picked up the truck and paid for what they said the had done, $400. I took the truck somewhere else to have the transmission checked for a second opinion, the oil pan hadn't been removed, and they found the snap ring broken, it cost me just $200 to fix the transmission, so that was lie one, i also found out that they hadn't reset the headlights which they charged me for, lie 2. I honestly thought they were a reputable company but I was wrong. I would never use these guys again, and anyone that does should check to make sure the work was actually done. Very disappointed.

Jason and staff were very courteous and professional. Jason was able to diagnose my problem and inadvertently fixed another issue. He admitted to not being in the business to overcharge customers, but take care of his family. I was very pleased with the cost of fixing my car and will recommend his business. I wish him and his business the best.

Jason is the BEST! Could not be more pleased with services. I have already recommended Auto Plus Repair to my mom and my daughters! He has fixed things on the first try that other shops just keep guessing at. Such a friendly guy! Something my grandpa had done to my car fixed it when my dashboard lights went out (even though we had already messed with the dimmer and fuses and saw no change) so when I took it to him he called me and told me my lights came back on and didn t charge me anything because he chose to be honest with me that he just turned it on and checked it while most places would have lied and said they fixed it. Before when I was originally going to have to pay for his service it was also much cheaper and you can tell he s honest about his prices!Service: Electrical repair

Great service and very honest and dependable. These guys are very good people and won't try and charge you for things you don't need. They are the only place I will take my truck in town, and their prices cannot be beat. If you are looking for an honest mechanic for a change, take it here and no where else. Their #1 priority is customer service and making sure you are happy with the service they provide. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worst service I have ever had done by a mechanic and I've had bad ones. "Fixed" my go-kart for very small children for Christmas,stole my antique rims and put on $10 Dolly Wheels that flew apart after 10 minutes of a 30 lb child on it. messed up the electrical functions on the go-kart. did a repair on my lawn mower and the first time I mowed with it the blades flew across the yard ,stripped out and ruined things underneath the lawn mower. Cost me more to repair it after I took it to this guy. I highly do not recommend this business ever, the guy is a liar and thief, I'm am stunned he has any good reviews, I feel sorry for anyone who takes anything their that they care about.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great work, honest folks. They figured out what was wrong with the wheel on my HHR when 3 other places couldn't. Fixed other stuff too. Got it fixed fast as well. I highly suggest!
