Nina the manager of the Columbia,TN location has to be the rudest person to ever walk the face of the earth. My son won a auction their at the facility but, she would not let him get the things out or even rent the storage unit. He is a grown adult. We had tornadoes coming through the day of the auction, so he was unable to get them out. This was all of his grandmother, and great grandmothers belongings. They mean nothing to no one else. His sister had rented their before and caused issues. Neither one of us new anything about it or have contact with her. So she held a personal grudge against him and made him lose things that are priceless to him and mean nothing to know one else. Great job Nina

Been here since fall of 2016 I have never had an issue. The office staff has always been great to deal with between renting unit or uhaul. There was a recent change in price but not very much of a difference..

U-Haul forces you to rent their moving blankets and Dolly for an extra $10 because they ll be in the way otherwise, that s pretty annoying, and refilling the gas is another hidden cost, the app is clunky and difficult, but overall it s mostly okay.

The Manager and her assistant were amazing!! Answered all my questions. The building was super clean. I will recommend them to others! Thank you so much, was a pleasure in meeting you both!!

I have a lot of experience in moving and storage so believe me, Storage Solutions is top notch. The people there are mostly knowledgeable and sincerely helpful. It was refreshing for me to experience their service at the final stage of a cross country move. If you do not feel they are doing enough just ask for Mario the very capable manager.

Worse experience ever. Do not rent uhual through them. Actually don t ever use uhual. They gave me the wrong truck, then the guys at Storage Solutions didn t lock the trailer onto the hitch. So when I went to put my car on the trailer the trailer jumped off the hitch and we had to struggle to try and physically LIFT AND move it because it was stuck on the truck DOOR!!. Then they charged my account multiple times and no one answers or when they do they hang up.They charged me twice (over 4,000) And when I called to get answers theyll blame you for being hung up on and then they ll hang up in your face. They have no compassion or empathy even though all the issues I ve had was due to them and their company. They people that work there were actually nice, but not worth going with them isn t worth the headache or the the non empathy towards people who they know are in a situation due to a company they contract with.

Really friendly staff. Numerous sizing options. Pricey but feel confident and safe storing our things here. However, IT IS NOT PART OF FIRST MONTH FREE U-HAUL PROGRAM. Got roped into this location for 2 units because of U-haul's promise of first month free that Storage Solutions doesn't honor.

Pros: Location , a flat cart , led lightingCons:Front door to low king size bed barley fits , access hours are no good for 2nd shift person door locks at 10 pm barely enough room to turn the 2 corner . Door locks to quick

Beware move in day my code didn't work for gate. I had my stuff including my mother's ashes on a barrowed truck and couldn't get in. I called for 2hours to get in. I had no place to put my stuff that's why I rented unit. If not for a temporary code I had to beg for for hours I would have lost my stuff on move in. No apologies or anything.Then if you are 45 days late they cut off your lock go in to take pictures and put unit up for online auction. With us moving into new home we couldn't get the money to pay unit. I told them my mother's ashes and a few of her things was in there. I will get it with taxes.$292 later for 2months rent late fees I luckly and finally have my mother's ashes and baby pictures in our new home.

Very rude staff. Failed to charge card on file after two years of service and tried to collect late fee. Harassed my 83 year old mother and hung up on my sister. Would NOT recommend. Too much turnover in staff and very nonresponsive!

I rented a storage building and Koty helped me with the paper and showed me how to use the lock. He was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Manager very hateful. Charged my account without notifying that they where going to charge account. Closed out service with them the woman that took my call said she would call back and never did. Called main offices and was told a manager would call me back in a couple of hours but no one called. Will never do business with this company ever again.

Very nice people very helpful good place to rent your U-Haul truck from if you're moving great customer service it's a good choice if you're planning on moving and using spacific U-Haul company

Went here to rent trailer but they only do round trips on trailer I needed. Gentleman was helpful & gave phone number to find place with correct trailer.

Instant access, clean facility and close to my house. Doesn't get any better than this for storage.
