Lori is awesome! She knows me and takes good care of my vehicle needs. Always just a call away, gives me next available appointment is honest about availability.Jerry the mechanic I met , what a great guy. There above honest and work very hard and courteously but don t hide the bad news either. Highly recommend Stan McNabb service department. Good people and work for you!!

My Wife and I are elderly. I can no longer get around to drive. We had two older vehicles we decided to trade for one newer vehicle with less miles so my Wife would have a dependable vehicle. I contacted Stan McNabb s internet manager to get the process started. After numerous text messages and emails, she showed us a vehicle that appealed to us. The following day, Stan McNabbs sales associates brought the vehicle to our house for us to inspect and my Wife to drive.We agreed on a fair trade amount and we are the owners of a new vehicle.There was a lot of things we had to do to get our vehicles ready to be sold. Stan McNabb s associates helped with that. We needed the vehicle position sensor in our garage readjusted so my Wife would know when it was safe to close our door. Thank you McNabb associates for taking care of that. This was more like a family endeavor than an auto/customer transaction.Thank you Stan McNabbDianne & Fay

Talmadge was a great salesman. He was not pushy and was always friendly and patient. That s a rare courtesy given to customers nowadays. I feel like salesmen are all so desperate for the big sale that the pushiness is the norm, but I didn t feel that way this time. Brooke helped secure my down payment over the internet to hold the car until I could make the drive from Huntsville to Columbia. She was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely buy from this dealership again. Thank you guys.

This is a great place to take your vehicles for service! We have dealt with Tonia and now Lori in service and really like them and the other guys there in service are also very nice! We have been pleased with their service every time we have been. They are top notch! We appreciate them!

Drove an hour to trade in our car with an agreed price. Upon arrival my husband was told they wouldn t honor the agreed price since it needed new tires and had been in an accident from the previous owners. This was all disclosed before giving us the final offer. I had talked to another dealership that gave me a better offer. Informed Stan McNabb and they matched it. Only to go back on their word when we showed up to cash it in. They wasted our time and did not apologize for having us come in under false pretenses.

Arinson, is a professional and attentive associate. Dealership is very dated an upgrade is well over due. If it wasn't for Arinson I would not purchase from such a neglected business. Management does what they can to meet customer expectations however they are over worked and don't see blind spots.

This was the best buying experience I have ever had and I have had many. It was even better than when I worked at a dealership and bought a car! Talmadge (Tal) was the perfect combination of salesperson & product specialist. Never pushy, always trying to help me make the correct decision. Along with Brooke, Grizz, and Trey, it was the best dealership experience I have ever had! Everyone was so nice and helpful. You should go there. Now.

We were driving south to Florida and passing through the area when our ABS light came on. Being afraid of the consequences, we called this dealership and asked for an appointment. They got us in right away and found the issue. They were very polite and fast. I would recommend them!

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this dealership.Firstly, I wanted to buy an 24 3500 DRW. They unfortunately didn't have any instock and said that they will soon. The salesman told me that they were having a black DRW coming inbound. I told him I wanted it and it was now a waiting game. I was checking in with the salesman weekly. And then randomly, he texts me telling me the inbound 3500 was sold, he sold it right from underneath me!I found a 3500 DRW in a neighboring state.Fast forward to service appointments.1st service appointment. They needed to replace my brake booster. Scheduled the service, they replaced it. I pick up the truck and find that the tech had paired his phone to my stereo and messed with all of my settings. I ended up having to reset to defaults to put things back to where I wanted them. And then when I went to refuel the truck, I was cleaning the windshield when I noticed that the 2nd battery tie-down brackets and bolts were sitting on my cowl. Took it back and they bolted them back on2nd service appointment. Scheduled the first oil change. I get a notification that there is a fuel injector recall that needs to be done. I call back to dealership and ask if they can do the recall during the oil change. They said yes. I ask if this is something they can do while I wait in the lobby or if I need to drop off the truck. They said drop off. I live 1 hour away from the dealership, so I had to orchestrate this with my wife to follow me down. As soon as I get home, they call me saying the truck is done with the oil change and that the injector recall wasn't done because there was no diesel tech that day and that I would need to reschedule! This was very upsetting as I just wasted 4 hours of my day driving back and forth with my wife and kids. I had the fuel injector recall done elsewhere. And yet again, my radio was messed with. This time the tech enabled the XM satellite radio app and messed with my EQ settings!3rd and last appointment. I scheduled an appointment to get a popping noise addressed with the third brake light/spoiler on the cab. I showed them how to reproduce it, I showed them how to listen for it. I explained it happens more frequently during hot sunny days. 4 days go by, they claim they can't reproduce it and that they need more time. I suggested that I come down and show them yet again. The next day, I am running errands with my son that required me to go to Columbia. I stop by the dealership to see how my truck was doing. It was late, almost 6 pm, I didn't know the service department was already closed. I found my truck in the front of the dealership, with my doors unlocked. Anyone could have opened my doors and taken various items from my console, my personal information from registration, or vandalized my truck. I immediately talk to the GM of the dealership and said this is not acceptable. He calls the service writer to ask what is going on with my service appointment. I agree to coming to the dealership on a sunny warm day to reproduce the issue in front of them. Initially we agreed to Tuesday, but the weather changed. So I call back and said Wednesday at noon. Well, once again, I take my wife and kids down to the dealership to do this on Wednesday. I show up at 12:05pm. The service writer was gone for the day and the tech wasnt there. I told them that I was done and wanted my truck back. They couldn't find my keys! I waited there for 30minutes while they looked for my keys. They finally found them in there service manager's office, sitting on his desk. I leave the dealership, and within 3 minutes, I'm hearing the pop pop pop of the noise.I am outraged. Literally every single contact, visit, and experience with this dealership has been awful!I called Chevy consumer affairs and filed a complaint against this dealership. This is not how to treat customers. I have spent $90k on this truck, and it's being treated like it's nothing. No regard. I will never return to this dealership.I hope this complaint and negative review is read by the general manager.

I came into Stan McNabb Chevrolet in Columbia, TN, complaining that my Leaf Springs were making noise when I was under load (trailer attached).I also advised the Service Advisor that there is a bulletin out about this complaint and that GM had a new part that address this issue.The Service Advisor made an appointment for me.When I went for my appointment, the Service Manager said that he would charge me $150.00 if they could not duplicate my complaint. I asked him if they were going to put the truck under load and He said No.I knew that they wouldn t be able to duplicate the noise unless they put it under load and since I didn t want to pay the $150.00 for nothing, I opted to not have Stan McNabb look at it.This is vehicle is under 12-month 12K Bumper to Bumper warranty which I feel they are not honoring.

I had my 1st oil change. Scheduling the service was easy and when I got to service, TJ provided great service. He was very informative of the type of service, and was able to assist to schedule a later pick up time.I greatly appreciate TJ's support.

Sells trucks with known mechanic issues and turns a blind eye. Bought used diesel for over 50k and started having issues the very next day. Called the very next day they acted like they didn t know anything was wrong when it s a very clear issue when I took it took a mechanic shop to have a diagnostic. Been a mess since. Don t usually write bad reviews but don t like bad deals.

I can t say enough good things about McNabb Chevrolet! First off, Laura was amazing to work with. She is the salesperson that worked with me, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. She answered all of my questions with an honest opinion, and I never felt pressured. After buying the vehicle, she still made sure to show me all the features of the car and took her time to explain everything before I drove off the lot. I truly can t recommend her enough.Secondly, Daryl was the sweet man who did the final cleaning and wash of my vehicle after purchasing it before I drove off the lot with it. They had told me someone was cleaning it as I was finishing up paperwork. As I was waiting in the lobby, Daryl came up to me and asked if the vehicle looked how I wanted it to. He had the biggest smile and I was so impressed that he went out of his way to make sure I was okay with everything.Last but definitely not least, Brooke is another great asset to the team. She s with the finance department, and she explained everything throughly. If I had a question, she had an answer.Again, I can t can t say enough good things about McNabb Chevrolet. You can tell they truly care about their customers and employees!

Cannot say anything bad about AJ and the service I received when I came in for the first service of my C8. He communicated with me throughout and had me dropped off at home and picked back up after the same day service! The driver was amazing. She kept me company and told me great stories about caring for elephants! I live in Spring Hill, so it is a bit of a drive. Overall, it was great service, and the opposite happened at a Nissan Dealership in Franklin where I had Uber my butt back home! Thank AJ, and sorry I forgot the driver's name in the nice Lyric!
