If you need a new car, I highly recommend Cory. He was kind and patient. He didn't rush me into purchasing a car and he gave me the space I needed to make my decision. He even let me drive the car twice so I could make sure i was getting the right one. After that, it was a pretty quick process to sign papers and leave the lot with the car I wanted. Highly satisfied with my experience.

First time to their service department and was very impressed. The prices were fair and the customer service was top notch. I was having coffee down the street and I got a text from Michael with pictures of my air and cabin filter showing me how bad they were. They also noticed my wipers were trashed and I had forgotten about them. Over all, I highly recommend them, I don t think an independent would have been cheaper and they were fast and friendly.

I keep pinching myself .was it REALLY that easy!?! Yes. Yes it was. I ordered a 4Runner in July from a dealership nearest to my home in S Florida. Due to my own due diligence I found the exact one I ordered inbound to Roberts Toyota. Dean Neely got my request for info alert and was quick to respond via email. I hesitated because I figured it was going to be more expensive than if I bought local. Dean was gently persistent (not like most car salesmen, just a couple follow up nudges). I m glad I let him work the numbers for me. I paid what I would ve paid for the one locally that is STILL on order. So I took the opportunity and bought it .from 3 states away. The financing negotiations and paperwork process was easy and quick. The minute they got my down payment, transportation was arranged and three days later my 4Runner is mine!!! I never had to step foot in a dealership. I didn t feel like I was somehow or way being hustled for one second. Dean feels like a solid genuine guy, which is the kind of person I wanna do business with. Totally recommend Roberts Toyota and Dean!! Thank you for making my 4Runner purchase virtually painless!!!!

I was on the hunt for a used truck for my very picky daughter and found this one 3 1/2 hours from home. Contacted the dealership online and Tyler called me back within 15 min to let me know the truck was available for me to come test drive. Made the trip the next day and ended up purchasing the truck. Great dealership with great stock but the thing that made it superb was their sales guys. I worked with Cory Southern and can t say enough good things! From the minute I walked in he was attentive without the slimy car guy vibes, he actually LISTENED to what I was looking for, didn t pressure, and gave great advice - this guy knows his cars, knows financing and knows how to read his audience! When it came time to wheel and deal, it was pretty anticlimactic- in a good way. I told him what I wanted, he said let me see what I can do, came back and handed me the deal I was looking for on the first try. Being a single mom purchasing her first car after divorce is daunting enough, but Cory put me at ease through the entire process (I should also add the process took maybe 2 hrs start to finish!). My parents are in the market and after hearing my experience, they re hoping to connect with him this week. Great service, I m fully satisfied with my purchase and very appreciative and thankful for Cory s salesmanship and guidance! Highly recommend!

Had a very good experience when purchasing my vehicle this past week. All sales employees were very nice. The service department was great. Our sales person Larry Campbell was great he was on our level and answered all our questions even helped with all things on our vehicle. Did exactly as he said he would. Couldn t ask for a better sales person. If you go to Roberts Toyota in Columbia be sure to ask for Larry Campbell he will go out of his way to help you in anyway Very happy with my purchase

I would like to commend my sales associate, Cory Southern for his efforts in helping myself feel completely secure about an all internet purchase of a new 2024 Toyota Corolla 'Night Shade' from the Roberts Toyota Dealership. Terrible for used cars. Do not recommend. Buyer beware. Sold me a used car with no warranty options. Needed 3 k cooling system replacement 3 months later. Needed it before they sold it and didn't care to fix it. Good luck to anyone shopping here.

This review is specifically for Dana Thompson. I had been searching for a specific used Tesla and they had one on their lot. My past few cars have been Tesla s so it s been quite some time since I was at a traditional dealership. Todd Thompson at Roberts Toyota just impressed the heck out of me and my wife. We used the smart path feature to get our process started and he helped me do as much as possible over the phone to expedite the process. They even made sure I got a better interest rate than the one promised to me by my pre-approval. Just a great experience.

I came across Roberts Toyota after a nationwide search of a particular Highlander I wanted. I came into contact with Jon V., who was just amazing all the way. He let me know when he was expecting it to go into production, asked me about all of the add-ons that I wanted, and did not sugarcoat anything along the way, which I truly appreciate. He was professional and upfront the entire time, and I am beyond glad that I reached out to Roberts Toyota to purchase my SUV. I've purchased several cars over the years from many different dealerships and I must say my experience with sales representative Tyler Shepard at Roberts Toyota was outstanding and one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Tyler listened to my needs and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. Once I committed to purchasing the vehicle Tyler made sure that the transaction was handled quickly in order to minimize my wait-time.I am so happy that I chose this dealership and was fortunate enough to have Tyler as my sales representative. After my wife left a negative review on the dealership and one of the salesman, Cory Southern. The dealership decided it would be best to leave falsified positive reviews putting this salesman in a positive light.Let me reiterate what she said. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROBERTS TOYOTA. They do not care about you. More importantly, if you want to walk away from a sale, Cory will attempt to bully you into making the purchase. After seeing the "positive" reviews, likely left by employees or close friends of this salesman, it's very clear they will do anything to cover up their mistakes instead of taking accountability for their actions.

Drove in from Franklin because I keep hearing great things about this place and I wasn't disappointed. Received the best non-hassle support from Johnny V and we landed on a fair price. Picked up this sweet Tesla with low miles! I've purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the easiest experience. The owner seems to be a really rad person too.

Just had to give a shout out to Scott Bugett at Roberts Toyota in Columbia, TN! Scott is without a doubt the most patient, helpful and dedicated salespeople I have ever met. He consistently kept me informed, dealt calmly and understandingly with unexpected delays, offered every type of assistance possible including answering a barrage of detailed questions, compassionately offered responses reflecting his desire to help me find a car (not easy as I have a challenging medical condition), was routinely gracious and considerate and most of all, kept in contact with me no matter what! There is no other salesperson in the Nashville area who comes close! If you are looking for high-quality, proactive service, ask for Scott!

Mike (salesman) was absolutely amazing at his job! Although I ended up not purchasing a vehicle that day due to my own personal reasons, he was great! Very patient, answered all questions I had and the questions he didn t know the answer to, he found it! He really tried hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted, it just wasn t something I could do! When the time comes that I do decide to purchase I will definitely go to Mike at Roberts Toyota. Very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and not pushy!

Roberts Toyota had two highlanders on their website that my wife and I were interested in looking at. I called the dealership in the morning to confirm both vehicles were still there and asked if we could come see them in person that afternoon. They confirmed they were still on the lot and scheduled us to come see them. We drove all the way from Clarksville (2 hour drive one way) to check out the two highlanders only to get 5 minutes from the dealership and I receive a call that they don t have either car on the lot. I was pretty astonished given I had checked with them that morning that the cars were there. What s even more crazy is one of the cars was missing and our salesman, Dana, had no idea where it was. Apparently it was supposed to be in a shop but it wasn t and he confused as to why it wasn t where it was supposed to be. Dana offered for us to look at a new 2023 Highlander platinum edition but it had 9400 miles on it. Apparently the dealership s owner s daughter used the vehicle as a demo so technically the car was new as it had never been purchased before but had been driven 9400 miles. We were interested, but they refused to come down on the price any. We went to Beaman in Nashville and purchased the other Highlander they had traded that morning. Go somewhere else to look for a vehicle. Dana was nice and pleasant to deal with, but this dealership is a mess.Edit: I received a follow up call from Dana because of this review. His manager wanted him to call to see what they could do to rectify the experience. I understand the reason behind the call but I was asked what they could do to get this review taken down. To me, that s shady. I understand they want positive reviews, but to ask for the review to be modified or taken down is wrong. There s a difference between hey what can we do to improve that review vs hey what can we do so you ll take that review down. Not good business.
