This is a place where you apparently have to be pinpoint exact on what you want done. Our dump truck would start but wouldn't stay running. It had entered limp mode after we had run deliveries with it all day before we parked it. We had it towed here for repairs. Well, almost a month later and $4000 spent, we have a truck that will run, but horribly, and according to the owner that's all we asked them to do was to get running. I mean yeah, I guess what business would actually want to be able to use the dump truck that was just "fixed" to be usable? I guess that's on us for expecting too much. It will start, but there is a serious knock in the engine, and it smokes so bad we had people flagging us on the way back to tell us it was on fire. They did engine work and did not do an oil change, which is standard practice at any other diesel shop (they said it's not standard practice for them though). The dog box under the dash was sitting on the floor because they didn't put the bolts back in that held it up. The bolts were also gone from the wiring harness, and it was just sitting in there loose. The exhaust back pressure sensor was broken in half, and they told us we didn't have to fix it, but never told us it was snapped in half. Cab had greasy handprints all over it, it was just a mess. Not that we would use them again anyways, but they were uninterested in making it right without charging another diagnostic fee. I'm no mechanic, but if you send a work truck back with a knock in the engine and it smoking to the point it looks like a fire, it tells me they didn't test it before sending it back. That's a huge red flag.

The owner of this company is completely professional was very knowledgeable and got me back up and running quickly after being to a different shop that did not do the job correctly he pinpointed the issues immediately I would trust this company with any of my trucks they will for sure be saved in my phone for the go to repair company in this area!!!

These guys are great hard workers and very HONEST. Jim runs his company great, he answered immediately and had his guy Ryan out working on my truck immediately even though they had a very busy schedule. This job took computer knowledge. That being said I had an obscure complicated computer problem. But they made it happen, they learned how to fix the issue, they tried every possible thing when a lot of guys would of gave up and told you to take your truck to the dealer, and guess what my truck is fixed and running great. The most important thing to me is how honest and hard working these guys are. They were up crack of dawn trying to resolve my issue. If you break down in this area, don t worry Pro Go Fleet will get you running as fast as possible. Thanks guys, I ll never forget what you guys did for me.

Highly recommended!!! Broke down with an air leak by my batteries. Called them at 12:27 and Jim the owner knew exactly what part needed to get changed. Ryan the mechanic got there at 1:04 part in hand and I was on the road by 1:22. Couldn t ask for better service you get what you pay for.

Excellent customer service. Had a difficult fuel problem with my Diesel Pusher and the mechanic worked until he found the problem and corrected it in a timely manner. Needed help with some paperwork and received excellent assistance from each person I encountered. I experienced less stress than anticipated in a situation that could have been very stressful by selecting Pros Go Fleet Services for my mobile repair. Highly recommended.

Done some work on the truck I drive. Done what they could do and was done right. Kept truck clean without any greasy hand prints on or in the truck. Will recommend them for work to anyone.

I would highly recommend this company! We have a fleet of 11 vehicles and Pros Go Fleet Services does all the maintenance on them. We have 5 diesel and 6 gas. With the routes we serve we need our vehicles serviced quickly and they definitely get us in and out fast. They will travel to us if we have any problems and repair on site.Jimmy is very good to work with and has the knowledge and trainingto repair any situation we may have.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Broke down south of them on 65 with a coolant leak. The owner was out within an hour with the part and coolant and we had it running in no time. 10/10 I d use them again if I was in the area.

Very good service I was very pleased with their help their price was reasonable they replaced two differentials for me and it was cheaper than when I took it to the shop by far good guys honest people
