Great place for some new tires they even stayed late to put my tires on because I was going out of town. Reasonable price great service!

they said that they buy tires and said after I got there they were dry rotted but they were not that old and I took them off of a car I have and they were good tires they said if they bought them no one else would want them on their car and they would have to just throw them away plus he was loud and rude while I was there one other guy said that he just had bought a tire there then he noticed that it had three plugs in it if they could sell a tire like that then they could sell good tires that don't have any plugs in them I would not go to them

They were nice and had me in and out in 10 minutes. The price was cheaper than going to a tire store. Will definitely come back when I need to.

I just left Payless , I brought 2 brand new tires from home which he charged me 30 a piece to mount them which I thought was outrageous, I asked the gentleman to move my front tires to the back and said that will be 30 a piece as well . He tried to charge me 120 for everything, discount tire will charge 15 a piece to mount and balance a tire . I finally talked him down to 80 but still charged me a surcharge of 1.53 for two tires he will resale for 35 dollars a piece . (Side note : not 100% if this is what he was trying to do but it appeared that way . As I said before I had 2 brand new tires I brought , but it looked as if he was trying to put some old tires on my wheels . But I was watching him . Like I said I m not 100% sure but the way he was acting shady because I wouldn t buy his tires made me think that . ) . Please don t go to pay less they will rip you off

Was told Payless was the next best place to go after idiots closed down The Tire Shop I've patronized for over 20 years; nope, that's a lie. Nothing but new, overpriced tires, no warm or welcoming attitude, honestly felt as if I wasn't " their kind of customer" ( too white), and they had or did nothing to help me and my limited income (and I was riding on 4 "may-pops", one that had been plugged ( lucky they hadn't popped already as far as wires were protruding). I called and ended up going to The Tire Shop and getting 5 tires in nearly new shape for less than $150; THATS a real business, and they would've never let a customer leave with tires in bad shape, but Payless did).

This is the best dealer in the whole Middle Tennessee. The customer service is in both English and Spanish, so I really recommend this place for your business

Extremely unprofessional, customer service is nonexistent. Just seeing this business owner respond to valid reviews in such a rude insulting manner should be enough to keep you from spending your hard earned money there.

I had tire replaced. Less than 50 miles later my wife rim fell off with my 8 month old in the car. I called to speak with the owner and Will the guy that put my tire on refused me and hung up on me

Very poor service. I arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes before closing. The man greeted me outside and asked about my tire size. I tell him and he said "okay, I have one more customer ahead." I waited and while doing so, two others arrived. He finished with the other customer and proceeded to talk to the last person that arrived. He returned to me. I confirmed the tire size. He gets them and then after I tell him what I need. He then decides that I should come back the next day. This could have been discussed up front. Not to mention he had the tires I needed out and ready to go but decides to refuse me service to help the last guy that arrived. Regardless of his reason, he could have explained this early in so I could have explored other options but instead I wasted time.

Speedy and fair. Really like the guy who I usually deal with. Any time im in a pinch they can get me back on the road and work.

This place is a joke!!! He sold me 3 pretty good tires for my son s car but the last tire he put on was dud. When I told him I didn t like the last tire he got angry and told me 35 more dollars he would take off and replace. He was going to charge me 35 more dollars even though I had already paid him. I told him he was out of his mind and to put ALL the old tires back on and to give me my money back. He tried to get over on Me , I believe because I m a woman. Don t and I repeat don t go there unless your a male.

I've been here a few times. Last time I purchased used tires. This time I purchased new ones. Both times I had excellent experiences with these guys. They are always friendly and polite. Both times I've been im in and out in 20 minutes or less. I highly recommend them.

Quoted me $55 for two used tires $110 cash no warranty! Understood but wouldn't give me a receipt unless I paid him $11 more dollars talking bout tax purposes wat a receipt got to do with taxes

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY S SERVICE OR TIRES! I wouldn t recommend this tire shop to my worst enemy. I came for a used tire, due to wires starting to appear (No air pressure issues) , I had to come back the next day after noticing when I got home it was low. I brushed it off. Wake up in the morning and the tire was completely FLAT! This problem didn t exist until after he changed my tire. Turns out he cracked my rim on the backside where it s attached to the car. He completely denied it, blamed it on my 5min drive home & was nasty about it. NEVER AGAIN! He s a filthy MAGGOT!

I was out of town the other day had a tire go bad. Stopped at one shop and couldn't get any service down the road and stopped here and these people went out of their way to help me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE THANKS FOR THE HELP 78 model car.

Quoted me one price on the phone. I came in. They told me price was double of what was quoted. Also spoke to each other privately before quoting. Makes me wonder if the price changes for the same service and items depending on the customer.

Fast service. The people who work here are friendly. They were open when almost every other tire shop was closed. I got one tire replaced for $40. If you need a cheap tire change they are your guys.

Bought 4 tires and in 48 hours one blew out completely they stated they didn t have one to replace it and told me he would give me another set but I had to pay $180 to have them put on

I bought a tire there a week ago (7 days) and have been on a donut tire for 5 of those 7. Life happens so I wasn't able to go right back up there. I called the owner Sean and there's nothing he can do about it. I owned a tire shop for many years and always carried a 30 day warranty that covered knots, broken belts and dry rot. This particular tire is dry rotted all the way around the side wall. Will not be going there again. Tint on Wheels right up the road also sells tires and that will be my go to place from now on.

If all 4 of my tires went flat in front of their shop, I would still go to another tire shop. Got tires from these guys and didn't drive 30 miles before one went flat
