Justin, Chris and Michael! What a team. Professional, answered every question and thought no matter how trivial for me. No pressure sales which is a big plus in anybodys book.Really put me at ease about my own personal experience.Highly recommend stopping by if you re in need or interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Mike Bullock was very patient and he help me find a car that I wanted No pressure salesman at the best. I looked other places, but came back to Parks motors in Columbia Tennessee. Everybody was very helpful.

I bought my car at Parks in Feb. 2022 with Michael Parks and Lisa. Both were super helpful and professional, answered all my questions and got me in a great car. I ve done follow up maintenance with Parks since and am 100% satisfied with my experience.In Feb 2023, after I was t-boned on my way to work, I took my car back to them to have it repaired. Bubba Spears and his guys did a fabulous job and my car looks as good as new. Im adding before and after pictures because it looks so great. I can t recommend Parks Motor Sales enough!

This review has been long overdue. I am so happy to say that Alvaro did a fantastic job on helping me buy my 1st and 2nd vehicles. i had spent months looking for a Lexus RC F and he was able piece together a deal for me. This took place last year and my family will only call Alvaro.

Park Motor Sales has exceptional customer service! I brought my truck in for trouble shooting an overheating issue after several frustrating attempts at other dealerships and mechanics. Cody Jones in the service department had some of the best service and communication I ve experienced anywhere!

The manager Mike and salesman Tommy were great! Easiest truck deal I've ever had and very nice people. Everyone had smiles and the no frills lead to me having a huge smile and supper excited about our purchase!! Thank you guys for getting us in and out so quickly!! BTW, the helicopter ride was epic!! P.S.Their DOC fee is only $275!!

Shawn and the rest of the staff were very nice, professional and knowledgeable . The lounge was nice. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks, esp the coffee! We plan on purchasing a truck in 2024, we will be back.

I spent a lot of money to have my transmission and transmission cooling system replaced at Parks Motors in Columbia, TN. Not two days later the new radiator fan would not stop running and thermostat gauge showed zero movement (below 155) and this dealership would not own up to this happening from the replacement work or even the possibility. So I spent another outrageous amount of money to replace the thermostat.Never again! You lost my business and anyone else that I ever talk about service repair in this area.

I have bought a couple of cars at Parks. Of course any dealer can sell a car or truck. Its the service department that keeps me going back to Parks. My only complaint is someone in the service department must have a bucket full of value stem caps. My truck, my car, my wife's car are all missing value stem caps after servicing

Had bad experience with another dealer. It took 2 weeks to schedule service and had to wait over 2 hours and was told at least 3 more hours before starting. We left that dealer. I called Parks to schedule a service. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE! They let me pick the day and time I wanted to come in. We arrived early thinking we may have to wait. We did not. They started on our vehicle and service completed in less than 45 minutes. Parks told me I could use my GM POINTS so the service did not cost me. This is a Great dealer! I will not go back to Darrell Waldrop GMC again. I will purchase my next vehicle from Parks GMC!

Just bought our third car from Parks and they keep getting better each time. We found another car at a different dealership we liked and went to check it out but the experience we had was nothing compared to the incredible customer service we receive at Parks from Jim Gray so we returned and found a vehicle we LOVED with Jim guiding us through every step. Any questions we had were answered thoroughly and every detail was thought through to make our buying experience so smooth and stress free. We've worked with Jim on our last three purchases and he has made us feel cared for through each one, I couldn't recommend him more.

They got me in with no appointment and I was told a time frame and they got me in and out in that time frame. In fact was quicker then what was estimated. My service advisor very nice and I will definitely go see him again. The only issue was they did not return the screens and seat where I had them. I go to get in and cannot because the seat was to far forward.

We loved our experience! Our sales agent was John and he was very knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. John and Steve listened to my needs (and wants!) and placed me in a perfect vehicle the same day. We couldn t be more pleased and will be back in the future!
