Appreciate Alex and Emily at this location. Both were friendly and thorough.As a rule, O'Reilly's staffs with great customer service people, and Alex/crew certainly hold that bar high.Thx Folks!

Get almost all my parts here! Got this 2005 Cadillac CTS with 165k running like a top now thanks to them. Oh and by the way now this same Caddy's for sale. Look me up on Facebook marketplace if interested

Walked in, 3 people working, went down every aisle twice. Not one person even said hello. Didn't even nod their heads, absolutely zero response. It blew me away especially considering how many auto parts stores are in the local area.

What a difference a certain store's experience can be on a major well known brand. You would expect a store manager or shift manager to be professional and courteous to customer concerns right? Well this store is an exception. I would say you should inspect all purchases prior to purchasing anything at this location. After purchasing a set of brake pads, found that they had been opened and possibly used or installed before, along with plastic wrap removed. They were not in the packaging inside of the box. Returned these to the store for exchange just to be sure. Manager was rude and unable to understand the concerns I had about this, however, I am positive this would have been unacceptable if it were his own. Avoid this location, there are enough others around that do know how to treat their customers. We all spend plenty enough money to be listened to and responded to decently. This one needs retraining on store practices and on the golden rule, at the very least.

I will never spend another dollar at this store. I spent $100 on headlight bulbs a month ago and they STOPPED WORKING they told me they can t take them back without a box. If you don t stand behind your faulty products after a month, I have no use for you.

Showed up 10 minutes before closing time to find open sign off and no employees in sight. Not my first bad experience with this place.

These guys know their stuff when it comes to cars. They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and showed me where the problem was so I can fix it. Very grateful for them.

Bought a ac compressor had Bought the other parts other places and they wouldn't warranty it at all it lasted 6 months 230 dollars down the drain. Don't use this place cheap Chinese parts at premium prices worthless warranty! They lied when I bought it said it had a year warranty even though I bought the other parts somewhere else. Liers and cheats horrible business practices but as we know this is the norm in business today. Buy online cut these crooks out!

I couldn't get my turn signal changed because the screws were to tight and they fixed it for free. I love these guys I have been a customer for years and they never cease to amaze me with their customer service

Very friendly the store was clean the woman I talked to was very knowledgeable and knew what I needed but the didn't have what I needed but got in contact with O'Reilly other store a couple miles away and they held the past for me

Paid for parts to be ordered, didn't get my part now have to wait 2 more days. On hold for over 5 minutes to be told that they have to order it again, this time from out of state.
