Recently they have gotten TERRIBLE!! I cannot get anyone I can understand to answer the phone! My bill is always wrong! I have the bill paid by the 12th they charge me again on the the 27th for my Oxygen concentrator. I have CPAP and 02 with this company. It's awful! I am looking for another company now!!

This place is the worst place people are rude and all they care about is the money they can get out of their patients they take advantage of you I have been trying to get my mom a pic for over a year I had to go to her ins com and they went to corporate to get them to do anything and now they are only allowing her 1 battery for her unit they have really made it rough on her and made my life hell not very compassionate to their patients. I don t recommend this place go somewhere else if you can.

Can I put zero stars? This place is horrible considering when you call, you're probably in a situation with a very ill individual. They jerked us around for four days, and then she told us they don't even have a bed until three days after we need it. Do not even call them. They are horrible.

Where do I start... walked in the door, the receptionist greeted me ask for my credit card. She said that they would not use it until I call for supplies. Now they have charged my card over 600.00 dollars and there were no supplies sent to me. Called billing they can't help me. Ask for a supervisor, they said she will call you in 3 to 4 days. It's been over 10 days and they took another 136.00 out today. The bill itemization states supplies I never received. Scammers, Fraudulent activity. I don't even use the cpap, the pressure to high. I'm taking it to back to them tomorrow. I closed my card. Once they are in your account they stay in your acct.

If I could give less than one star I would. My husband has been trying to get a mask fitting for 3 months and they always have an excuse they need certain things for insurance but they don't call the insurance company and they don't call us to get it. I've gotten them everything they need and they still don't call for the fitting. My husband's doctor appointment is coming up and he's going to ask us how the mask has been fitting and we don't even have it yet. We are now going with another provider for the mask fitting and all services.

Amazing service.You go in and wait in the visitors area, very clean, nice, and comfortable with super friendly staff. Then someone will come out to get you to bring you into their office.I was scheduled with Donnie. He was absolutely amazing. Went over the machine I was picking up, face mask options, fittings, and was so kind and so funny. I was totally freaked out before going and was put completely at ease. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

I tried to obtain a CPAP machine for 7 weeks, always receiving different excuses why one wasn t available. I had called several times, and no one would answer. I left my number, and no one called back until I went to their location and told them to cancel my order, after finding out they had the machines, but couldn t see me for 3 MORE WEEKS. Very rude personnel at my visit. Then, like a Miracle, I came home and got a call from a lady, who tried to sound friendly, saying they had a machine for me next week. Too little, too late. Too many excuses. I ll get the machine elsewhere.

The initial tech was great. I had to reorder portable O2 tanks and they told me it would be a week. They were not delivered. I called and had to leave a message. Someone called me back that was nasty and said she would put in an order. I asked why another order and I needed these now. Of course I did not receive the needed supplies.

They were suppose to come and service my oxygen tank. I can't use it because of the alarm going off. Had to be at work at 10 AM, I made sure to tell them when I made the original appointment. They never called or showed up. I called to cancel the appointment and reschedule and the representative hung up on me before I was able to reschedule. I got her name so if something happens with my breathing while I'm asleep my husband will know who else to file a civil suit against besides the company.

It's been 3 months and we have called repeatedly to get supplies for my husband's CPAP machine. They claim they filed our insurance. We called insurance Co. They have not received any claims for supplies. So they lied more than once! They filed for the machine rental and got paid. Our insurance company tried contacting them but can not get any response. She left a message but still waiting for a response. My husbands nasal cushion is supposed to be changed every 2 weeks. It's been 3 months and no cushion! The cushion he has is worn out and the percent mask fit shows 37%. He tried to buy a cushion and they would not let him. What is wrong with these people! We are so frustrated!!

I broke the plastic piece between headgear & mask. Because I don t reorder supplies from them they refused to sell me a replacement piece. To clarify, I wasn t trying to file under insurance or anything, I asked to just pay full price & be in my way. They still refused service without a prescription, guess I ll just order online. This isn t the first time they have shown this level of service.... it s been pretty much every time EXECPT when they are getting you the new machine. If your reading this & have other options, take a deal in an alley somewhere the service levels will be comparable.

I was charged for oxygen equipment for a whole month after my Dr. Discontinued it. It took them several days to pick equipment up, n I was charged for a whole month, when they should have picked up in a timely manner. Trying to get that bill resolved, was ridiculous, hours of being put on hold, refered to speak to another dept, n not to mention no return calls after leaving tons of messages. Don't use this company.

I picked up my new rollator walker Monday and paid an extra $50 that Medicare didn t pay. They brought out a black colored walker for me. I signed the papers and we walked out. No sooner than walking out the door I told my husband that I did not like the color. He went to go back in, but, the doors had been locked as soon as we left. The next morning I called and explained to the customer service person that I did not like it and asked if I could bring it back in (I had not used it) and exchange it for another color. She told me that I had 3 days to bring it back and that they would have to order another one. So, we took it back today (Wednesday). My husband took it in, explaining that I wanted a different color. She told him that it was not returnable and that I had to take the one that I had been given. No choices whatsoever. Very unprofessional in my opinion to be told two different things. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible customer service! So uncaring. Numerous calls about ordering and sending mu cpap supplies over the past 4 months. Told they would get my records on three occasions and called back they had not done it and red flagged my chart. Then two days later called told they would get to it in 2 or 3 days. Absurd. Had to purchase my own cushion mask in the meantime out of my own pocket.

During the past two weeks my doctor's office has twice faxed in to Medical Necessities my Rx for new breathing supplies and they cannot locate the paperwork so still waiting for supplies. I have called three times and was on hold all three times for quite a while, have spoken with three different reps from the company and have been made to feel like not one of them care. Someone from marketing is supposed to contact me but so far nothing. I am beyond frustrated and ready to look for a different company, SURELY they can't be any worse than this place !!

Update: May 9th - The company now expects me to pay $1700 for a machine I can buy from any CPAP store for $650. They have fraudulently billed two insurance companies for the full amount of this machine and expect me to pay it since I am still in deductible. I am returning the machine today and will not pay them another dime. They have been paid almost $1,000 so far and now want $700 more. NO!Update: After my February conversation with billing, they assured me I would not be billed in one lump sum for the CPAP machine. It's May 1st and they have submitted the claim to my insurance for full payment, which means $750 of this is deductible and they want me to pay it all at once. Save yourself and order your machine and supplies from any other company besides this one!This company needs leadership to get it on the customer friendly/focused path. I'd never recommend them to anyone!I left information with a sleep coach and she assured me she would call back the next day with the requested information. No call. I left a voicemail for the sleep coaches, no return call. I used the contact form through the website requesting a sleep coach call me, no call.I am too far along to stop my cpap machine payments, but I do not order supplies from this group. I have found them to be much cheaper through various other vendors and far better customer service; do your homework before begging these folks for business. You can find the same supplies so much cheaper else where.

The worst customer service I have ever had in my 67 years The attitude of the employee were horrible. They treated me with total disrespect. I am goning to make sure my doctors never use there company for any of my business in the furture. My Dr. Ordered me a Walker with a seat They sent the wrong. I even had a problem with delivery .They said it had been 30 days So there is nothing they can do. I live more then an hour away from there store.They said it was the Dr. mistake .I just wanted to exchange the right one as they changed my insurance company a fortune for a cheap one. That I had no use for. I left it there. In the end for there greed they will be losing a lot more money from furture business they would of recieved .They should of said no problem will work this out as I have great insurance I would of had the Dr. Put in the right prescription that they wanted it to be worded. Instead they said nothing we can do. Big company like that .

Called this morning because my husband's oxygen concentrators alarm went off and would not reset. The representative called me back and in less than 4 hours we have a new unit in place and working great. Can't get better service than that. Thanks so much!!

Very uncooperative uncaring group of people I ve ever had to deal with. Very hard to get supplies some as simple as getting a new filter for my cpap. You have to go through an act of Congress to get anything!! My wife is very sick and they ve treated her terribly trying to get a new nebulizer for her breathing treatment machine. Been trying for over a week now. Did everything they ask her to do but still nothing and mean time my wife is still suffering. Evil people there!!

My mother's oxygen concentrator quit working today (this is the 2nd concentrator we've had in the last month) so I put her on her portable/emergency tank which is very small and is supposed to last between 2 and 4 hrs depending on how many Liters you use. No biggie, just figured they would be here within a few hrs after I let them know what's going on. I called them (when they opened as this happened early this morning) and here it is almost 8 hrs later, nobody has shown up or called. I've called them 7 times and they keep telling me "Someone should be there any minute". This place shouldn't even be operating or "serving" people. Already called and got the ball rolling for a different medical supply company and get rid of this joke of a business. Beware if you have to have ANYTHING from them that means the difference between life or death, they DO NOT care.

I m currently standing in their office.. listening to the receptionist making fun of patients that are calling in for assistance. I m a nurse and I know how difficult it is to deal with people however you don t do this in front of other patients. I also overheard HIPPA violations as I now know the address for a patient at 851 N Campbell Blvd that they called ridiculous .The other clinical personnel that go over the supplies were perfect but I can t stand poor customer service at the start.. it ruins the entire visit.

I have been waiting a month to get my monthly supplies for my BiPap machine. I placed one order and never received anything. I called and they said they had no record of my order. I placed a new order. Its been two weeks and still no supplies. They don't seem to know what they're doing or don't care.

We have been waiting since Thanksgiving 2018 for a Rolator walker. After contacting our physician and medical requests faxed and relaxed yesterday finally received a call from Medical Necessities. ... saying Medicare would pay all costs except for $50.00...and offering anthr type walker, I refused, and have two my debit card to pay the $50.09 she ask fir, discovered $87 plus change was taken frm my checking account. I consider this fraud and deception. I will be filing a complaint or several complaints against this company. May even change purchase of our cpap equipment. They are not the only business that sells this equipment.

Medical Necessities is singularly the worst business I have ever been cursed to use. No stars... none!!!My sleep doctor has chosen to continue to expect me to use this company despite their terrible customer service, therefore I will change both.Nor shipping equipment yet billing me & my insurance (my wife, an accountant has prepared a ledger detailing this for the entertainment of Blue Cross/ Blue Shield), shipping wrong sizes relentlessly, refusing to pick up misshipped goods, weeks (&month) long delays... you get it. I d say this is intentional customer abuse but I don t think your company could organize a process so thorough.How do y all possibly stay in business? Does Corp not review your business or take a look at online comments?

Had to give one star. Wouldn't give anything took almost 4 months to get cpap supplies my hose broke in two. Kept telling me it was Dr's office holding it up. But in fact no one at this business knows what they are doing. Got a different person everytime i called. Told me i never got supplies there and they are the ones doing my machine for last 7 years. Looking for new supply company.

Suppose to send a replacement oxygen machine. Send someone to look at this loud machine. Jason the tech was very courteous and helpful. They will tell you anything.

I had a really great and enjoyable experience with the ladies here. The front desk lady was nice and helpful. The nurse that I went to the back with to get set up with my cpap was absolutely amazing. I can t praise her enough. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the cpap!! She answered all my questions and reassured me that this will be worth it!! Truly thankful for them!

My 87 year old mother-in-law was released from the hospital after having a broke hip (surgery) and Pneumonia. The bed was ordered before she left the hospital. I called several times but they blamed the doctor and I talked to the doctor and they said they sent all they ve requested. Well, 6 weeks later no word, we just cancelled!! Very poor business!

My wife had terrible issues with the billing, coaches, and staff in general. just getting to speak to someone was a task. She was sent wrong supplies, billed incorrectly, and just got her bill Thursday and they charged her credit card before she could even put it in the mail today. less than one business day, as Friday was a holiday. WE would never ever use this business again.

Tried to get new cpap but after months of trying found out order was cancelled in May without our knowledge. No effort to assist in getting one.
