I took my car to Lovett and Sargent Body Shop (located at 803 Woodland St #3324,Columbia, TN 38401) for a minor fender bender. I was impressed with theservice I received. The staff, Tommy, Coty, and Jeff, were friendly andprofessional, and they did a great job fixing my wife s car. I was also happywith the price I paid. I ve used this body shop plenty of times! Cody and all the staff are amazing! They do a good job in my car every time I go. Still think I need that customer loyalty card, Cody! Haha But seriously the best body shop, to take your vehicle too. They have always came through for me. 2023 Mazda CX-5. Had damage on my rear panel and malfunctioning distance sensors. Springhill collision looked at it and said Something to the effect of Mazda parts, particular sensors can be difficult to work with. Frankly I m not comfortable doing this. And referred me to Lovett & Sergent.The guys in the office at Lovett & Sargent Expressed no such concerns when I brought my vehicle there. Gave me a surprisingly low estimate, and scheduled me promptly.I paid, got my vehicle back, and upon picking it up I inquired about the sensors. Tommy said everything was working fine. I get on the road for five minutes and the sensors are still obviously malfunctioning. Called the office and got a stammering vague response about how they would need to bring somebody in to look at or calibrate sensors. Tommy also passed the buck to his technician as the one who confirmed the sensors.Thus I received a hasty estimate that made no mention of a very likely/possible additional expense (the sensors) AND On top of that, when I received my vehicle, I was told that everything was in working order, which it was not. Then upon acquiring, to summarize the response not my problem . To top things off, the paint is a NOT a great match.Aside from all that, the guys in the office at Lovett & Sargent were very nice and easy to work with. The quality of the work they did do was good as far as I can tell. Except for the paint match.

My son had his car repaired here...excellent job/ Completed in a timely manner. I thought I had a scratch on my new car the guy used a solvent to remove it..good as new charge

When I got rear-ended, I was referred to Lovett and Sargent by some friends in Columbia. And WOW! I was impressed. The repairs look great, but they also went above and beyond with their service. They detailed my car while it was in the shop which was totally unexpected, but honestly...it was such a delightful surprise. They also pulled it around next to my rental car and helped me switch the carseats out. Truly a professional, polite business and I'll happily refer them to anyone in need of their services. Highly, highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I met Ted this morning and he told me about Lovett. I went and Ted take great care of me. He was pleasant, courteous and fixed my window after several places tried to fix it. I will definitely be returning.

Waited ten weeks for my appointment to get my beloved 2007yellow Xterra repair done. Estimate high three thousand range. After waiting all that time, car was totaled out, final repair estimate more than $8000, even then I had my check book out to fix it, BUT THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR IT!! Broke my heart.

Tommy Carroll and Team were outstanding from my first call to follow up! Carey walked me though each detail as they examined my van after hitting a deer in May 2017. I was contacted and informed during each process through insurance to the status of completion. I felt very comfortable through the entire process. Moving into the area from out of state I was referred to them from a past happy customer. So thankful! Not only did they make me feel comfortable but offered information on jobs, connections and a place to board my horse. This was southern hospitality at its best! Most importantly my van looked brand new when they were done after replacing the bumper, headlight and the entire passage side of the vehicle including my automatic sliding door. I'm so impressed, as I'm a details kind of girl. I cannot thank them enough! They will be highly recommended to all my friends and family.

Someone hit my husband truck and destroyed the old bumper. So a little more money and 24 hours later we are back.Thanks guys we never go anywhere else for body repair.

Great place to get your car repaired. Fast estimate and worked with my insurance every step of the way. Repair ended up being more than original estimate but I was not responsible for the extra. They directly billed insurance for the other part so I didn't have to do anything except sign over the insurance check for the original estimate. Will definitely use them again

The most wonderful people and shop to work with. I came in a few months ago after buying a new Mazda (it was backed into a week later by a family friend) and had a small dent in the driver door. They were so patient in waiting for the car damage to be paid in cash, they scheduled my appointment in a timely manner, and were so kind throughout the entire process.. They told me it would take 3 days and it was finished sooner than I thought. I was shocked when I saw it. You can t even tell it was ever even hit.. I am so so thankful I chose Sargent and Lovett as my body shop. 10/10 recommend, and will continue to bring any problems I have to them.

I had an accident in the last week. In talking with my insurance company, they suggested I might contact Move the & Sergeant Body Shop. I did that, and spoke with Cory about the repair estimate. The folks at Lovette & Sergeant treated me very well. Coty gave me a good estimate and made the time available to inspect my car thoroughly. I feel confident in their abilities to get my car back in great condition. I'd recommend this auto body repair business to anyone.

This shop is beyond professional and wonderful to work with. Tommy Carroll and the rest of the crew are complete perfectionists with everything on your car.This shop has been in business for almost 50 years which tells you they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend them!

You can not say enough about the staff at Lovett and Sargent. They are prompt, professional, and fix your vehicle to better than new. I have used this shop on multiple occasions for different vehicles and customer service and quality are top notch.
