I ve had an absolute terrible experience here. My windshield got cracked and I created a claim with my auto insurance and this was a company listed. It said it had mobile services so I called to schedule. They said for my type of window, I would have to come in. Didn t make sense because I had my same windshield replaced in Florida by a mobile service. Either way o just wanted to take care of it so I scheduled for in shop. The first appointment was quick but they cracked the replacement when putting it in. No biggie, things happen. They said to come back another day to have it redone. We come back and are told that the windshield wasn t in the shop. They said to come back in a few hours which we could not do. We told them we would reschedule when we had a better idea of our schedule. We end up getting a call from an employee saying their mobile service was being rolled out and they could come to us. I had bad service and said I d call back. I call back and get another person who says that can t be done, my type of window has to be done in shop again. I schedule for their earliest was 2 weeks out. Get in today, it s been 3 hours and we re just told that they cannot calibrate it correctly and I might have to take it somewhere else. I m livid. My windshield was replaced and calibrated by a mobile service in an hour prior to this. Why can t the shop get it right in 3?Update: they got it done. Still ridiculous the process it took to get here. If I ever find myself needing glass services, it won t be done here.

Great experience. Had a small chip/breakage in my windshield. Got me right in with no appt. Got the job done very quickly before the receptionist and I got the claim filed with my insurance. I highly recommend this company for all your windshield repairs and all glass repairs.

My experience with Jack Morris in Columbia, TN was excellent. After dropping off my vehicle it was determined that they had ordered the wrong windshield because I gave them bad information. I didn't know I had a heated windshield when they asked me that exact question when setting up the appointment. They went out of their way and drove 2 hours to pick up the correct windshield. Completely my fault. Instead of putting off the appointment, they jumped into action to solve the problem that I created. You do not see this level of customer service anymore. Grateful for their genuine desire to take care of the customer. It shows. Bravo!

Good place that I'd trust with my vehicle again. You actually talk to friendly people at the location and not a national call center. Things weren't perfectly smooth but they took care of everything and I'm happy with the results.

Just had my rear liftgate glass replaced on my Jeep by Dustin and Cody and I just wanted to commend them on their work. Everything from communication, to punctuality, to professionalism and a job well done. Hopefully I don t need another piece of auto glass replaced, but if I do, I ll certainly be contacting Jack Morris and requesting these two!Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation, Auto rear window replacement

I've had the worst luck with my windshield these past few years traveling all over Middle TN but each interaction with Jack Morris has been fantastic from start to finish. The most recent experience was the best by far! I worked with Angela Vincent and she was amazing! Best price we could find and by far the best customer service. Highly recommend Jack Morris AND Angela!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. They are conveniently located, and the prices are quite reasonable. They not only got me scheduled quicker than I expected, but they also replaced my windshield much faster than I could have hoped. Lastly, the staff are remarkably kind, courteous, jovial, and accommodating. I won't take my vehicles anyplace else.

The Columbia office made the whole process of having my windshield replaced super easy. The technician, Kelton, did an amazing job. He really went above and beyond, and is such a wonderful person! I only use this company and have recommended to many others. Had to reschedule 3 times due to weather and they were very professional during all this. Alex was impressive w/communication, professional, polite, and informative. He did an outstanding job. My truck was clean when he finished and left me with clear instructions. Price couldn't be beat! Thanks for your outstanding service.

Just had a new windshield put in my traverse and I must say this is the best place I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Next day service and Tom Cory was very professional and easy to get along with. Very nice guy. And did a perfect job very quickly. And the price was literally 200$ cheaper than any other place I had price searched at. Highly recommended.

I had a windshield replaced and service was excellent!!! I got an even better windshield than I had before. My installer was Dustin, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my drivers side window which I thought was shattered. The original estimate was $250 which I was happy to pay as it was $150 less than the National Chains. The tech came to my house and found that I did not need a new window but a mechanism that makes the window go up and down. They did not charge me for the service call and had me get the part online. It costs $46. They charged me $90 to put it in and had it done in less than an hour.I highly recommend this business! They could have charged me way more than what I paid and I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Left truck at their place. Windshield install was fine but who ever installed must have been like a bull in a china closet bent bracket that hold microphone on CB radio, gps tossed in floor, tore out cord for back up camera for trailer, black stuff all over dash , window not clean and dirt all in leather seats. Amazing experience. I was sad that my OEM windshield had been damaged, as I really love my car. When I asked if they could use OEM glass, not only did they oblige, they took on the extra cost so I would only owe my deductible from my insurance. The work was flawless and I could not tell anything had ever happened. They worked with my schedule and were super accommodating. The shop cat was a nice touch while waiting. Absolutely tiresome. They replaced my windshield and failed to tell me that they don't do the recalibrations. So I had to call my insurance co. and they promised to reimburse me for the recalibration if I took it to my dealership. So, I did, and they came back to tell me that the guy that replaced my windshield had broken a sensor/wire connection in my rearview mirror camera that connects to the pre collision system. Altogether, this would cost $750 to recalibrate and repair the camera. Not only did he not tell me couldn't calibrate my pre collision system from the start, he broke a sensor that further puts me away from driving safely. Absolutely ridiculous and annoying at this point. I already had to wait months for the windshield, which I was excited for.Service: Auto windshield replacement

awesome people in the Columbia, TN location! They helped me out during the holidays - doing what other auto glass shops had declined! Very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. Will def use for all my automotive glass needs! Highly recommend if you have a choice

Jack Morris auto glass is the best in the business. Brian the manager made sure we were completely happy, after the install. And went out of his way to find extra parts that were missing. He took his time making sure all the broken glass was vacuumed up. You couldn't even tell there was a broken window after he finished.But what sets them apart is the customer service , Brian was professional polite and very timely with the fix, he made sure everything was properly done and we were completely happy before closing out the insurance claim.Ask for Brian when you call Jack Morris auto Glass for your broken window needs !!!Services: Installation, Auto rear window replacement

Best in the business. I have used these folks several times. My last experience a few days ago was no exception. Brian Crandall was right on time and he brought the OEM windshield with him (not something generic). He was super friendly and very quick with his installation. I asked the man for several business cards after he finished and I have already passed every one of those cards out to friends and associates. You won't find a better auto glass company anywhere.
