I received excellent customer service at Hyundai of Columbia. I had called the service department at another Hyundai dealership where I live at least 10 times with no answer. I called Hyundai of Columbia and they answered immediately and were very friendly and helpful. The owner came out and greeted those who were waiting in the customer waiting area and introduced himself and asked if we needed anything. I had the pleasure of speaking with him and let him know how I appreciated their amazing customer service. The service manager and service advisor were also amazing. They were polite and pleasant and answered all of my questions. I have bought two cars from this dealership and can say their customer service is the best. I highly recommend them.

Had an issue with a car I purchased at this dealership and let them know. They immediately made an appointment to check it out, and gave me a loaner car until they finished the work on my vehicle. Service was friendly and welcoming. 4 stars because of the issue occurring in the first place, but the response was great.

My recent service experience was very pleasant, Colin and Mikayla and one other young lady who sat beside her really helped me get my truck handled fast and proper. I am very pleased. Thank you! Also to Adam and AJ at Ford Store! Great team!

I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this service department. Either they do not know what they are doing or they are just completely out for a buck. I have spent 6 hours there and still do not have the problem fixed. They also had my car for 5 days just to do a recall and diagnosis a problem. Now they say that what they were doing is not the problem. I could go on and on. Stay away from this place.

They came and got my Tucson and performed the required services (updated the ceramic paint coating, changed oil and filter, rotated the tires and checked engine codes for any issues), and they brought it back later that afternoon. All of this was under the service warranty, but they did what they said they would do. Great experience. The only thing that didn t get done was vacuum the car out (floor mats still had shoe grit on it), but that was ok. I went immediately and took care of that myself.

Great service and great people. They treat customers extremely well in the service department. I appreciate the pictures of needed service repairs and continuous updates. In a time when customer service is not the best, Hyundai of Columbia excels! I drive twice as long (1.5 hours each way) rather than the closer Hyundai service center in Jackson, because of their amazing customer service.

The service department has been great at getting me scheduled for routine service, but also for those immediate concerns. I had a flat yesterday and they were quick to get me back and fix it. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me because he s great, but overall this has so far, been top notch service!

I really thought l had found a jewel. A service center that changes your oil, Rotates your Tires and Inspects your vehicle in under an Hour. It was great until they changed owners. Several times my vehicle did not have the Service Alerts Reset. I had no clue when my next service was due. I found oil leaking underneath one vehicle. They didn t tighten the nut securely. Stickers, let s just keep the old ones in place. The final straw, they had my Sonata in their service garage for Two Weeks and couldn t figure out what was wrong. $1300 and No Solution, Wait it gets better, they didn t change the oil as requested. Their Vehicle Inspection is Absolutely a joke and a waste of money. I think they are having difficulty keeping competent technicians.

I had scheduled an appointment here to get my complementary maintenance done. Everyone here was super nice and friendly. I was in and out in a little less than 30 min. The waiting area was wonderful. They had a fountain machine, ballin' coffee maker, and comfortable couches and TV.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was welcomed quickly! He went over all of the details. I was told where to exit and to feel free to enjoy a snack while I waited. When my car was ready, he walked me out to my car and explained how everything went.

Communication was excellent, and my issue was finally resolved! I wish I had taken my car here the first time it malfunctioned rather than taking it to the Hyundai dealership nearest me. I will trust Hyundai of Columbia to repair the issue if anything happens again.

Your young man who came out to greet me was so personable! His interactions were so informative! I hope you reward him highly with a good salary! Someone you need to keep for a business that has to deliver bad news every so often. He brought me into the Dealership and showed me where to wait while my car was serviced. Once everything was done, he came to me in the waiting area, and explained services rendered. Then he walked me out to my car /so I wouldn't have to stumble around looking for it, and removed the protective coverings from the steering wheel, the seat, and the floor board. I hope you can find this fine young man and tell him what a great job he did for me.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I bought a Chevy Silverado here and the vehicle is burning oil and shaking upon acceleration. I did purchase the 90,000 mile warranty. My vehicle was worked on for 3 weeks and when I picked it up the problem was the same, if not worse. Why did the tech test drive my vehicle and pretend the problem was fixed? Hyundai should not have allowed me to pick up my vehicle and pay $500 knowing that the problem was not solved. Then I received a video saying please let us know what went well and what went bad and I responded like I was instructed, but I never heard back.

The service waiting area is clean. The service reps have done a great job of explaining what needs to be done. The in-house financing option is a blessing for any costs outside of your warranty.

I had an issue with my Bluelink not working on my brand new purchase. Andrew Bird, a master tech, went above and beyond for 6 months to make sure that everything works now. There is no way to describe the hoops that he jumped through and the hours he spent making sure that my problem was resolved. He is the best and never made me feel like I was an inconvenient issue. He always made me feel like I was his only customer.

We took our Hyundai Santa Fe to Columbia. It s an hour drive from our house, but they were able to get our car in immediately. Despite the overall check up of the car, they could not diagnose the problem. My issue is that my car doesn t start if it s colder than 40 degrees. Seriously. We get cold here; single digits. I have not been able to use my car in months. However, when I brought it in, it was in the high 50s, so obviously, they could not duplicate the conditions.However, the service advisor and staff were very pleasant and easy to work with. And, despite the 2 hrs I will have spend driving there & back, I will take it back there.

Houston is a great guy and tries to make sure we are well taken care of. Andrew is very knowledgeable. They also made sure we had a very nice loaner while they looked into a warranty covered issue. Our issue is not resolved but that is more to do with the way warranty issues must be handled with Hynudai rather than the service department.

Everything went well. Houston did a wonderful job, getting my SantiFe serviced, rotating my tires and changing my oil. Also, a courtesy wash was done on my car. Everything was done in a good timeframe. Completely satisfied.

If you are looking for a service department, that is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and accommodating, Hyundai Of Columbia is the place to go. We have had our Sonata hybrid serviced with Hyundai Of Columbia for the last six years. We ve never been disappointed. Chances are, you won't be either.

My car needed a catalytic converter and the service manager Colin was very helpful. After a scheduled appointment and ordering the needed part, he was able to get my car in and out and fixed what needed to be fixed.
