We had a new shower door installed by Glass Dr of Columbia. Had a couple issues with the door coming loose. Each time they were very helpful, responded in a timely manner and took care of the issue . Highly recommend them.

These guys did a great job replacing my windshield. I showed up an hour too early and they still took me right in. Great job, clean installation. I'll definitely go back if I need glass and I highly recommend Glass Doctor!

Quick response when calling to schedule as well as quick installation. However, after waiting 2 weeks for my window to come in, the wrong window was made. They ordered another.. after waiting 2 more weeks, they quickly came out to install. I got a bill from them saying 30 days until payment will be assessed I received a phone call the day after and 2 back to back phone calls the 2nd day followed by a threatening message saying that if we didn t pay by the next day they were taking out our window! Basically threatening to come into our house. The bill clearly said 30 days to pay We had every intention to pay quickly. To threaten to take a window 2 days after an install after we waited over a month for our product to come in correctly is just plain wrong and rude. Will not use again.

Absolutely excellent service! I would recommend these guys again & again. We needed our window fixed immediately and no one could fix it. They understood our problem & were able to immediately take care of it. Their customer service is amazing and they went above and beyond to make sure we were good. Thank you!!

Went in and set the appt and had my glass ordered. 2 days later I went in and had my windshield replaced. The whole process took maybe an hour at most.

Did a great job on several new shelves for my cabinet! Price was much cheaper than I thought and they got them done quickly. Now that they are in, I think I can add another! Would definitely recommend this company for any if your glass needs. Office staff was VERY helpful and professional.

I am not pleased with my experience as a whole. They did refund me the difference between the windshield I wanted and the one I got. But just wish they would have told me they couldn t get what I wanted instead of installing something I didn t want and trying to pass it off like it was what I ordered. I am walking away from here with a damaged vehicle from installation and a windshield I didn t want.

Wish I could put zero stars. Needed a new windshield for my 2015 toyota highlander. Just basic windshield. I know the price of this windshield from the dealership but I wanted to get it done closer to home. These guys told me it would be $895!!!!!! When the cost of the windshield is actually 350! So theyre charging more than double for labor? Women do their research too VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I ASKED THE GUY WHY ITS SO HIGH, HIS RESPONSE , "BECAUSE IT IS ."

Went to Glass Doctor in Columbia TN, to have windshield replaced in an older Mercedes. After picking up the car we found several problems. The A pillars were severely scratched by using a oscillating removal tool, and the window was set too high at the top causing wind noise. Returned it and spoke with owner (Bill) who asked us to bring it back to them. They refused to reset the window, and offered only to brush a paint over the scratch marks. According to installation instructions, they are suppose to use spacers to insure proper clearances, and Bill had no interest in hearing that. We tried to work this out, even had other professionals agree it was incorrectly installed. We asked them to remove the window so we could have someone else install it, Bill stated they don't have the proper tools to remove the window without scratching the a pillars.

Incredible experience finding this glass repair shop. The guy was quick to tell me how it can be fixed and the price was very reasonable. I was back on the road in 20 minutes. I will definitely be back for future glass repair needs.

We needed the glass on our store-front door of a business and they quickly got the measurements returned our call with the pricing of the glass replacement and set up our install date. Their team took the wood off our door for us, installed the glass, moved the wood for us to desired area, and cleaned their mess in a very timely manner. I would recommend this friendly, professional, cost efficient business 110%. We will always know to call the Glass Doctor from now on. Thank you guys so much!!

These people were a total class act. I took my F350 to them with a cracked windshield. They had my truck done and out the door in record time. They asked me if I would bring it to them from Estill Springs which is a pretty good distance away. I hesitant at first but am very happy I did. I would drive back again 10 more times that distance for the service and professionalism I received. The lady behind the window from California was a true sweetheart. If you have a window need don't hesitate to contact them, these people will take care of you. Excellent job. When a business is this good I will rave about it to any and all that want to hear it. If you are a bad business I will go out of my way to warn everyone but this certainly is not one of those businesses that's for sure.Good job!!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I must share I ordered glass in lieu of changing out my windows due to broken seals and fogging. This company was professional and educated me on how to handle this with the best options.This location is First Class. I highly recommend them before you do anything ask them!

The team at Glass Doctor of Columbia was absolutely phenomenal. My car was broken into while I was away on vacation. When I returned I completed the online appointment request and received a call right away. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and was ready to get me in right away. The day I was supposed to bring my car in, I was running behind due to a dead battery. The same gentleman called to check in with me and make sure I was still planning to come. I really appreciated that. When I arrived in the shop, they offered to take me to work and drop my car off to me. After the morning I had, I could've cried. This was a seamless process from start to finish. Ms. Terri and the whole team provided great customer service and did great work. While I hope I don't have to see them again, I at least know where to go and will refer friends, family, and patients!

We dropped off a sliding glass door to have the glass replaced over 3 weeks ago. I understand they had to order the glass, however I got told it would be ready by a certain time last week. Called to check again mind you this gave them 3 extra business days and its still not ready. The glass was delivered almost a week ago and they arent in any hurry.

I'll keep it simple. My wife called to run a claim for my windshield. She talked to Paige, she was rude & told her "We don't take your insurance." & hung up the phone...I wouldn't want to see how customers that have had repairs done with this company are treated...No, thank you...

Mike and Vicki were great to work with. Mike came out and replaced the windshield in my Mercedes Benz . The price was a good.
