First class service experience with my 2017 F250. Loved the use of text messages for status updates including a digital copy of your service appointment and the welcome video from my service tech made me smile. I decided to wait for my repairs but when it was going to take longer to get the parts than originally thought, they offered to take me home and bring truck to me when done. But, I had no where to go so I waited it out in their comfortable lounge with good coffee. The internet connectivity was good quality and I watched YouTube videos for a couple of hours. Would recommend for all your service needs.

I was visiting for an oil change and then found out I had a recall. Everyone was very kind.The only thing I would suggest is when the oil change was completed I wish they would have informed that they were doing the recall and It was going to make my visit take longer.Can t say enough about how kind everyone was.

We brought our 10 year Old F150 truck in for a recall service. The service was done promptly, free of charge, and included other recommendations that were maintenance issues. Even though I declined the additional maintenance services, Communication was excellent, and the turnaround was within one day. There was a hiccup with the truck as a result of the repair. When I brought it back in, once again they took care of the problem, no charge, and was a super fast turnaround. Based on my first impression I would highly recommend Columbia Ford service department. Thanks everybody at Columbia Ford service!

Kristian, my service advisor, came out as soon as I pulled into the bay. He was quite helpful and informative. Which was very appreciated, as I had never been to an actual dealership before. He kept me updated at every step. And the tech got me in and out in an hour for my recalls. Thanks to Ford of Columbia for everything.

Great customer service at Ford of Columbia! The best! I was traveling thru the area and had an oil leak. I called the dealership, explained my dilemma and was amazed when they agreed to evaluate the problem as soon as I got there. Benjamin Crosby was my service advisor and he was both friendly & professional. The tech Identified a problem with the oil filter, changed the oil & filter, and I was on my way again on my 950 mile trip in less than 2 hours. I was very impressed with everything about this dealership and am thankful for their great customer service. Some people would say that this was a minor fix but the fact is that had they not agreed to help out a traveler from out of state in their time of need I might have been delayed for several days. This level of customer service is exemplary in this day and age and I will recommend Ford and in particular Ford of Columbia to everyone that I know or who asks!!!Thank you Ford of Columbia!

The service technician was excellent. He was on time and courteous to me and my son. The price of the oil change and tire rotation was much less than Firestone. I will definitely be going back for the oil changes in the future! Thanks!

Will helped me with my service and it couldn t have gone any smoother. Everybody I talked to was very courteous and acted like they actually wanted my business. I originally dropped my truck off at Long-Lewis Ford and had a terrible experience but Ford of Columbia was leagues above the service that I was originally offered. They kept me updated through the whole process and I can not recommend them enough.

Really appreciate Ford of Columbia service. This was my first service appointment with a Ford dealership and I initially called Franklin and was hung up on. I called Ford of Columbia service and they were very patient and helpful. Fast and efficient service department. I expected a day to two day repair and they got it done a few hours after the vehicle got in the shop. Great communication as well from my advisor Austyn.

Generally speaking, this is a great place to buy and to get your Ford serviced. That said, it can be very expensive. However, the service people are honest and helpful when giving you options that are more affordable. Also, when you get your vehicle fixed here, my experience is - it is fixed. It's a done deal and you do not have to worry about it.

Austyn is great. Service is great. So far no complaints. Had to have my truck differential replaced and they did the diagnostic for free, even offered to drop the truck off at my house when it was done which is very convenient.

Staff was very nice and listened to all my concerns. Everything was done in a timely manner. The dealership could improve by offering a vip car service to those that bought new cars there and return for service. I mean you spend a fortune buying the car and service plan, they could offer a vehicle doesn t have to be luxury model, but something to get you around while they service yours. Just an idea. I will return as long as I own the truck I bought there.

My scheduled maintenance was fast, easy and as expected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My service manager was genuine and attentive. In the end, everything was pretty much perfect.

Ford of Columbia is the absolute best! I have had my car into them several times and they have always gotten me in either the same day or the next day and treated me with respect. They provide prompt excellent service. Great people, great service, highly recommend.

Appreciated the quick turnaround and the thorough inspection which found several items in need of attention. A couple of parts had to be ordered for a recall repair and I was notified parts were in stock the very next day. Courteous, professional staff. Highly recommend.

I inherited a 2001 Grand marquis and these people were able to service my vehicle and make recommendations to keep my vehicle operational. Friendly atmosphere, comfortable waiting area and great communication on status of my car. Ford of Columbia service department rocks!

I carried my truck in for the first oil change and got home and pulled the dip stick and truck had no oil on the stick. I went to the parts house and got some oil and it took 2 quarts to fill it up. Good people to work with but all you got to do is pull the stick and check it when your done.

Flew in from 5 states away. Driver Tom picked me up at the airport and was a pleasure to talk to on the drive. Jarvis was my salesman and the truck was as he described. The process was done quickly and was on my way home.15hr drive. Very happy with the whole deal.

I am the service manager for a large rental company in the area with many options to choose from for vehicle service. Because of the service we receive from FOC Service, we will not take any of our company vehicles anywhere else. We used to take our vehicles to whoever could get started the quickest, but because of the exceptional service we receive, we don't ask anyone else anymore. FOC is our one stop shop and Tom Meredith is our go to service writer. Thank you FOC Service, and Thank you Tom for all you do!

The repairs were done correctly; the people in the front office of the collision center were very professional. However, I called 3 times (first 2 got dropped) and got a friendly person. Calling several times in the past had very poor phone connection- appeared amateurish. All in all. I am pretty satisfied.

Service department was extremely helpful and talked with my Ford dealership in PA about what had / had not been done in their dealership. Clean and orderly attractive show room and service office. Went to Ford to get my car serviced and was treated like someone important. Will Pope who is the service manager treated me and my wife like family. Didn't have to wait long and the price was a really good price.
