I've happily had my Home & Auto Insurance with Farm Bureau for most of my life. Yes, I followed in my parents footsteps! Growing up I observed all the great things Farm Bureau provided for our lives and kept us covered with quality insurance!The agents & everyone there give excellent caring customer service! I feel like when I go there I'm visiting family. They certainly know how to balance professionalism and keep the wholesome down-home personal touch!If you have never had the pleasure I highly recommend you stop by your local Farm Bureau! You will have a family of professional friends for LIFE!!!

Been with Farm Bureau insurance for well over 10 years now and have never had any problems and have had wonderful service at a decent price. The agents are super friendly. I've never had to file a claim so I don't know how that process would be so I can't really make any statement on that but other than that everything's been wonderful. Highly recommend them if you want to bundle your home, life, and auto insurance with just one company.

Worst insurance company to deal with if you get into an accident with one of their clients! I was involved in an accident a week ago and my insurance company has still not heard from them! We have left several voicemails for Stephanie to no avail and I have been without any type of transportation for a week! I am finally going to eat the cost of a rental car because this seems like it will be dragging on forever ..

All the agents at this office are very good at what they do. In particular, Greg Yokely has always done a great job taking care of my family and myself. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking to switch insurance companies or need a new policy written!

By far the nicest people I have dealt with! I have to brag on Beth Robinson. She was very helpful and good at explaining anything I didn t understand. She is also just very pleasant to talk to. If anyone is looking for a better insurance company to go through I highly recommend Farm Bureau Insurance.

Lucas Burt is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He has exceeded our expectations and solved all our insurance problems. I contacted Lucas Burt as a result of serving as POA for my aunt who has Farm Bureau Insurance. Lucas was incredibly professional, helpful and provided perfect customer service. I have worked in the field of insurance for 25 years and was so impressed with his personable, helpful demeanor, expertise, knowledge and kindness. Lucas immediately connected with me and knew my family tree well, and I had also known and worked for his wonderful grandfather. It's a small world! TN Farm Bureau Insurance is fortunate to have such a professional as Lucas Burt!

We recently moved to Columbia and had new insurance needs. Lucas Burt was able to help us with all of our auto insurance needs and get homeowner s insurance for a new house. Our rental house homeowner s insurance came due. He found us more coverage at less than 50% of what the other guys were charging us. I highly recommend Farm Bureau and Lucas Burt for all your insurance needs

Called to remove a vehicle I sold, which went great with my local office representative getting a refund of my already PAID premium not so much as I am STILL waiting on my refund check over 2 1/2 weeks later and I am literally only a 30 minute drive from their home office!!!
