This is my go to place for an oil change. I ve always been pleased with their service. Yesterday was another great experience. Marco was professional, a gentleman, efficient, and gave me great information. Nine years on the job and Express needs to keep him.

I needed to get my oil changed on my lunch break really quick and was able to get in and out fast thanks to KD. She was the best service tech I have had since coming to Express. She was friendly, fast and thorough and got me back to work as soon as she could.

KD got me squared away quick and gave me a list of things to keep an eye on and estimate of what it'll cost to do so. Just came in for a oil change, glad to see service groups doing their service and a little more. The employees were happy and fun to interact with and service was quick!

Just got my oil changed and I cannot say enough good things about Brooklynn!! She is not only super friendly and thoughtful, but also great at her job. Very thorough and informative. I will definitely be back!! Thanks SO much for the great service, Brooklynn!!

Randy was very helpful and informative about what my car needed. He was great with recommendations and definitely knew what he was talking about. He also got the oil and filter changed in a very timely manner. Overall I had a great first experience!

I was visiting from out of town & stopped in for an oil change. I was greeted & helped by Kindre. He was very helpful (I had no idea what oil to use!) & he was super friendly. Way better experience than my Express back home

The customer service at the Columbia location is amazing!! Jazmyn was wonderful and knew her way around the motor. Her partner KD was supportive and kept building her teammate up. (Even the guy in the bay beside me made eye contact and asked how my day was!) I will keep coming back for this reason!! Great job guys!!!

Although it isn t exactly express it is worth the wait. I have a foreign car and found a lot of places in the area did not carry my cars oil or filter. I called Express Oil and they said they could service my car. When I arrived there were about 5 cars in front of me in two lanes. I always end up choosing the slowest lane so that s on me, not them, lol. Once in the bay, the staff is friendly and work quickly to service your car in an efficient manner. I will continue to use Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers for my routine oil changes.

The young lady attended my information and air filter was awesome. But the rest of the crew were very rude. When she asked them to do a tire rotation which was part of the oil change I asked for they replied no we don't want to do it .think the young lady was from another store in spring hill. Won't be back to the one in Columbia.

Love this place. Excellent service every time I come here. They are fast, Professional and priced very fairly. Randy got my oil changed, and new filters placed in less than 15 minutes.

I've had my oil changed at this location twice. Overall a good experience. The wait time isn't too long, the service itself is fast and professional. Prices are pretty standard. I appreciate that there are usually coupons available online or through emails, too. Shout-out to Randy for taking care of my car quick, and cleaning my sap-covered windshield as well.Service: Oil change

Marco and KD were uniformed and ignorant of the way to check transmission fluid. Why trust them to do literally anything else? This isn t the first time I ve had a vehicle mess up because of their negligence and because I trusted their terrible judgment. Far too young to know anything or maybe they just don t care that they re messing peoples vehicles up

They're quote for my brake job on my Audi came in 1400 cheaper than my BF's shop!!!! Yes it's expensive to do brakes on an Audi... But this shop is reasonable on their price and NOT way overpriced! Plus they have a Female mechanic! And she was very good at her job! I'll be back there for tires next month! And I want her working on my car! She's good people!Got my brake job done today! Mary did an amazing job very happy with the work done! I'll be back for tires next month! She was friendly, remembered me from yesterday, and was honest and respectful! Originally she wasn't going to be doing my brakes, so I asked if I could request her! She didn't think they would let her, but then they saw my earlier review and came to tell me that Mary would be doing my brakes! It's not an easy job on an Audi because of all the extra stuff that has to be done. Mary did it in a timely fashion and kept me informed of the changes! She did a great job! Thank you to everyone at Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers! Y'all were great! See y'all soon for my next service and tires! Thanks for taking such great care of my car and my pocket book!

Came in for a tire rotation and from my first interaction the vibes were so friendly. Randy was great to work with. He was very personable and made me feel valued. The service is always wonderful. Never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work!

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of excellence I received from start to finish - from the joyful and energetic greeting I received from Marco when I called to the warm smile and care from Brooklyn and Alissa while in the shop. It was definitely a great first experience and I will return!
