This towing company is Ripoff company has to be out of business immediately from the State ,they towed your truck and then blackmail you for payment , They over charge you more then a double our bill was $4,500 and for payment only you can pay with EFS money code they are telling you they don't have bank account and not any other option and if you don't pay they want to tow to yard to charge you for more money . Don't called them for anything we will report them to BBB ,They are stealing money from people specially trucking companies !!!

If i could give these crooks Zero stars i would This place charged my company 15k to overhaul our motor just for it to grenade months later. Once the motor was opened up we found that none of the parts were replaced!! This is a horrible lying dishonest company RUN away from them then they charged $4500 for a tow !!!!!! and tried to charge me 7k These doors need to be shut permanently!!!!!

Was having issues with PTO and transmission on Peterbilt Car Hauler. Shane helped as soon as we anrrived and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within minutes. My refer unit would not start needed a roadside battery change they came in a timely manner but they are a little expensive 485$ when they told me 100 call out and 100 per hour and they unpriced the battery to 160$ come on now would def use these guys again but only if I had too. Only good thing I can say they came out fast to my truck and did the job, but my wallet is still hurting.Service: Electrical

We called in the morning to get a Differential Seal replaced, and was told to come on in that they had the seal and can start on the truck once driver arrived. Our driver arrived at 11 am to find out that he had to wait till they got back from lunch, Driver has been waiting since 11 am to 1 pm to channge out a seal that maybe with someone that knows what there doing can take about 45- to an hour of labor. Workers arrived and still didnt get off their trucks to start working on our truck. Driver got fed up and left. Its a shame how they work here and if you are busy trying to make money on the road like we are I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHOP. you can clearly see their there to collect a paycheck and go.

Went in the shop Saturday Night of the August 22 ,2020. They don t like to answer phone. My truck went there cause I trusted them to get it right. We all agreed it was electrical. It was obvious. Nothing was turning over with the turn of the key. I went to the shop the following Tuesday afternoon to see the progress they made. They said they were done and ready to bill. They assured me it was wires under the dash that rubbed up against something and cut them in half. They acted funny when I went out there to restart the truck when it was in the shop, it sent a bad vibe to me. But the one mechanic came out and told me he had to tighten a few things. Make a long story short I paid $1100 for a repair I thought was fixed, and here I am again on Friday night with the same problem. I totally don t recommend coming here for this same problem. I am making calls to some people to see what I have to do to get my money back now. Tired of getting ripped off. If anyone else wants to dispute this. They can call me.Service: Electrical

Came to the shop with a smoking truck and loud noise from passengers side, the guys helped me out very quickly and professional and solve the problem. Thanks for getting me back on the road in less than one hour. Thank yoh dfs truck and trailer repairs team!! Highly recommended.

We recommend this place of business as # 1. We were on the way to AL and stopped in without an appointment to see if we could get our lights fixed on our cargo trailer. We met two of the most caring, kind and knowledgeable men who had us on our way in no time with fixed brake lights and blinking lights. These two men are certainly a rarity in todays world. Please stop in to see them, you will be glad you did.

I came to DFS about my box truck not starting and getting codes ran no codes showed but they still made sure they did everything they could to make sure they could figure out the problem i would recommend these people to anybody and will be using them again

I wouldn't even give them a half star. My truck broke down in Alabama and had to wait 3 hours for them to show up and on top of that, the guy was showing me attitude because he couldn't find where I was and was showing frustration. My truck had a air leak and I explained what the problem was, but without even looking at my truck, he told me that he had no other option, but to tow my truck and they will fix it tomorrow morning. They charged me $291.00 just to show up. I don't mind paying the amount if they would at least try to help me and fix the problem. He gave a number, so I can tow my truck. After he left, I fixed the problem temporarily with the help of another person and then I drove my truck to Neely Coble Company in Decatur, AL. They fixed my truck within 10 minutes and with no charge. It just needed a air fitting. I wouldn't use DFS Truck or recommend them ever!

If it's not one thing, it's another. From brokers price gouging, to Mobile repair services charging ridiculous prices to fix a COOLANT HOSE.This picture was taken by the service man that went out and worked on my truck. This was taken in the service truck that was sent out. As you can see, he enjoyed himself with a few cold ones because he knew that opportunities to assist helpless drivers only come around so often, and he took advantage of his charging nearly $1700 to fix ONE COOLANT HOSE!I do not recommend EVER using this shop, not only because of the outrageous price, but because you don't know whether or not the gentleman will show up coherent. Lets hope he put the correct parts on my vehicle, and that my driver makes it back safe and sound.This is an embarrassment, and we need to put an end to this.EXPOSE THESE PEOPLE!!!God bless and stay safe.

This place kept my semi truck for 8 weeks telling me that they were going to start on it the next day every day. They never fixed it and I had to get local police dept to help me pick up my truck. They charged me a outrageous fee to falsely diagnose my truck. After getting my unfixed truck back I have now ran into several people that they have ripped off. I have been in the trucking business for 15 years and have never had this bad of service.

I took my truck to DFS and they were Great! I took it to other shops they could not figure out why my truck was smoking DEF light on and losing power had it towed to them from other shop. They were able to figure it out quick and had it repaired in a day.

Had a truck in the area with an air leak. Called ahead and told them the issue. They got the driver in fixed the leak. Found leaking hoses repaired them and added antifreeze. They go above and beyond the call of duty. My hat is off to these guys. They are truly a truckers friend. They have a customer for life. Thanks a million Shane and Crew!!!!!!!!!

There incompetent and or lazy. They have had my truck for 3 months and still havent fixed it. I finally bought my own transmission and they won't even install it. The transmission has been paid for for a month and a half. I wish I could give it 0 stars. ZERO communication. When you finally realize there not going to call you and you call them they sound messed up. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

They are very lost and can t complete any job they start they took 7 months to put in a motor then left it with dead batteries then said they were coming to replace and brought 2 instead of 3 left all there tools behind and left it the way I brought it to them 27k dollars later and it still doesn t work bring a lawyer when you bring work to them!!!!

Im writing this on behalf of my dads company Chuks Transportation. He brought his semi truck in due to some transmission issues he was having. He gave them all the information about the tractor, and they sold him a part that was INCOMPATIBLE. They refused to refund him the money, and told him they would try to find him the correct transmission. Offering him an exchange This was the first week of dealing with them. We proceeded to look elsewhere, and found the part we need. We took the tractor back so that they could reset the computer. After keeping the truck there for a week, continuously promising that it will be done the next day , they told him yesterday that they dont work with his types of engines. This is after a total of 3 weeks dealing with our tractor and parts. They scammed us out $1500, provided no services promised besides a useless part. I would stay away from them, and not trust them with anything as they continued to mislead, take money, and lie all while messing with someone s lively hood. I see theyve had smart remarks to everyone elses bad reviews, im wondering what their excuse will be for this.

I'm a BOAT US member, had a flat tire on my boat trailer last night 5/8/16. I was told Ryan from DFS was coming to change it, we waited over an hour, and then the dispatchers from BOAT US tried calling DFS with no response. I was stranded on the side of interstate 65 southbound for almost 4 hours before Libby's Auto & Diesel came and helped me. I DO NOT recommend DFS!

Had an off road tune done to my truck day before yesterday... Awesome job Awesome people..heck I even had some BBQ there while I waited..lol they will not let you leave the facility until your truck is right and you are satisfied. Great people... not crooks.. although my wait was a little lengthy due to some unforeseen circumstances I had an awesome experience there.. thanks y'all!

My trailer lights would not work. I pulled into DFS and they cleaned the contact points which took them about 25 minutes including diagnosing the problem. They didn't charge me a lick. Great place!

DFS went above and beyond to keep me safe and and towed my truck to their shop and got me back on the road. I would recommend them for all your towing and repair work.

Lane and the guys do great work . It took a little bit to figure out a computer problem with one of our trucks but they handled it . Even after several return trips the guys where really helpful.

Excellent Family Owned Company!!! Best customer service anyone could ever ask for.These people will go out of their way to take care of customers.Wish we had more people running repair facilities like DFS.Thank You DFS for helping us keep our trucks on the road and our drivers safe!!!

We paid for an engine to get re built they took our money but never done a thing to the engine stay away from this place we are a local company with plenty of equipment and we will not be bringing it to dfs

Wonderful people to work with. They know their stuff. Don't know about the guy that replied about a boat when DFS is diesel repair and there isn't a Ryan working at DFS.

Took truck in because I had heater core leak and they replaced bunk heater core and told them I believe the dash heater core is bad also and needed to be checked and they said it was fineGot the truck home and smelled strong coolant smell and pulled under dash and sure enough bad heater core
