Shelby and her team are great and Car-Mart follows thur with there promise if you don t like the car you buy with in 500 miles of driving you get 1 free swap out her and the team got me into a better car and they are fixing and issue with the car for me next week great team great customer service! Go see them they helped me in a tight spot with the down payment and you get a awesome warranty with any car you purchase!

Very good experience! They were able to get me in a nice car with what little money I had. I recommend them if you're needing a car fast. They also filled the car up with gas before I left. Great experience and had a delightful time getting to know everyone while I was there.

Mr Wood was the best wood I ever carried. He saved my son from drowning and even flew me back to Texas. Kim was weird. She ate my dog and looked at me weird

Bought another car today from car mart didn t think I would be able to get anything till after the first of the year since I didn t have a down payment it they made it possible and for me to walk out of the office with a newer car than what I came in with. Wow! Great team here! They all worked very well together. They were busy and still did amazing under pressure. Ashley, spoke with me a few times. She told me she would get me in a car and she honored her word. I was scared cause I just kept hearing no from others. They were very flexible with me on my down payment. No one is wanting to refund me my money after they insure me that I would ...I made a dispute a month ago no result or solution I ask for the corp manager they refused ... Im hiring an lawyer , this is ain't right

was told I was the perfect customer by the general manager Larry McBride. I always pay early and I've never missed a payment. I went in yesterday to see if I could get help with my July payment. I have a court hearing in Michigan to hopefully be appointed my Aunt's guardian. She has severe dementia. I was asked by Larry if I'm taking a road trip sarcastically. No not quite, yes I'm driving but this is not going to be fun for me. So he says they can't help me, their perfect customer, because it's not an emergency. Well it's an emergency to me. This is a family matter. I'm so disgusted with Car-Mart in Columbia Tennessee. This will be the last car I ever get from them.

Great! Ashley was cool and respectful. Larry was strictly business which is fine. Had some issues with the car I chose. Took it back up to the lot and with no hesitation they took it to the shop a got the issues fixed.

Just bought a car with them yesterday, I highly recommend them,Ii needed the car for our family business, I didn t have good credit but they were able to work with me, Ashley was very professional from start to finish and she was able to give us a deal that we were comfortable with , Larry the general manager overlooked everything to make sure we were satisfied with our car and he went over word for word on every paper work and contract to make sure we understood everything! Well done team work! Highly recommended!

Ashley was helpful from the jump. Previously we had a few bad experiences so I was nervous about my purchase. But Ashley helped ease all of that and made everything simple. We were out there in the heat for a while but she was patient and honest about every car. There was no judgment or a push to get something I didn t want. Even the closing process was smooth. They helped me look for affordable insurance for a couple of hours and made sure I was comfortable before purchasing anything. I must say customer service has really improved over the years. If you re in need of a new car and have a budget they will work with you. I highly recommend car mart now that there is new staff and management

Very dissatisfied!! Bought a car- engine light came on. Was told it was nothing serious and it would make it to n Carolina okay and the motor went out the week I got back. Couldn t wait for a motor to be put in so got another car. Left there, stopped at Krogers and headed home. Engine light came on. It needed a motor too!! Ended up having to wait for first car to get a motor in cuz you only get one time ti trade in - even though the second car had a bad motor!. Got other car back and light kept coming off and on. Three codes popped up. Was told a bunch of crock and they kept saying they would make it right!! They never did! Just spent over $1000.00 in the past month trying to get it running right. Transmission control module needed updating-never heard of such a thing! Just got it back yesterday-waiting to see what codes pop up now. Paid good money for that warranty and didn t cover anything this whole time. Tried calling corporate and told them I couldn t answer phone before 3 cuz I was at work. They Called both times in the morning. Tried calling them back and never no answer!! I owe 12000 for a car that has given me nothing but stress this whole year! I will never buy another car from them. They just kept promising they would make things right and never did. I should have told them to keep the car when I got it back and the engine light kept coming on. It happened within the first week i got it back!! They feed you a bunch of lies and promises. By the way my payments are made every week reguardless of being without a car.

Car-mart has been there for me to help me in so many ways. Shelby the gm is the most up front honest and truly the most caring woman you will ever meet. April is very professional and goes above and beyond for me in every aspect. Nikki takes time to listen to any concerns and always greets me with a smile. Larry goes above and beyond to make sure the cars in the lot are clean and always wants his customers to be happy. Over the years of doing business with carmart they know my personal situation and they are always there with a listening ear and give me whatever advice they can.I love this car lot and all the individuals that work there. They have all became like family to me and i recommend them to everyone!!!

The experience I had at this place was awesome the people are wonderful and very friendly. They will help you get into a car with no problem and it s no waiting long or no inpatient. Please if you need a car go see them because when I say work with you they will work with you. This is a great place with wonderful people. Thanks Car-Mart because I love my vehicle. This is my 3rd vehicle and I love my people and they have really been good to me especially the ladies and I will not forget the two young men s that wash the vehicle and keep them clean.

Ashley was extremely helpful while I was deciding to choose a car. I had to come back the next day and she offered to pick me up because I didn t have a car to come back in. Larry the manager took his time explaining the details of the paperwork and was very nice.

Ashley was amazing! She helped me when I had no luck anywhere else. My anxiety was crazy and she kept assuring me that I would drive off in a new car and I did!! There were some things I wasn t happy with and they made appointments to get it fixed.Thank you Ashley for being so helpful, kind, caring, funny and helping customers be positive!! You re amazing
