They re always very helpful. Will read your check lights for free and tell you what you need replaced. Employees are always friendly and willing to help you in whatever way they can.

Great folks here! Battery tested, purchased, and replaced in about 1/2 an hour. Reasonable price and very helpful, knowledgeable staff!

The attendant, Emmanuel, was very kind and professional. I needed a battery and he checked to see what kind I needed, installed the new one and offered tips to help with any future problems. I highly recommend them. If you need help they can usually help with small jobs, any auto supplies or advise.

Did not have my pigtail on the shelf but nobody else in town did either so not even home Depot or Lowe's it seems like everybody wants you to do internet rate for 2 or 3 days to get it anymore

Had to go in for windshield wipers. I was in and out in no time. The guy at the counter double checked my selection and saw that I picked the wrong size wiper for the rear window. I appreciate him taking that extra step.

We were in a truck pickle and Dominic Deponceau went ABSOLUTELY out of his way to help my husband- without his help my husbands company would have suffered a miss-delivery and we would have had a cold truck driver on the road! Very valuable employee you guys have on your hands

Out of all of the auto stores I visit this one the most. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They've taken their time to show and describe how to replace certain car parts.

I ll first start by saying I love leaving good reviews. Also, we are new to the area and this is not the only place that this has happened.My husband doesn t look like the average Joe around here, he s a big guy and has a long beard. He s Hispanic but hardly looks Mexican and was born and raised here in good ol USA. We recently stopped at this location. As my husband entered the three men working looked up at him and went back to what they were doing. My husband is friendly and gave the manly smile/head nod and went to search for what he needed. I watched 3 other average (white, cowboy boots) looking guys walk in and every one was promptly greeted, asked how they were doing and if they needed help. Now, my husband was looking for something specific and could have used help (but he s a man) but he was never approached to see if he needed help. As he was checking out the chatter was also minimal with no exit conversation to see if he found what he was looking for or the have a good night that the other two people who checked out got as I was watching from a far.Take what you want from this review but know that it s 2021 and the world doesn t have room for people to pick and choose who to be friendly to regardless of looks. I shouldn t have to write this review about 3 grown men AutoZone employees.

The manager had somewhat of a sideways attitude I guess because he was working on a holiday... Not my fault buddy, be grateful you have a job and appreciate my business which allows for it rather than make me feel some kind of way and go somewhere else.

The gentleman that helped us was really nice. I asked him if he was from up north, I could hear an accent. He was from my neck of the woods but has been here 30/40 years. He helped us get the most bang for our buck on breaks. Definitely will be back A+ customer service!

My warning light came on telling me to check my charging system. I stopped by this auto zone and couldn't be more grateful that I did.David took the time to check my battery and alternator. He cleaned my battery and kindly educated my re: some routine maintenance. We weren't sure if that would take care of the problem but by the time I got home my light went off. I feel he saved me time and money but also was kind and patient.

I went to buy a couple of stabilizer links and I told the girl what I needed. So she went got me the parts and one of the boxes were a little longer, thought ok. Well I paid for them and left but thought while I was still parked in the lot go ahead and look at them. Wrong parts. So went back in told her wrong parts. She said well that s the only 2 we have. Really so you want to sell me the wrong parts. It s not even the same part number on the box. If I m buying 2 of the same products the number should be the same. Then she says, oh I just thought it takes a larger one on one side when I saw the box too. I told her but there wrong and wrong part numbers. She asked if I wanted a refund, no I want to take these wrong parts all the way home to come back and say again, wrong parts. Of course I want my refund back. Get this, while I was standing there a customer is asking where his part is he ordered 2 months ago. Then 2 more guys come in and say, you sold us the wrong part. Could not believe it. Well won t be going back to this parts store ever.

Shout out to Derrick and Auggie for excellent customer service at this location. I went in with a dead battery. I was given options as well as assistance in replacing the battery. It made for good experience despite having to buy a battery.

Probably go in this location at least once a week due to always having projects going on. Very friendly and informative staff. The manager is awesome and has always made time to help answer any questions he could. For me someone offering their time for advice and help means as much as anything else. I will continue to shop this location and steer anyone needing parts in that direction!!Terry E.

Ordering online can be a problem I've gotten the wrong part multiple times more my fault because it's not always labeled well but the loaner tool program is great

Everyone was really helpful in finding the right tester for my car. There were 5 or 6 to choose from and the guy took his time to explain what the difference was, and why I needed the one I needed. I'm not really educated when it comes to auto mechanics, so it definitely shows when I'm walk in an auto part store.

Went to have voltage checked on my battery and decided to go ahead and get a new one with free installation. The young man helping me (AJ) got more than he bargained for. The positive terminal was fused together by corrosion! The store gave me another one free of charge! Thank you Columbia AutoZone!

Very poor customer skills. Extremely disorganized. Pricing on their parts is outrageous. I was asked to pay 140 for a window switch that I can get online for 28 and I just have to wait 2 days or less. I predict Auto zone will shut its doors and be extinct in this market within 3-5 years max.

Went to look for a rear wiper blade. Couldn't find what I needed, thought maybe I had written the wrong size. Asked the young girl texting on her phone behind the register if she could help me. "They're over there" and went back to texting. She got exasperated that I asked her to look to see if I even had the right size for my window. Then she mumbled something. I said "I'm sorry I didn't hear that" so I got an eye roll. I'll shop somewhere else for auto parts from now on. There are plenty of others in this town.

So I just got a new vehicle which could be dubbed as a 'clean slate' to me, so naturally I started the process of personalizing it to my taste. With that said, I proceeded to hit up the local auto parts shops looking for accessories.... I must admit that in the past I've leaned more towards their competition, not even sure why, maybe cause it was closer at the time? WELL...... My latest trip to that store wasn't exactly up to par with me, especially in the Accessories category, I left mostly empty handed and disappointed, saw the Autozone sign near by and thought I would run on in there real quick because in my mind they couldn't possibly have any less selection than the other store.... Let me tell you, I was impressed, the selection was paramount more than their competitor, put it this way, I've been back to that store 3 days in a row lol.... They have inherited themselves a new customer for sure! I recommend beginning here for your local car accessories!
