Took my bronco sport in today to see if an axle or CV was cracked due to an occasional thud noise I had been feeling. They were able to hear the noise but couldn t see or detect any problem underneath. When I picked up my car, the price given to me was beyond generous. I fully expected to pay more for taking their time to try to diagnose. I won t disclose the price I paid for the owner s sake but it was enough to make me go back if I ever need future repairs or diagnostics. The timeframe they gave my also was honest and on time. Highly recommended.

I have used these guys for over 30 years. They are the pinnacle of the industry. Their customer service and their expertise is unsurpassed. I will always use them for my alignments. Highest 5 star recommendation.

Took my 2020 gmc 2500 to them it s lifted 7 inches needed a front end alignment. Sunrise gmc said we can t do it. Zellner did it right very good job. I said I need it by noon dropped it off at 8 am done by 11am.

Few local auto garages have hung in there over the years. It s a tuff business! Zellners has stood the test of time.I like buying clean 1 owner but high mile vehicles. With a little TLC they look beautiful inside and out and offer a great value. Mr Zellner is my silent partner in my endeavors. The thing these vehicles need to go anaother 200,000 miles are wear items. Shocks, brakes, plugs, ball joints, bushings etc. This is where they shine. Absolute experts in the business and it will come out driving tighter and better than the day it was new.Thanks Y all and here s to decades more of business in our area!

I had my brakes repair and a needed front end alignment. Told me it was still pulling to one side because of tires. Individual that performed the work was on his cell phone most of the time work was performed.. Left and returned not excepting the remarks made. Matt in the office was at my truck going over my problems and didn't agree. I was told by him that he didn't have time for my problems. He had other customers. With service like that and saying they guarantee their work. Why use them.I had front end aligned at nappa. Said it was out badly. Drives perfect now. So why use Zellners.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

These guys are awesome. Other mechanics have said the same thing that's why I went to them. Fixed my car and wasn't expensive or took months like other shops

Courteous and Friendly folks. Getting 1999 Ford Lariat front end alignment. Gave them 4 stars for now only because I won t know how good the kid is until I get some miles on the truck. Fast service and knowledgeable technician. All referrals I got were quite positive so I gave them a shot. Will update after I get some miles on the truck. If I don t have any problems I see a 5 star in the future.

I took my truck to zelners on a Monday and told him I needed my whole front end rebuilt by Wendsday to help with hurricane relief efforts. He didn t hesitate to get it done. They Called me Wendsday morning I picked it up and drove 13 hours pulling 15k lbs. the truck couldn t have driven any better. I will only use zelners for my front end repairs from now on. 10/10Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Just had the alignment done on my 65 Chevelle and the guys did a great job! Only shop in town that could handle the alignment as I had my own specs due to modified suspension. Their new shop is nice too.

If you are looking for an honest auto repair shop, Zellner Alignment & Automotive is the place to go. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and fair prices are what you can expect. Originally had car aligned at byhalia tire and battery, still didn't fix issue, they told us I needed new tires. So I bought and installed new tires, not from btb, issue still persisted. I found zellner alignment and they diagnosed that I needed new wheel bearing and also had it realigned and ready the same day. My Armada drives like new once again thank you!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Had just moved to the area and looking for a good, honest auto shop. I brought my wife s Kia Sportage in for what thought was front bearings or a CV shaft(not looking forward to that)making noise. They diagnosed it as simply the front tires. They replaced the tires and aligned it. No sound or problems after. I ll be taking my vehicles back here for sure. Absolutely great experience at Zellner.

I had just received an expensive quote for alignment parts from Gateway Tires that I was a bit leery about. I wanted a second opinion and contacted my mechanic who referred me to Zellner's since they specialize in alignments. I am fortunate to have a great mechanic and anyone they refer me to I trust as well.I called Zellner's to explain my situation and Mike assisted me. He said I could bring my vehicle by the shop and he would check it out and let me know if I really needed those parts. When I got there, Mike immediately pulled my vehicle into the bay and begin checking out the pitman and idler arms. After about 5 minutes or so, he told me that the tire rods and tires were fine and the pitman arm was in good shape as I expected.I appreciated an opinion from a person that knows alignments and I trust him because my regular mechanic spoke very highly of their business. When I do need an alignment I will be going back to Zellner's even though their alignment fees are double the price of where I originally went to. But its fine because you get what you pay for.Thanks Mike!!!!!!

Only 4 stars because it only been a day so will see how it goes but they were very nice and professional the only place that could get me in and even do it with the lift on my truck. Good quality work truck rides way smoother.

I had considerable amount of work done to my Sienna van. 40k miles later the CV axles were bad as a result of water getting into the boots. His offer of a discount was as much as I originally paid for that job with all the other work. Oh, but he did say he would give me 20$ off an alignment! Also as a side note, my wiper arms were not reinstalled correctly after the strut change. I found that out when I had to remove the wiper assembly for the back spark plugs. Doug acted as if he could care less about me having to redo his work.

Not surprising that I can find nothing but 5 stars on any rating site. My only complaint is that they don't do everything. If they did, I'd never have to bring my car anyplace else, ever! I may be becoming cynical but Joe may be the last honest man in his field. If you go anywhere else, there is a good chance that you will regret it. I will certainly be back. I only wish that I could add a 6th star!

cant say enough about zellners alignment. finding a shop that takes pride in there work listens to the customers and are true craftsman of the trade is hard to find these days if i was to give anyone advice on were to take there car if you want it done right zellners is the only way to go!
