So fortunate enough for me being a female, I know a little something about cars. Took my car here for general maintenance (an oil change). And that is EXACTLY all I got. No multi point inspection was done, but it was stated in my receipt/paperwork....The only thing that was inspected was air filters that they tried to buss my head on. I know this because my service provider who I won't put on blast, but probably should because this same stunt was pulled on my mom, but anywho he informed me that my air filters needed to be changed and it would be $78.77 for the engine air filter and $104.37 for the cabin air filter. That's a total of $183.14. But guess what y'all, I bought my own air filters for less than $25 each and changed them myself saving me a whooooole lot of money. The oil change was already $100. So upon changing my OWN air filters I discovered none of my fluids were topped off...but they "claimed" they did a multi point inspection which is supposed to be done as a courtesy to customers. And I also DID NOT receive the paperwork for it. It was only documented in the receipt. I included a video showing that. The previous oil change I did receive the paperwork because it was done. Idk why shops are always trying to get over on people especially females ....

Horrible service. Have been chatting with them via their text option on the website. Have been told multiple times someone would be getting in contact with me to schedule an appointment. Every-time I call, I get forwarded to a line that just keeps ringing. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Hey all. Please be wise and careful with smooth service advisors. They say things to get you in and set you up for service, then deny you if you refuse additional work. At least that's what happened to me. Crooks. Got me in for brake service but didn't perform anything but charged me for touching my truck. I didn't ask for diagnostic because I had already got one from Cadillac of Memphis, but the service department was bagged up. Weeks b4 they could get to my truck. Dang money lost, and no brakes done when I left. Please be careful or have extra money on hand for other things they may find wrong.

I'm very impressed with this dealership, the salesman who assisted me Steve Burns was not pushy and friendly and a pleasure to speak and work with, also very clean and nice facilities from the showroom to the service department.

the part they replaced was three times higher than if it was bought online. I can only imagine how much labor is inflated. poor communications when trying to get updates

Terrible service. Brought vehicle in after scheduling appointment. Got there, explained the issue to technician, same explanation I gave when I made appointment. Without even looking at my issue I was told they were 2 weeks behind and that they would need to keep my vehicle for 2 weeks but had no idea when they d get to it or if they could even fix it. That info could ve been given either when I made the appointment or in the days I had leading up to my appointment. Basically they didn t need my business and gave me the me the most unrealistic option to leave my vehicle there for weeks with uncertainty that they could even diagnosis the problem.

Over 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change is unacceptable by any standard. I can take my vehicle to any place in the area and get an oil change. I have been bringing it here because I purchased it here. I have more important things to do than sit for 2.5+ hours waiting for an oil change.

Had my car for 10 months, and it has ran bumpy every since. I hardly ever drove it. The bumping got worse had to take it in. They got straight to the problem making the reason my dealership a lie. Thank you

I wish there was 0-star option! We brought my truck in for an oil change, to look at the tire, and to see what is needed to be fixed. It took days for them to even look at the tire. The cost of an oil change and quote for the work needed is more than triple what anyone else charges. Not only did it take forever to have anyone look at the vehicle, but once they did look at the tire, they did not put the wheel cap back on causing us another trip over there. For these crazy high prices, the best service available would be expected at the very least. We will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone else. I had a 9:15 a.m. appointment for a wheel balance. Three hours later I'm still patiently waiting and decided to ask my service rep Tim, who is always pleasant and helpful, how much longer does he expect it to be. Once he checked the system, he made me aware that the vehicle has not even been taken back yet. He put in a ticket to make sure that I could be serviced (which I appreciated) but it took four hours to get a balance with an appointment. I would not have been so annoyed if someone would have had the common courtesy to make me aware that the wait would be longer than expected and my car still trembling when I drive it.Service: Tires

Have you ever been charged 3 diagnostic fees at one visit? Have you ever been charged a fee for asking to see the damage they found? Have you ever been mislead into purchasing an extended warranty based on the service advisor telling you items were covered, only to find out 30 days later the items were not covered? This was my experience with Jeff Holland. I have never been so grossly taken advantage of by a service advisor. Update: I highly recommend any potential customer of this company seek another service provider. Let my poor experience be the example.Long story short, customer service is not a priority. Unfortunately the environment created by the leadership fosters poor behaviors of the service advisors. The inability to relate with the guest shows through their actions. To sum up my experience I was told to go find a receipt not on record and to call to apologize after when I can t find it. I found the receipt, promptly returning after. To cap it off it was clear that I was a bother. Ultimately, spending thousands of dollars and being a faithful customer means nothing. To be fair, I was provided with another company they had some custom work performed on my behalf. The message this business is loud and clear, they have too much business and their customers are not valued. Never again.5 star removed3/17/17 Had my truck serviced here on several occasions and my rep was very helpful! In addition, I had some custom work done and they arranged for the work to be completed by outside companies without me having to take it myself. Definitely recommend!

Nov 3 2021 I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am. I checked in at 10:15 for an oil change and one tire loosing air. I was very angry and disappointed when I left Sunrise in Collierville , TN. I sat there from 10:15 am until 3:40 pm. I had to cancel my doctor appointment that was scheduled at 3 pm.I inquired asking how many cars was ahead of me. Jeff Holland told me that their finishing my vehicle up and it should be pulled around shortly. I was relieved because it was 2 pm and I could still make my doctor appointment. Actually that was a lie and I guess they re trained to say positive things to keep their customers thinking everything is ok. As I mentioned earlier it was 3:40 pm before I checked out and got inside my vehicle. No one should ever wait 5 hours for a oil change. If you make an appointment with them don't expect that to mean anything. My appointment was for 7AM but was continually pushed back until the next day. I don't recommend the service if you want your car within a reasonable timeframe from when you make an appointment. Also, they did stuff without consulting nor confirming with me. I got charged $600+ extra for something I didn't even authorize that was non-essential. When I told them I didn't ask for that service and did not want them to continue working on it they said they were still going to charge me for the labor they did without my authorization. This could've been a good experience if they communicated with me and only worked on what I asked, but instead I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This entire experience has been an absolute nightmare. It took well over an entire month for the collision center to coordinate and repair a door with the insurance company. I was told the wrong date that my car would be ready/picked up on 4 separate occasions, leading to many conflicts with my job. Communication had been lacking on all aspects of the process from start to finish, requiring me to speak to 4 different individuals approx. 4 times a week, for FOUR+ straight weeks, all with different, new answers. On top of it all, upon receiving my vehicle last Friday, I noticed many details that were lazily repaired (weather stripping, trimming, paint job) that I am STILL trying to get addressed and it s 5 days passed and they are still unable to find me a loaner vehicle so they can fix these issues while the weather storms continue to fill the gaps of weather stripping with water and I have left messages for them to call me back and yet still no reply. I even took my car up there theday after picking it up and was unable to get assistance. I cannot believe that such a company and large dealer/center can be this problematic to deal with. I will absolutely NEVER come back. Unacceptable. Unresolved. Going on 6 weeks of headache and frustration. Don t come here.

The customer service is horrible in the automotive department. They still have my vehicle after 3 weeks and it has not been check for Diagnostic of the problem on a vehicle. It took me two weeks to receive a rental car. I have yet to hear anything about my vehicle. The technician that has my vehicle keep saying they are backed up and they will get to it as soon as possible I am very displeased. I have called the automotive department manager ; the GM manager and I still have not received a response. At this point I think I'm going to pick up my vehicle and take it elsewhere.

This service department not only SUCKS! But a Total RIP Off! Very Unprofessional and Very Poor Communication Skills! I've heard every excuse in the book as to why they haven't started the service on my vehicle. My vehicle has been in the service department for 6 days now and is still sitting there awaiting service for a starter replacement, oil change and an O-ring for a leak. I continue to call for updates and I continue to get excuses as to why they haven't started the service but get different price quotes for the repairs. They didn't offer a replacement car nor try to satisfy this issue in a professional manner. When asked, the answer was "We don't have one" This is the second issue I've had with this Collierville location and I Absolutely Do Not Recommend This Location To Anyone! If they had a Zero button I would put a long Negative sign in front of it! ----------------0

I dropped my 2015 impala car for check engine light diagnostic due to error showed on dashboard. Next day I got call to pick after fix. I went I paid for diagnostic charge. I got the car. Before I leave the place I noticed check engine light is on. I showed them and they cleared it and asked to take my car. When I went to car, again I noticed check engine light on. Not sure why they give call to customer to pick car when issue is not resolved at all. I believe no basic testing done before asking to pick up car. Car in service center. Waiting for their response. During my previous visit for service also I was not happy because they kept my car for few months. I had appt at 7:30 Am today. I had a friend pick me up for lunch. I called at 12:30 to see if they had checked my transmission and was told there were 6 more ahead of me. I told the advisor I would just come pick up my car and bring back tomorrow. He said ok. I get back there within 5 minutes and he said they had checked it after I said Not to, that I was picking it up. So once again, I waited and waited and he said he left me a voicemail but I hadn't received it bc I had my phone phone off in the waiting room. So, they checked my transmission fluid and I had to pay the diagnostic fee after I told him I was on my way to get my vehicle and and not to do anything bc I couldn't wait any longer. I definitely don't recommend them.

I think they charge too much for a simple oil change and there is always something they want you to purchase extra, you really need a stimulus check just to get a simple oil change. IJS but they have professional service skills there.

Fantastic service nice salesman but don t order any weather tech floor mates from here cause they can t get them I was supposed to get some with my vehicle purchase in the deal but 8 months later still nothing.

My online reservation was lost in the ether, but they fit me in and took care of all the things that needed attention since before the pandemic. Everyone there is vaccinated, you can wait indoors or outside (chairs and tables provided).

Absolutely ridiculous! The women in the office must be related to the service manager. One did not have a clue as to what she was doing and the other wouldn't make eye contact. All I wanted was an estimate but was told I had to have a appointment. For an estimate! I guess going to get a service writer was to much to ask for at 2:30 in the afternoon. Will NEVER refer anyone to this place.

It should not take an hour and 50 mins for an oil change, especially when I have an appointment! Consistently that is the case here though. I watch, and my car sits there for an hour until I begin to complain then they take it back to do the work!

Went in to have truck's trans. fluid changed. After fluid drained was told funnel used to fill trans was leaking fluid and had to replaced. Funnel was listed as defective part and recalled earlier, but I never got letter. Service Mgr. said no matter, I had to pay 651.00 to replace funnel that was on recall as defective. General manager did not return my call. Do yourself a favor and don't go to Sunrise in Collierville. CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE!
