I have used these guys for years now. My car, my wife s car, my two daughters cars, they ve even helped me with an old muscle car that s been in my family since it was new in 1970.I trust them, and believe they are honest and diligent in their work, whether it s tires, repairs, service, or restoration.I think of the entire staff as trusted friends.

Terry Bean is an absolutely fantastic man! He always provides excellent customer service! The guys in the back do a phenomenal job too! I will always use Raleigh Tire for any and all issues I have with my car! Very trustworthy business!

Though the team was busy, I was able to walk-in and get an oil change and tire rotation while I waited. The service managers were friendly, courteous, and efficient. They even discovered a nail in our tire. Thanks guys.

Friendly and knowledgeable service writers. I had all four tires balanced, and I could tell a difference immediately after leaving Raleigh Tire. I called back and told the manager how happy I was at the difference in drivability.

I was referred to Raleigh by my son in law the business owner of PT Squared in Collirville. When stranded In 19 degree weather Raleigh was very accommodating, prompt and charged fairly... What a breath of fresh air!

Chris (Charlie Brown) is the best mechanic I ve ever dealt with. He replaced the engine in my 2015 F150 last year and it s been purring like a kitten ever since. When I need work on any of my vehicles, I m bringing them to Chris!

I had my fuel system cleaned and they did a very good job but I had a problem and had to take it back. But they fixed it as soon as I arrived. When I was leaving the store I had a tire light come on. The batteries in the sensor were dead and they were replaced and they did not charge me anything. I would like to say a Thank You to Scott for his expert work and knowledge. Also Thanks to Terry that works the front desk. He answered all my questions and was always kind to me and treated all customers with respect and kindness. I will continue to use Raleigh Tire in Collerville. The cool thing about it all is I purchased my first tire for my first car from Raleigh Tire that was on Jackson Ave back in 1969. Still a great company as they were 54 years ago. Keep Up the Great Work.

I did visit ur Arlington location a few years back and after ur technician scratched a wheel on my wife's new Acura I swore I would never take another one of my vehicles to a Raleigh Tire Service location again.

Terry, Jeff, Austin and the rest of the crew have great customer service! The service they give reminds me of customer service from years ago. They are trustworthy and upfront. Even though we moved out of Collierville, we still bring our vehicles in when we need oil changed, tires rotated, or cars repaired. We have been using them for close to 20 years, and they have kept a couple of our old cars going with a few hundred thousand miles on them. I HIGHLY recommend Collierville Raleigh Tire Auto Service Center!!!

Excellent, friendly service., again. Terry Bean is still a treasure. They replaced these off brand tires from a different shop. Internal radial belt separation.

Anything automotive you need they can do it. They're a honest trustworthy company that performs top quality work that they stand behind. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs or just routine maintenance.

Great service today. I got a new set of tires at a reasonable price. My car was clean after the work. In and out in 35 minutes. Kevin took the time to explain all the details with the rotation, balance and road hazard. Very good customer service, this is what brings me back to a business.

I came in trying to get an alignment done. The guys at the shop assured me it couldn't be done and the front suspension needed to be rebuilt, as well as remarking how dangerous it would be for me to return to my home town, chattanooga. I did end up taking it home and arrived safely, and got the alignment done for 99.95. Additionally, both times i have visited this place i have been charged for looking at the car, which i did not receive the punch list i requested or my old parts back which had also been requested. If you HAVE to take your car here, speak really slowly and write everything down for the shop desk attendants.

A few years ago Raleigh Tire in Collierville was recommended to me by my son for their excellent and quick customer service - and he was right! They are consistently very polite and quick and I am very happy with my several experiences with them. Good job!

I was a customer at the Olive Branch Location for over a decade and they were awesome,. I moved to Collierville in 2019 and started to go to Collierville location and I've had several issues there. Most recent was I had my brake rotors turned on my truck and when I got it back they started squealing constantly. Not a problem, mistakes happen. Brought the truck back 10 days later. I called ahead to let them know i was coming. Got there any some one finally told me the mechanic would be right out to talk to me. 45 minutes later, they took me back to talk to him, since he was on hold and helping another customer. Without even bothering to look at the truck he tells me it probably needs new pads, and then admits they thought they were fine 10 days earlier. Then tells me I have to wait some more, even though I called ahead and waited for a long time. Do they only have one guy who can look at it? Never received a single apology or anything from any one for wasting my lunch hour. I'm about to take my truck elsewhere, where I fully expect them to tell me the rotors are now ruined. Worst 400 bucks I ever spent.

Once again, great experience! Mr. Jolly always takes great care of me and was most helpful in deciding which tires were best for my car. He even pointed out that a slightly cheaper tire was better for my car than the ones previously suggested. I really appreciate their honesty and that they don't try to oversell. I'll keep coming back to Raleigh Tire!

My dad swears by this place. Me not so much. Took car in to get struts on front done. Of course they called me back and I knew the drivers side cv axle boot was torn so I said go ahead and replace it. Pick it up and the car is still making horrible sounds that the struts were suppose to fix. T Take it back and they say oh it was simple back rear passenger tire rim was bent little and we fixed and put it back on. Yay right get out of the parking lot down the road here s the noise again take it back. Finally they come back and tell me I need to replace all the rest of cv axles and the rear wheel baring on passenger side too. Already spent 1213 and now I get another quote of 1500 and I ask the guy if I just want the noise fixed what is it and he said the rear passenger wheel baring and cv axle is where the noise is coming it s popping. First of all the noise was not a popping or clunk sound it s a chirping or sounded like tap shoes only when driven straight no sound turning or on bumps. So I said If I get this done ur 100% sure the noise will be gone he said yes. But he didn t sale it in his voice so I went and got the car and took in to another business recommended by my Lexus guy because they didn t have an appointment for 3weeks and it s a drive. I wasn t trying to drive far on that noise and wait that long. Not within 2 hours of dropping it off at the other business the mechanic calls me and says it s front wheel bearing passenger side that s making the noise and needs to be replaced we can u done my tomorrow. I couldn t believe what I was quoted and told the problem was at Raleigh and none of the services were even the right diagnosis!!! Omg I would have been livid if I would have said do it and left again with that noise and being out almost 3000. Please be careful and get a second opinion.

I have been thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and service with Raleigh Tire for the 13yrs I have been using them. Kevin and the staff have always seen to it personally that we were totally informed about the work needed and insured we were well informed. I have always been pleased and satisfied with their service. I will recommend Raliegh Tire to my friends and acquaintances. Thanks!

The technicians there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to take care of having my car issues fixed in a timely manner. The mechanics did a great job! I would heartily recommend this place for having your car issues handled well. You can trust them to do the job right!

Excellent service and they don't "talk" down to me. Have used Collierville location for several years. I am an older woman who travels for my job so safety of my car is very important. They keep me on the road. I always wait for my service and they keep me updated on how long repairs/oil changes will take. Thank you for your great service!

I received quotes for the same tires and service from several different tire locations in the Collierville area for my 2014 Jeep and Raleigh tire quoted me $60 cheaper than local competitors for the same tires and service. I called on a Tuesday and said I would like them installed next day in the morning. I showed up and was not in the shop for more than 30 minutes and my tires were done and installed. Very friendly and fast service and great prices. I am new to the Collierville area and will continue to visit this shop in the future for my auto needs.

Must say most Automotive places are unfair with women... They let you know up front of cost and repairs... Will even suggest if you find someone that provide quality maintenance at lower price, do so...
