Thomas is absolutely amazing. I can not say enough about this business. I was referred by the Mercedes dealer and after meeting with Thomas he agreed to work on my car the next day. After responding the following day he had me in and out in no time with absolutely beautiful work. Very few people have the skill for paintless dent repair and Thomas is one of those few skilled craftsman. I can not recommend him enough. You will not be disappointed, that I can assure you.

They are amazing, miracle workers. They took a dent out of my metallic red Miata s driver side door. It is perfect, polished, and good as new! And he did it in 4 hrs!!!

Good people, very professional. Stopped by to get an estimate on some minor paint damage to my wife s Audi; Alex immediately buffed it out will we waited. Good as new!! Recommend these guys highly.

A+.. I took my BMW by their shop in Collierville, because I had some minor damage to the rear bumper. These guys asked a few questions and took care of the damage without delay. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and fast service. I highly recommend them and will return for any auto detailing need.

Mr. Tom is very professional and took care of two dents on my 2023 gls in few minutes. He was even reluctant to take the payment as this was my second visit to the facility. I highly recommend this place for your dent removal , buffing , polishing and ceramic coating for your car

I was sitting in my vehicle and a young lady hit my door with hers leaving a small dent! Looked up dent repair on Google and chose Mid south dent pros! Glad I did! Their is not even a hint of where the dent was! Had them tint my windows on my vehicle matched up perfect with factory tinted rear windows! Had a few dents on the top left rail of my roof that were right at a body line and he was able to completely pull the dents out and now you can t even tell they were there. Looks great and am very pleased with the work he did. 10/10 would recommend bringing your vehicle here for dent removal.

I had paintless dent repair done and they did an amazing job on the work. You wouldn't have ever know I had any dents on the vehicle. I will definitely be coming here again for any further work on my vehicles.

Please do not be reluctant to go buy Mid-South Dent Pro. Joseph made my dent disappear. You will find professional craftmanship at a reasonable price and you will absolutely be pleased when you leave. Where's the dent?

Not impressed with the sub-par customer service. I went to drop my truck off two weeks ago only to find out that they didn't write my appointment on the schedule and the dent guy was out of town. No problem, I rescheduled. Took it back today. I was then called to ask if I had the quote from the first time and what was needed fixed.. I was then called again and told later that the price was double what I was quoted originally. Poor communication and customer service. I wish I could review the actual service because I've been told great things.

Very satisfied with service. I was scheduled for a tint job and Chrome Delete on my Tesla model 3. Car looks amazing. Highly recommended.

I just bought my new Lexus and our first stop was to see Alex for ceramic coating. It is difficult to imagine improving on a brand new car but the ceramic coating made it look amazing. I have never seen such rich detail in a black car before. After this cures I will be back for a front wrap. Alex has been a joy to work with and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I got my windows tinted with Mid-South Dent Pro, and they look fantastic! It have very sensitive skin and I needed to block the direct UV light you get when driving long distances. The tinting has made a world of difference! I can't believe how much cooler my car is on these hot summer days. I would definitely recommend Mid-South Dent Pro to anyone who needs quality car services.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Did a horrible job tenting my windows. They actually tented over my old tent so now it s peeling off. Took the car back and asked them to fix the problem and they blew me off. Said I would have to pay full price again for them to fix their problem. Very unprofessional and I will never use them again.Beware of this guy ..other bad reviews.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Well I was referred to mid south dent pro for paint Protection film but I wasn t aware that they re a one stop shop very professional great quality just hands down a business that I enjoy coming to. Alex my guy once again showed me that he takes pride in what he does and has a eye for customizing and making things look great! Me and him had a vision for my car and we got it done something minor but eye catching to sum it all up if you haven t took your car here yet you Need to hurry up top of the line service A1product professional work i really appreciate their business Alex thanks again bro Service: Paint protection

Went to Collierville location and they treated my Infiniti Q60 Red Sport with Ceramic Pro Silver Package (5 year protection), as well as helped to get water marks off of our newer Toyota Tacoma. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.Service: Paint protectionService: Paint protection

I opened my truck and it hit the garage door and made a minor scratch in two places. I took the car to Midsouth Dent Pro. Tom looked at it and said he could put some paint over it. I went back the next day and Alex took a look at it. He applied the paint and covered up the scratches.He was professional and did a great job.They also are very reasonable priced. I will definitely recommend Midsouth Dent Pro.

I took my new suv to mid south dent pro. The deep scratches were all the way to the medal.I was told by other dealers the door would have to be completely repainted. Garage catastrophe A metal plant stand fell onto my brand new Audi and left a dent in the passenger door. While I waited, Tom quickly restored and there is no indication anything ever happened. I couldn t believe it. Tom is a master at this skill. Said he had been doing it over 20 years. The staff assisting were very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

Yep! Well done. Couldn t be more thrilled with the job repairing some parking lot dings and a door panel saving me the cost of major auto-body work. Customer service was top notch. Nice folks. I have already recommended to a friend they consider giving them their business. Great job guys.

Best in town for paintless dent repair. My 2012 A7 looks like new. No evidence of previous dents. Owner and staff are very professional, highly recommend for any luxury or exotic car paintless dent repair! I have posted after photos.
