I have recently purchased my second vehicle from Landers and had an excellent experience. I have also had very good experiences when the service department and the quick lane. I cannot recommend Landers Ford Collierville enough!!! If you re having trouble with your vehicle, go see Jesse in the service department and if you re in need of a new or used vehicle go see Matt Hudson! They will take care of you!

I had a great experience here. Ryan and Tyler were very helpful. I was very clear about not wanting to spend a ton of time at a dealership and they delivered big time. I found a vehicle I liked and filled out a credit app. Came back later and left with my vehicle in about 10 minutes. Very smooth and got a great car at the same time. This is the way a dealership is supposed to run.

We came in and bought a new 2024 mustang gt premium from Nick C. The GSM along with the used car manager came out and spoke with us as well and everyone was pleasant. When I tell you this is by far the EASIEST dealership I ve ever delt with I mean it 100%. We will definitely only be dealing with landers for any car needs from here on out. Thank you everyone!

Wesley has been great throughout the process from placing the order to the delivery of my 2024 Ford Bronco Heritage. The process was hassle free and I am glad I chose Lander Ford Collierville for getting my first Bronco and also choosing to trade in my old car.If there was a provision to give 10 stars I would. Look no beyond Landers Ford and ask for Wesley to be your sales guy. Wesley real name is James Alford!!!

UPDATE: Since purchasing my new Ford Edge ST, I brought my vehicle in for its first service and it was great! Checked in around 2:00pm, walked over to the main showroom and got some popcorn and a drink and watched TV. Around 2:45pm I was done. Service matches sales!My experience purchasing a 2023 Ford Edge ST from Daveyon Qualls, aka D.Q., was excellent! Daveyon was responsive to my inquiries, even on his day off! I hope my first service experience matches my sales experience...Sincerely john.

My overall experience at Lander s Ford in Collierville was smooth. I came looking for information about the new mustang eco boost premium and the time frame. The rep and I talking about the timeframe arriving which was going to the end of April. I was fine with that. I left the dealer thinking about when it was going to come. I received a text from the Rep saying he find a car like it at another dealership. I saw the pictures and stats and immediately like it. Eventually, I went back to dealership to check it out and test drive it and purchase the car.I didn t like how the interest rate was super high because the economy ( out of ford s control). But the finance rep got me the best deal. The sale rep and I personality clash when we first met but we were able to get on the same page. Also, the corporate website was not working for the redemption for the college student Cashback at that time which was frustrating. However, they were able to fix it and process that.I would go back to them.I m going to get my car serviced when it is time.By the way, this is my first ford mustang and it s worth the price. Overall, a smooth experience.

I want to thank Jason Adams at Landers Ford. He sold me a Ford Edge about 9 years ago. I just went a week ago and got an updated version of the Edge. He is very friendly, kind and I appreciate him helping me. Highly recommend anyone looking for a Ford to see Jason at Poplar and Houston Levee.

Had to drop our family vehicle off for a repair. It took them over a week and multiple phone calls to start working on our vehicle. Unless you love being stuck at home with 3 kids, don't bring your vehicle here.After all the hassle, we were charged over $900 in labor for the replacement of a $50 part. We will never bring our vehicle back here again.

Tracie Kerber is amazing. She helped me with all the details of buying a new vehicle to helping me figure out the bells and whistles. She keeps me updated and checks in with me on how things are going with my vehicle and asks if I have any questions when I do have questions she is my go to..: always helpful and so knowledgeable. When she doesn t know an answer to my questions she find out and calls me within a couple of hours she always gets back to me. I highly recommend her.

Landers Ford is a great place to buy a vehicle. All of the personnel that work there are friendly and informative. I worked with Wendall Brown and he never put pressure on me and only gave me informative answers to any questions that I had. The finance manager gave me information on financing the vehicle and also he was very informative about the different warranty policies that were available to me. The whole car buying experience at Landers Ford went smoothly, pleasantly and there was never any pressure to purchase put on me by anyone in the dealership.

We've been trying for several months to get a recall issue resolved and have continually been told that they were out of stock, that the service dept manager would put me on a list, that I would get a call back from the service dept. manager, etc. Nothing has been resolved. I called the corporate Ford # and they advised the parts were readily available and all the dealership had to do was order them. This is not the first issue I've had with the service dept at this location and I keep going back because it's the closest one to me. I called Homer Skelton in Olive Branch and had a completely different experience. Someone actually answered the phone, he didn't have the part but he created a ticket and they're ordering the part for me. For Germantown and Collierville Customers, Homer Skelton is a little further but they'll be getting my business from now on.

In the summer of 2023 I inquired about a Maverick hybrid. Landers took my name down and I didn t really expect to hear from them again as I was only interested in paying MSRP for the truck. All the other dealers I had spoken to were adding large market adjustments. I received a call in late August saying they had an allocation for a hybrid SLT for MSRP. I immediately jumped on the deal and put down a deposit. The anticipated wait was 2 to 3 months. I wasn t going to hold my breath as the Ford auto strike happened and I somehow knew the deal would eventually fall through. Well mid November comes around and I get a call from Landers saying my truck had come in. I went down that very afternoon and was in and out of the dealership in less than one hour. I paid for it in cash and there was no hard selling of anything to me. I paid a $499 doc fee and that was it (besides mandatory items such as taxes, tag fees etc). Matthew Hudson was my salesman and he was extremely easy to work with and kept me in the loop over the 3 months I was waiting for the truck. I have heard of all of the bad dealerships adding ridiculous fees and adjustments to their cars. This dealership is not one of them. At least on my Maverick they were more than fair and I will absolutely do business with them again. Great job Landers!

Mike Fittes, the Service Manager at Landers Ford, was very helping in helping me with both my Ford Bronco and my Ford Escape. My experience at Landers was with ease and appreciated satisfaction. HORRIBLE Service Department! They do not return calls and will try to get more money for services from your warranty provider. Did work on our truck and when we got it back the antifreeze was pouring out onto the ground. Called them back to fix it, they towed it and it's been three days with no contact from anyone in the service department, INCLUDING the service manager (we've left a number of messages with no call back). On today, I contacted them to speak with the GENERAL manager and coincidentally he had "just walked out". Once they fix my problem we will NEVER be back and I will NEVER refer anyone I know. F++++++++ and -7.5 stars!

Service could have been better from the initial call to the very end. Lack of communication (i was told that both of my recalls were going to be fixed and then I was told that I had to bring my car again later for one of them) and when I drove in there were 4 employees having a conversation and I had to wait awkwardly until they finished to be greeted.

Terrific experience with my used vehicle purchase. I came in expecting the stereotypical car salesman but was greeted by a professional, kind businessman at the door. He knew everything about each car I asked about, and worked an ethical deal to get me the best price possible.Matt Hudson and Tyler Thiesse were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. 10/10 would recommend these guys to anybody!
