Really appreciate the conscientious and fine employees at the (Collierville) Jiffy Lube. They got me in and out in seven minutes! Faster than what I expected. Felt like I was in a NASCAR pit stop. Thank you to Brandon the store manager and his outstanding crew!

From the first moment I pulled up to the garage, I felt welcome. They were prepping for close later, but dropped everything to provide me with service. Collierville lacks this kind of service and it is so awesome to see/hear/feel. Cortrerrius and Kord are professional, courteous and know what they are doing. I recomend this place, and especially these 2 guys to take of you.

great service and fast ; why spend 2 hours at a dealer getting your simple maintenance done when Jiffy Lube can do the same in 15 minutes . I ve been using this store for years for my 4Runner and Lexus

No other fluids were checked or topped off including tire pressure check. Just basic oil change. Will be going to and recommending Valvaline from now on.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Jiffy Lube Location. Larry was very professional and provided everything I need. Marcus was very friendly over the phone. Fredrick was very attentive to my needs and vacuumed my car floors. Zeke was very friendly and communicative with the others as my oil was getting changed. Service: Signature Service SyntheticPros: Great, professional service!Prior to service, I did a quick scan of Google reviews . Service was fast and quick. I could tell the employees were trying to maintain cleanliness and working together well to provide a quick oil change.Management worked with me to negotiate a cheaper price than originally was presented due to bringing up competitor s pricing. I did provide a coupon upon start of the service.Cons: Primarily cost.I was not provided options or prices upfront.Base charge for synthetic was $97.99 + $12.59 for additional quart of oil. It was entirely my mistake for not checking prior to the start of service and pricing was not easily visible from bay. I assumed it would be comparable to other businesses in the area.Comparing down the same road, with similar service experiences,Take 5 is $62.99 + $7.99 for additional quartAnd Valvoline is $71.99 + $7.19 for additional quart (according to previous vehicle records I reviewed later). In both previous services, I was able to find $15 off coupons for these two businesses making it much cheaper.

Anytime I visit this location I receive top notch service! I highly recommend everyone to visit this store for their vehicle needs. I have even sent my colleagues and friends to this store due to its' phenomenal service and professionalism!!!!!
