Awesome, simply awesome. Travis and his team are prompt, honest, and fast. They fixed our 2017 suburban quickly and at a fair price. Much better service than other places in Collierville we have been to. The best and they have earned our business going forward, all of it.

excellent service all around from this crew, I greatly appreciate the help! I came into Gateway after a flat tire fiasco and the manager on duty was beyond helpful and they all jumped right away to help me. I was expecting a large bill but the cost was much lower than expected! they were finished replacing my tire in just 45 minutes! I will definitely use Gateway Tire in the future and would recommend them!

Needed Saturday service for my son who was in town from college for the weekend. Gateway is not a place we typically use for no other reason other than it s a little out of the way for me. I showed up at 7:30 and Travis helped me. He was great. He kept me updated on the progress and explained everything perfect. Had a problem they didn t have time to address and told me what we needed to do until we could get it back in on his next visit home. A very good experience and i highly recommend Travis if you take your vehicle in.

Do yourself a favor, go to Discount Tire. They clearly have a better vetting process for their employees and also patch tires for free. I had a bolt in my tire that made some noise, but was not leaking air. Discount Tire turned me away because they said it was too big to patch. Onsite - less than 20 minutes. I go to Gateway for a second opinion. The gentleman at the counter takes awhile to acknowledge me. No one else inside, and not on the phone. Confidently, takes my keys- quotes me around $28 and change for the patch without looking at it and leaves me to wait. My car was immediately taken inside and the tire off. Over an hour later, the gentleman comes to tell me that the tire cannot be patched- They ripped the bolt out- So now the tire is not suitable to drive on. They also don t have a replacement tire for me to purchase. The manager all but called me a liar when I said it wasn t leaking air beforehand. He tried to say that the bolt had to be removed before they could determine whether or not they could fix it and started explaining to me how tires are unrepairable if it s in the sidewall. I attached the picture to reference the fact that the nail was nowhere near the sidewall. Ridiculous wait time, no customer service, inexperienced employees, and a manager, who clearly does not think highly of women. Thanks for putting me on a donut so I can take my business elsewhere.

Just came up here to replace my driver-side, rear tire, which I explicitly told them to do. After I picked it up and paid, I realized they changed the wrong tire. Their excuse was the tire they replaced had a plug near the side wall, I disagree and think it was fine (I drove on it for a year). That doesn't matter, they chose to go against what I asked for and did what they wanted without notifying me. Now, I still have to get my other tire replaced but it will not be here. Between poor service at other locations and this I am cleaning my hands and walking away.... albeit mad but I won't make this mistake again.

We were in town from Kansas, and had a tire separate. It was black Friday and they were very busy and short staffed, but they were also very friendly and helpful. Got me in and out in a reasonable time. The facilities were clean and nice. They got me back on the road, so we could make it home safely. Thank you for your help!

I got my headlights replaced... and they did an absolutely wonderful job, without having to remove my bumper like the dealership was going to do and over charge me!Hats off to you all for the honest work and service.

What a joke of a business. They open at 7:30 yet I was told that their workers won t show up until sometime after eight. What??? They told me it would be about an hour for a tire rotation. 2 1/2 hours later I finally was able to leave that dump of a business. Would not recommend. Any other place on the planet would be better and faster than Gateway tire. The people were very nice and polite but not nice and polite enough to ever make me want to go back to that place.

Do not buy your tires at Gateway if you want to get them rotated and/ balanced later. Their customer service is terrible because they do not have the mechanics to do the work. They re always signs on the door by 11am that say no more no oil changes today and no more tire service. The signs also say long waits

I have had to visit the shop on two different occasions for two different vehicles. In both cases, I had a pleasant experience. Their staff is friendly, and their waiting room is large and comfortable. I didn t feel intimidated walking in, and they treated me with respect.For one of my visits, I had them install four new tires on my truck. I had ordered the tires elsewhere, and they were very accommodating when I asked if they could install them. They quoted me a price that was very reasonable. When I arrived, they had the truck in a bay within five or ten minutes. They also tightened the lug nuts down all the way where I didn t have to retighten them a few days later. I know that can occasionally be an issue when dealing with wheels. The second time I went, I needed a plug for a nail hole in a tire. I was in and out within a half an hour, and I didn t have to make an appointment! The price was also less than I expected. They definitely took care of me then!I would definitely recommend them for any issues you have with your tires.

This was my first time using Gateway and I was so impressed. I had an unexpected flat tire Saturday morning, brought it in, and they were able to fix my rim (which saved me a ton of money!) and quickly get a new tire in! When I came in today to have my new tire put on I was in and out in less than 20 min. The service was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be recommending Matt and his team in the future! It's so nice finding a place I know I can trust!

I went to Gateway on Monday morning at 7:30 to get 2 new tires and an oil change. I was told that it'd be a two hour wait. I work 10hr night shifts and had just gotten off. I didn't end up leaving until noon. When I arrived my AC in my car was working as normal. However, when I left it was not cooling off. I had to then take it to my regular mechanic who showed me that the compressor had been disconnected. I understand that they check all the fluids when they change the oil, but the AC compressor is no where near where ANY of the fluid reservoirs are in my car.I almost always use the Gateway in Bartlett or Oakland where I have NEVER had a bad experience, nor felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will NEVER visit this store again and will HIGHLY discourage anyone I know to do the same.

Reviewed during covid mess...Good prices on tires and alignment (for heavy 4x4). People that work here are really nice and helpful. They let me know up front that it would take longer than normal to get me out the door due to a lack of technicians in the garage. Also covid has somehow affected the availability of tires and I had to take what they had instead of choosing my favorite brand. But happy with what I got and I will return.Best bet is to leave your vehicle and just have them call you when it's done.Update sept 22 - still not running at full speed. All day for tires and alignment.

Brought my car to check out some issues that had popped up. Travis was incredibly helpful and kind through the entire process of finding and getting the problem fixed. I know the basics of car maintenance, but everything past that he explained in detail and helped me understand what was needing to be fixed and why!

I brought my vehicle in for a nail in one of my tires. This has happened to be me a couple of times. Both times, I was told that my tire couldn't be patched. And I need new tires. I also had to wait 4 hours for a new tire to be delivered to Gateway. Never again will I go to Gateway for tire issues. Also, one of the employees was rude to me.

Very poor service! I left my car with them to fix a nail in one of my tires and while in the possession of my car, they hit a curb, causing the carbon fiber front lip I added months back to crack. They payed for a new piece but it never should have happened in the first place. They eventually added two new tires but after a few days of driving, I could tell my alignment was off! When I took it to the dealership, they told me that gateway put my new tires on the wrong way! Do not recommend

Brought in my 2011 BMW 328i xdrive for 4 new tires and wheel alignment. I called ahead and spoke with Bill. Bill gave me a few options of different tires and was extremely patient answering all of my questions. He helped me choose the best option though his recommendations. The Team at Gateway did the job and I was on my way. I had nothing but great customer service here.

Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else! The techs are so knowledgeable. They NEVER try to say you need "extra" work that's not warranted... they tell you up straight. That's the only way to do business!!

I took my Acura MDX by there on a Saturday in May and left them with instructions to change oil, rotate tires and check the brakes as i was leaving for vacation the next day. Provided cell upon leaving. Discovered voicemail on land line at home a couple of hours later that car was ready. Manager checked me out with no mention of brakes. When i asked, "I am sure the mechanic checked them and they must be fine or he would have noted it" - Long story a bit shorter, leaving gulf coast a week to the day later, and the grinding began. Took it to another shop upon getting home. Yep, rotors gone, and $200 along with normal brake job cost, and I was good to go. More to add to the story but that is probably enough.

This is a really good place to get your tires rotated and oil changed. One of the best things about Gateway is that they will always air up your tires or fix a puncture free of charge, hoping that you will eventually get your new tires from them! What a wonderful business strategy! I like how they topped off my windshield washer fluid and check everything else during a normal oil change. I even had a tail light out that I wasn't aware of but they replaced for me, and the price is very affordable. I really enjoy the free Wi-Fi and the Coke machine inside with TV and coffee. I was able to work on my laptop and my car was ready faster than I expected. Top-notch!

The warranty at Gateway is very poor. Their website displays parts for 1 year however only a 6 month warranty for labor. So if you have a year warranty on a part and it breaks down 8 months in you have to pay for the labor when you shouldn't have to pay for anything at all. Gateway needs to stand behind the parts they bring and it's at their cost in full not to the customer when parts break down. Be very cautious.

Very happy with my experience. Needed new tires and requested a brand they did not stock. Quote was lower than 1 competitor, but not as good as another. After discussion with staff, original quote was lowered and tires were purchased. Installation was timely. I will be a repeat customer.

I buy my tires here and get lifetime rotations, which saves me $20 every few months, plus they have very good oil change costs. Comfortable waiting areas with t.v.s on and lots of magazines to read. One drawback is that they are usually busy, so be ready to spend a little bit of time there, or come back in a couple of hours.

Horrible, service advisor's totally impersonal. Quoted 1 to 1.5 hours to get car in shop. Checked at 1.75 hours for update, was told it would be another hour. No customer sensitivity at all. SA at dealerships are generally rude, but they were terrible.

I called this shop to get a quote for a new alternator, and was quoted $565. Unfortunately I waited too long, and needed to be towed into their shop a few days later. They took advantage of the fact that my car was stuck there (unless I wanted to pay for another tow to a different shop) and gouged me on the price of the part. New total? 712.99!! The manager was rude and completely unwilling to budge. It's unfortunate that shops like this are not willing to look for long term customer service, as I'll need a new timing belt, brakes, and whatever else happens to go wrong in my 9 year old Odyssey. Gateway lost a customer over this one. No one likes to be taken advantage of.

I had a slow leak in a tire and they took care of everything! They have a nice waiting room(TVs, popcorn, WiFi), and it took about 45 minutes for them to find and fix the problem (an embedded nail and screw). They waived the cost of the fix and told me to come back and see them. I definitely will!

So helpful. I ran over a screw while trying to leave on vacation tonight. Went 3 places as my tire was deflating. Thankfully the guys here were able to change out my tire for a new one, as the puncture was on the side, and get me on my way. David was understanding, didn't talk down to me, and just got me on my way. of course I walked in unannounced at 5:37 when they were in ther princess of closing at 6. This is what customer service is supposed to be. Can't say enough. Thanks guys... from me and my girls. Vacation disaster avoided.
