HORRIBLE If I could give zero stars I would. After paying $3,000+ when I got my car back it was in worse shape than when I brought it in.Warning lights that never came on before letting them work on my car constantly flashing and making a beeping sound. They clearly had no clue of what they were doing. I replaced everything they told me that needed to be replaced only to get my car back with the same problem and more problems (warning lights & still leaking from the same place)They tried convincing me that the problem was different from what they already worked on which was a total LIE. They wanted an additional $1100 to continue screwing up my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE

I don't normally write negative reviews but I have to let people know about this one. I took my truck to Collierville Imports a couple years ago as it was having cam phaser and timing issues. I got it back a week and $3500 later. It ran great. I should never need cam phasers again. Well 40k miles later it presented the same problem. I took it back to Collierville Imports and after sitting on their lot for two weeks they told me I needed the same things changed again but they highly recommended a new engine since mine had over 200k miles on it.I didn't do any of that but took it to an actual engine repair shop to have a second opinion. Oh, by the way, they charged me $126 to tell me this with no codes or explanations written on the repair ticket other than, "replace engine".Well, the engine shop told me sure enough, I needed a timing chain, cam phasers and guides. It seems the cam phasers were installed incorrectly. There is a left and right bank (Bank 1 and Bank 2). They crossed them which caused the phasers to fail.Well, good thing that came out of this is I do not need a new engine or a new vehicle. I found a reputable engine repair facility that I can trust. And finally, I can share my experience with the world. This is a great place for small jobs, but I wouldn't trust them with anything internal in my vehicle.Service: Engine repair

Did my hybrid battery in October took a week and I just got my motor done took a month due to being bagged up with cars. they always do such a great job and very very nice people. The prices are affordable

I took my daughter's high mileage 2003 Toyota Corolla in because the air conditioner stopped cooling. They checked it out completely and found a bad relay. Approximately $90 out the door!A less than reputable repair facility could have easily charged more for unnecessary repairs. These people did a great job at the repair and being honest!!!

I've been going to Collierville Imports for over 25 years. Ray & Paul along with their excellent mechanics do a great job. I think the thing I appreciate most is their integrity. I'm not particularly mechanical so have to trust those who work on my vehicles. Not only have they done great work at a reasonable price, I have alway found them absolutely truthful and reliable. On those rare occasions when I've had to go back for a tweak on their work, they have jumped in with both feet to get things just right. I highly recommend this shop!

I'm very disappointed with Collierville Import Center. When I drop my vehicle off on 9/9/19 and told them I have really bad oil leak and my transmission slipping, 4 week later and a $2200 bill the transmission DID NOT get fix and they told me to seek further diagnostic on my transmission and told me it might be small electronic wiring issue and they recommended me to take the car to Coleman Taylor Transmission shop, after a day of diagnostic CT, told me I'll need to replace my transmission and it's going to cost $4500.Now the morale of the story, when I drop the car off at Collierville Import sir can you check "OIL LEAK AND TRANSMISSION SLIPPING". If Collierville Import check my transmission first I probably wouldn't have a $2200 bill and could've put that money applied on a rebuild transmission, that's cost $4500.At this point I have car sitting in my garage that has a bad transmission that I can't afford to get fixed right now and Collierville Import didn't even try to offer me any further assistance with my car.I'm a very dissatisfied customer!

this is a mechanic that you can trust. once, they even did the work on my car for free, because they didn't think it was worth charging for what they did, which was definitely the cheapest way to hold my car together: zip ties through newly punched holes because the holes and screws originally holding the undercarriage to the rest of my car had rusted through.

I've taken all my cars to Collierville Imports for at least the last 15 years, if not longer. They've always provided me with great service and frequently go above and beyond the call of duty.

Took my 2012 Toyota Tundra in to get the alternator and the serpentine belt replaced.They wanted over 1100 dollars to do the job.New alternator is 280 at Autozone and a serpentine belt kit is 90.Went and picked my truck up and I'm going to get it done for half that.Also had to pay them 68 for the diagnosis and wasting two days of my time.
