Sam was a lifesaver! One of my headlight on my car went out and I need it replaced ASAP. He replaced my difficult headlight with no problem. Great service! Great price! Excellent customer service!

Dealing with the owner @sam of this auto parts repair shop was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that he had an arrogance problem that overshadowed any semblance of customer service.He spoke to customers as if they were beneath him, with a condescending attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by even being there. When I asked questions about the parts I needed, he acted as if my inquiries were foolish and beneath his expertise.Throughout the entire interaction, he was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to listen to my concerns. It was abundantly clear that he valued his ego over customer satisfaction. I left the shop feeling frustrated, taken advantage of, and vowing never to return.If you value respect and fair treatment as a customer, stay far away from this auto parts repair shop and its arrogant owner. There are plenty of other businesses that will appreciate your business and treat you with the respect you deserve.1 star is not worth even

I broke down on 40west in my RV. I called maybe 10 places he's the only person who would take me ! I got towed to the shop and he knew the problem right away and got me fixed up. This garage is a just to threaten the people not by charges or some thing else but by shouting at the customers. I am not sure whether he is a owner or a worker, speaking arrogantly and not respecting the customers and the coming to the charges they are damn high, thats ok we can pay but the way he treats the customer is not at all acceptable. Its better to find some good technician. He is not sam he is a big scammer and I think he had some kind of disorder. He is shouting at customers like crazy.

Sam is a GREAT guy I had a shock on a lifted Jeep go bad the top rubber bushing came out he fixed it with no problem and now it s riding better than before the old bushing even came out and no I mean NO noises AT ALL when I hit bumps now and rides better to like brand new!!!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Today is the bad day for me because of the guy who works in auto tech me and my friend has given my friend car for the service when we went to collect the car the technician responded rudely by some filthy words idk why he has rating much by seeing rating I went to the service bad it went wrong ,Please don t give any service to him as he is a scammer

Charges are very high and expensive. Technician will scare about the diagnostic report and will influence customer to submit the vehicle for immediate repair. Very bad customer experience. They will demand money.

Out of a horrible evacuation from Hurricane Ida bringing my car to Sam s was one of the best things that could have happened. He helped us so much with my car and his main concern was to make sure we got home safe. One of the nicest people I ever met and he really goes out his way to help you. BEWARE! The owner is a SHAM. He s dishonest. He told me a price to do repairs and I came back he raised the price by $50. When I brought it to his attention he walked away and lit up a cigarette! These guys are reliable. My whole family takes their cars here if anything goes wrong with them. For 7 years we have been taking our vehicles here and they have NEVER done us wrong. Fully recommended!

He s A Scam! He don t have any idea what he s doing ! He s rude and don t have respect for the customers! He didn t put all my lugs back on my vehicle and he didn t even tighten. Trust me and don t take your vehicles up there because it ll come out worse than when it went it !!!! He ll give you one price and change it before he is finished. Auto Tech is great! I suggest that everyone try this shop. I would not take my car anywhere besides Auto Tech. Sam is the owner. He is very talented, honest and a good man. I have dealt with him for years and consider him a good friend based solely on my customer relationship with him. I could not give any higher praises.

I had the most pleasant experience with the senior auto mechanic today at Auto Tech Shop. My car was slow in starting and a local auto parts store checked out the battery and alternator. Both checked out fine however the parts tech said I need a new starter. Ishmael, the mechanic quickly found the problem and saved me several hundred dollars. The connection to the starter had corrosion and a loose wire which was responsible for the slow starting of the engine. A huge thanks to the honesty and integrity of Ishmael, the mechanic on duty at Auto Tech! I will go there again for future auto repair needs!Service: Engine repair

Best service I've recieved!!! I went to firestone to get a full service check and they told me I would need $2000 dollars Sam did everything I needed for under $500! Sam was so nice and told me on things I could wait on. He did not try to upsell like most places does when you don't know about carsSam is honest and has fair prices!

We evacuated for Hurricane Ida -my daughters car broke down on interstate heading to our Airbnb- she found this mechanic with great ratings and bought car to him--He was wonderful! Her motor was blown and we could not stay to fix it because we had to get back to NOLA and he didn't even charge her!!!-he went thru Katrina and all he cared about was that we got home safe-he went above and beyond and took an absolutely horrible situation and made it so much better-

Do NOT go to Sam.. he's very unprofessional and a scam..Within a month I got $800 worth of repairs done not including parts..The first time fixing my car he found another problem with it,so I got that done after that he found another problem,so I got that done..after that I thought everything was good until a week later my radio, windshield wipers and fuel door stop working..so I went back up there to explain what was going on he started screaming and yelling telling me it wasn't his fault �nd to get off his property before he calls the police Please do not give him your money he's a scammer!!

Checked with them about how much would it take to fix my Nissan Rogue sunroof leak and they quoted $250-300. A friend had got the similar issue fixed at the same place a week ago for $150. I didn't know the inflation is so high these days !

If you want a honest mechanic and business, go here. Prices are great and and the men are very friendly. The owner is genuine and honest, a true family man. I recommend this place for all your car needs.

DO NOT get your car fixed here, especially if you're a woman. Again i say Do Not!!! To make a long story short the owner Sam is a liar and a snake. I took my car in to simply replace a radiator and he told me he would charge me $600 because it was leaking really bad and he made a really big deal like it was a lot of work to do and i wouldn't be able to drive so he strongly recommended that I leave my car @ the shop, so i did leave ot there that morning. This was on a Mon so i told him i don't get paid til Thurs so he could start working on it Wed and ill come get it Thurs morning and he agreed. So later that day i decided to call my brother and tell him about the car and what i was being charged and he immediately went No no no that's extremely to much money so i call another shop and they say that the max i should pay is about $275 so i was floored. I called Sam back and tell him he's charging to much & im just gone take my car somewhere else & informs me that no, he is already working on my car which h6e wasn't suppose to be until Wed! So it all boiled down to he didn't let me get my car so he told me to call the police were called & i ended up having to pay him $240 for the "work" he started doing on it but my car still had to sit at the shop fopir 3days because i didn't have the money. So I got my car back & it was riding relly bad with a real bad leak so now i have to pay another shop some more money to fix what i believe he caused. So like i said DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY @ this shop because I've been through hell & back dealing with this. Terrible Experience!!!!

If your looking for a reliable HONEST mechanic go see Sam. I have been to Auto Tech 3 times now and every time have had fast service at a fair price. He will be getting all of my business here on out.

Its a scam, he doesnt know what hes doing. Took my wifes suv in because it was running rough. He took the spark plug wires, spark plugs, and distributor cap off i had put on, and installed more expensive ones. Changed fuel filter. Did nothing. Then it was the catalytic converter. Then it was bad gas. Then it was the gas tank was bad. A simple tune up basically cost me 700 dollars and didnt fix it. Took it to christian brothers, and found out a mouse had eaten through a wire. Problem fixed.
