I bought a new Kawasaki Versys x 300 there a few months ago. Mason was an awesome salesman, Jeremiah handled the paperwork, Chris and Jeremy took care of my break in service at 600 miles. Tommy flits around busily in the background. I got a great deal, and made friends there. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Even though I didn't purchase a four wheeler because of interest rate and payment and my dislike of tva credit union.the salesman was very professional and helpful.wish things would have worked out different.but if you want great service this is the people you need to talk to

Everyone at Tommy s was extra helpful and nice to us during our recent purchase of a Polaris Rzr. They went above and beyond for us and treated us like family! We would definitely recommend these guys if you are in the market for a new or used machine.

One of the only places around that had vehicles in stock. Bad experience at a large multiple location dealer before I went to Tommy's. Had what I needed pre-owned, with very few miles. They got the financing done plus a warranty in 1 day! Tommy himself delivered it the next morning. Every person I dealt with was personable, proficient, and professional. I couldn't be happier with our experience here! Many friends recommended them and now I know why.

My wife called to ask a few questions about one of the RZR's listed on their website. Salesman that answered the phone was very condescending and treated her like she didn't know what she was talking about. Cost them a sale. We had cash in hand and ready to buy.

Bought a 2020 Slingshot and just had my first service done. From the salesman Jeff Lewis to all the guys in the service department, they are the best. Highly recommend Tommy's and definitely test drive a Sligshot, you will buy one from them.

Wow, Service and mechanic LIE to me. I'm very sick of waiting very long since May until I asked to canceled for repair and parts on middle of July which was over two months, Very delayed and wasted my time to waiting very long. I took my rzr away from you and transferred to other shop in Alcoa. Other shop told me that my rzr not have any problems with wiring harness and ecu. Other shop found out that my rzr got bad spark plugs wires that all. Other shop test drive with my rzr all day and no problems expected spark plugs wires. Gladly that I canceled the repair, parts and got full refund. One thing to say, You are LIAR!!! I will never come back

I had a order for a suzuki DR650 and my entire experience was great! Paul was my sales man and he went above and beyond for me the man actually cared and wasn't just out for my money. Thank you Paul you gained a lifelong customer and friend! Highly recommend tommys motosports

I cannot express how pleased I am with this dealership. They picked up and dropped off my Polaris side-by-side for service. The repair was done in a timely manner and for a completely reasonable fee. The building is a phenomenal structure with lots of showroom space. Clearly this is a well run family owned business that is deservedly thriving. Thank you again for your excellence!

Stopped in to buy a new helmet and gloves and check out the bikes. Everyone in the store was very friendly. Anthony helped walk us through the helmet options and do some research on different options they could order in if the cheek pads needed to be adjusted.

Back in 2015 we purchased a 14' Ace 325 for my 75 year old dad as a Christmas present. We were trying to figure out where to store it so he wouldn't see it before Christmas morning. Tommy who is the owner actually delivered it himself on Christmas morning. He didn't make an employee do it, he delivered it himself. I bought a second one from him. Great business man!

DONT BUY HERE!!! They dont inspect the machines before sale. Sold me a rzr with a bad diff, then admitted they knew it was bad when i brought it back. Now the transmission is out and the warranty they sold me is refusing to cover it due to supposed water intrusion, which my mechanic didnt see and also said the trans was not service as dealer claimed. Long story short avoid this place at all cost, i now have a 22k paper weight. This dealer and the warranty they sell are worthless.

I just called to get a quote on a UTV. The guy I spoke to told me to go online and do a pre-build. I then told him I had already done a build and also had sent an email and never received a reply, other than the automated one. His excuses were "we are so busy I haven't eat lunch in 3 weeks" and "I haven't checked my emails in day, I don't have time except for at night, at home, and I'm just not doing that". There was other jibberish about "that is no excuse just the way it is". Heck of a salesman you have there!! I'd hate to see how service after the sale is if this is how customers are treated before the sale. Guess I'll keep looking elsewhere. smh!!

Tommy's had exactly what I wanted for an ATV when I couldn't get it anywhere else without ordering and waiting months. Every single employee ( I spoke and dealt with 4 or 5) was informative, polite, and easy to speak with. They went above and beyond for me and for that I will be a returning customer. Thank you guys!

I just purchased a 2016 ZX6R KRT Edition from These guys. With my work schedule I had to do most of my dealing with them over the phone. Trevor took the time to get me everything set up the way I needed when I needed it and it was easier than getting an order from fast food with the proper sides! I really appreciate all of the guys I dealt with and I would highly recommend them. I basically showed up to finalize my paperwork and leave on my new bike and I m as giddy as a school girl! I appreciate the time you all took to help me out and get me taken care of with my weird work schedule. 10/10 Service!
