If you enjoy making money and saving this is a great place to work. You will be working 12 hour shifts almost everyday and have no time to spend your money.

Beware working for this company. They will promise you a hiring bonus and raise after you complete your probationary period then find an excuse to terminate you before that time comes. Very shady company. Poor work ethics.

SL Tennessee is a very discfutional and confusing place to work. During the time I worked there no one knew what was going on day to day. (not even the supervisors.) Most of the employees want to work and be productive throughout the day but there is many that would rather not do anything and get sent home early. I was one that wanted to work and be productive but they decided to let me go without a proper reason. When I tried to contact the human resources my call was always sent to voicemail and had no return call. Not to mention all the gossip spread around from employees (and supervisors/management) if I could rate zero stars I would

Worst place I ever worked. I had 3 supervisors that didn't have a clue what they were doing. They couldn't even do the job I was doing. Most of them are women who walk around like they're beauty queens in a pageant. It's all about points too. Get a point for anything. Do yourself a favor. Find somewhere else to work.

I worked there and this is the truth about the place. If you want to make money but have no life to spend it this is your place, working seven days a week, twelve hours a day. Never had a problem with anyone at all. But you have nine points to start with before you get fired. If you miss a day it's two points, miss one minute of work it's a point. Leave early it's a point. The people I worked with was awesome as co workers. But you want to make the money this is the place, but you won't be off work to spend it.

Can't say anything as an employee here, although those reviews don't look too favourable...I came as a female truck driver to haul away the multi ton lift rented to this company.I needed the bathroom. (The loading process took much longer than usual due to broken binders and missing chains from the trailer.)I went to the front door, and the security guard wouldn't even get out of his chair to see what I needed.I walked over to HR, and the sign in that door said to see the receptionist at the first door...Nope. Never got in.(Did make it to the truck stop.)

I started as a temp. The people I was with were rude, asked invasive questions on my personal life. The supervisor was a jerk. Parking is limited in the headlights building. Couldn't get questions answered for training so I could learn. The final inspector did not handle the product gently as you would expect. For a 12 hour shift, this place has some of the worst break schedules and lousy benefits in my opinion. Good pay if you can handle being insulted and enjoy condescending conversations with coworkers, hr, and supervisors. Definitely favoritism blatantly visible.

HR apparently refuses their employees necessary medication and is extremely rude to any person bringing said medication to employee. I didn t know it was legally acceptable to deny an employee their inhaler seeing as asthma is a protected disability.

Worst job ive ever had, mandatory 60+ hour work weeks, not flexible at all about time off, even for medical. Supervisors are inconsiderate and belittling. Dont recommend to anyone

If your English speaking American they will do things to get ya to quit,they only want Samoan or Mexican ppl.two team leads are atrocious, nasty foul mouth,totally unprofessional.

My husband works there and is there faithfully, on time and a lot of times he's there early and stays late every time he's asked, they had him training ppl at three months of his employment. They are now saying he has ten points against him when they said he only had 8 1/2 a few days ago, needless to say he got wrote up. Mind u he has not called in, been late nor has he left early in months, and he has only called in a total of 3 times the whole 8 months he's been there. Then on top of that they didn't pay him for 5 hours overtime that plainly shows on his check stubs he worked. They treat their workers like crap. No wonder they have such a high turnover rate

An absolutely atrocious place to work. Well... let me rephrase that. An absolutely atrocious place to work if you're looking for anything other than a dead end job. They will do everything in their ability to keep you from earning the money expected to perform the job they demand you do. As an operator, it probably isn't that big of a deal, although they are still paid 85% of what any operator at any other plant or facility in the area makes, but as technical staff, you are expected to work and give 200% and get paid for 50%. You won't get reviews, you won't get raises, and you won't progress in any type of advancement unless you are besties with upper managment. I spent 3 years at SL and all I got was a bunch of lousy t shirts... lol... and a 3 dollar an hour raise to quit.

Sucked. Hired me for Weekend shift ! Supposed to work Fri - Monday 12hrs a day.... LITERALLY ONLY WORKED ME FOR ORENTARION, LET US COME IN SATURDAY BIT DIDNT TELL US NOTHING WAS RUNNING FOR US TO WORK ON SO JUST THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AND KNKG WORKED US A 8 HOUR SHIFT FRIDAY AN A 5 HR ONE THURSDAY

Can't get in contact with anyone at the job hopefully somebody will see this and answer..... I work 3rd shift and was told to come back in on January second so I come back tomorrow at 10pm right ?Hope y'all respond before then lol thanks

Bad place to work. Depressed overworked employees and if you are a good employee you will be screwed over on a regular basis. If you have monthly dr appointments you can't work here or you will be fired. The only reason I gave one star cause I had to to leave a comment.

This is the most god-awful place to work at if I could give a 0 star I would but I had to give at least one ...it is nothing but judgemental dumb, ignorant, and just down right slow people who are inconsiderate of other people's business... If I say I don't want to talk about my private life... Its not effecting my work ... No ... That's what I thought... Now I calling my people all up in my business.... there is nothing but meth head pill head ignorant people that work here all the supervisors can go to hell I truly have never said this but I hate this place..

They don't know how to answer the phones or call people back when you need something. Like on our W2s they send out they didn't put an employee identification number. I've left messages and no one will call me back and when I call no one answers the phone.

Entered main entrance into large austere room. In said room was a guard desk and a security guard. Upon inquiring where I could get an application he pointed to the back wall and said take application off wall there were four booths fill out and drop in the box. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

The ppl are great management on the hand is a joke!!..material handlers are convicts!!..that s all that place is turning into!!.. !!..running good ppl off that has been there had their backs !!..
